Villa de lujo, finales de 2016 totalmente reformado, en un hermoso, tranquilo, y el mar, se encuentra en la casi-isla de Ciovo cerca de Trogir.

La piscina con vistas al mar Adriático, y ofrece una magnífica vista. Hay 4 grandes terrazas (todas con vistas al mar), y un gran jardín exótico boscosa. Barbacoa y cocina de verano en la terraza. 4 dormitorios, 4 cuartos de baño con el italiano, 5 WC, 2 cocinas. Dispone de aire acondicionado. Hay varias terrazas y una piscina 8,5x5m. provisto de aparcamiento para 2 coches dentro de la propiedad, protegido por una puerta grande.

We stayed here as a group of 12 and had a fantastic holiday. The location is incredible – right on the sea with crystal clear water. I’d worried about beach access for the children, but they loved climbing in and out from the ladders at the back of the villa. The outdoor space is excellent: a very clean pool big enough for all the kids and adults, and a remote awning that gave much-needed shade (just wind it in if windy!).Inside, the kitchen is compact but well equipped, and there’s plenty of outdoor dining space. Sleeping arrangements worked well: 3 doubles in the main house (plus a sofa sleeping 1 person each), and at pool level a separate area with a double toddler bed and a single (sharing a bathroom). 3 bathrooms in the main house.Highlights included hiring a boat that collected us from the villa, renting kayaks and paddleboards from YoYo Rentals, and evening swims in the moonlit sea. There was one restaurants nearby and a couple of beach bars – we often went to Trogir instead, beautiful in the evening, loads of dining options and is just 10 by Uber (taxis were 30).A small shop is within walking distance, and while we hired a car for bigger supermarket runs, it wasn’t essential. Overall, a stunning villa in a perfect setting – highly recommended!

Fabulous villa in a beautiful location

We spent 4 wonderful weeks at the Villa and thoroughly recommend it. Waking up to those views of the bay and the clear blue Adriatic will live long in all of our memories. We rented the Villa for my 50th as a family of 3, but with family and friends joining us each week. All had a wonderful time. The accommodation worked really well for us, with three lovely double bedrooms in the main house and a self-contained unit underneath on the pool level with a large double bed, kitchen and bathroom and a small separate room with a single bed. As lovely as the inside of the house is, it’s really all about the outside here. The views, the beautiful pool and the various balconies and levels. We particularly enjoyed having a sundowner on the lower patio, just a few metres from the sea. Being able to reach the sea so easily via our own back gate was another fabulous feature. A swim in the warm, clear water is such a great way to start the day. The location is excellent. You can walk to the diving centre, where my daughter and I did our first dive together, to jet skis, paddle boards, boats, inflatables and bars/restaurants. Beautiful Trogir is short drive away and Split around 30-40 mins, but can be reached by ferry from Trogir or Slatine which must be experienced. I also want to say how helpful, friendly and easy to deal with the both the owner, Cyril, and the local manager, Frederic, have been throughout. They both contributed to making our stay so memorable.

Very nice location

We enjoyed the house with its absolutely great view on the sea every day. It was a pleasure to stay at this perfect place. The pool and the sea were clean and wonderful refreshing. A big table outside for eating and playing games. Restaurants, supermarkets and the very nice and very special Trogir just right the corner. We are planning to come again!

Great holiday retreat

Great location, easy to get to from airport or car, and all amenities in walking distance including very nice restaurant, Aquum. The pool and seafront are clear winners- no reason to go anywhere else. The house could use a little updating and maintenance, but we managed with 3 couples and 3 children.

Very nice house and location

We were two families with 4 adults and 6 children in the age 9-17 years old. It was a very nice house with a wonderful pool and pool area and a superb location right next to the sea. We really liked it. We did not have a rental car, but everything we needed were within walking distanse. Very nice bathrooms. The beds a little bit hard, but not really a problem. A very nice stay.

Allerbeste Lage, schönes Haus

+ Traumlage direkt am Meer und nahe zum kleinen Hafen wo man jetski und Boote mieten kann, dazu Strandbar und Schwimmbereich mit Sprungturm und Wasserhüpfburg. Trogir ums Eck. Besser geht es nicht. + 8 gute Liegen und 2 große Sonnenschirme (3 wären noch besser) + Küchenausstattung funktional ( Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden!) - extrem enge Zufahrt (2,15 m breit zwischen 2 Mauern und Parkplatz am Haus für max 2 Autos (auch sehr eng). Man kann aber sehr gut 300m weiter die Straße aufwärts parken, so dass das auch kein großes Problem ist.

Få senger, mest sovesofaer. Middels kvalitet på møblene, og vedlikehold/fornyelse kunne vært bedre. Men med godt vær og det meste av tiden ute så er vi strålende fornøyd med huset. Ekstremt trang gate, ikke ha med bil bruk taxi.

Amazing location , stunning views

This villa is in perfect location - only 15 minutes from Split airport, you can walk to several local restaurants, there are jet skis/boats/paddle boards/pedalos all to hire in walking distance, and the best thing of course is the direct access to the sea !! The villa itself is well set up with everything you need including a washing machine , extra towels and good WiFi. The kids loved the pool and the views were stunning. The only thing stopping this villa from being perfect is the very tight difficult driveway and car access (and the rude neighbour who wouldn’t let us turnaround on her drive) , and the layout of the bedrooms as the separate fourth room was a studio suite which wasn’t ideal for 2 families with young kids sharing the villa. Fredrick, Cyril and Josipa were all very pleasant and easy to deal with . A great villa where you can make the most of beautiful Croatia !

Das Haus ist wundervoll gelegen und ein Traum. Alles ist sehr neu gemacht. Fenster, Bäder, Außenanlage. Jedoch sind die Betten furchtbar schlecht. Zwei der angeblichen vier queensize Betten sind schlichtweg keine Betten, sondern Ausziehcouches mit sehr dünnen Mattatzen. Eine davon ist nur 1,40 m breit. Für zwei Erwachsene schwierig. Also mit 10 Erwachsenen kann man dieses Haus auf keinen Fall bewohnen. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und vier Teenager und hatten unsere Mühe. Es fehlt auch schlichtweg Mobiliar um das Wohnen als bequem, geschweige denn luxuriös zu bezeichnen. Es fehlen Nachttische, Kommoden, Schränke, Haken. Die Lage, der Pool und der nette Verwalter haben aus unseren 14 Tagen jedoch doch noch einen netten Urlaub werden lassen. Mit mehr Mobiliar und richtigen Betten vielleicht wieder.

Fabulous location & views

We booked our trip extremely last minute. The owner was very quick to respond and very helpful. The villa whilst may look modern from the pictures, is actually a tastefully renovated old stone house. The downstairs living area and terrace are spacious with amazing views and this combined with a great pool and private access to the sea is what sets this apart from other properties. The location is quiet as the villa is located at the end of a narrow street but is close to other amenities when you wish to venture out. However, the ability to chill on the terrace or by the pool and everyone able to choose between pool or sea within metres, meant we actually spent a lot of time not going anywhere. The choice of restaurants, bars and shops within a short drive is extremely good and the local restaurant a short walk along the beach path is recommended. We had a great holiday and would stay again if we come back to Croatia.

Das Haus war sehr geräumig und sauber. Es hat uns riesigen Spaß gemacht unseren Urlaub dort verbringen zu dürfen. Der Nachbar auf der rechten Seite war wahnsinnig cool drauf und wir konnten unsere Tage am Pool mit privatem Zugang zum Meer genießen. Schon alleine das Einparken mit drei Autos war ein Erlebnis :D Der Aufenthalt in dieser Villa ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Bellissimo posto. A 10 metri dal mare con piscina spettacolare. Forse unico neo può essere l ingresso alla proprietà molto stretto e con due macchine è complicato ( non impossibile) riuscire a girarsi...difficile trovare di meglio. Complimenti al proprietario

Wonderful villa, amazing swimming-pool and perfect location !!

This place is just amazing ! We spent a great time in this villa, entirely renovated recently. The infinity swimming-pool is giant and heated : it is simply perfect. The location of the villa is great because we have the sea just in front of the villa (no roads or anything in front of us!). It is also a very quiet place. We loved the villa itself because it is huge and well-equiped (wifi, several kitchens, barbecue, big italian showers everywhere, etc). There are several big terraces with many deck chairs. We wake up litterally with a wonderful view on the sea ! It is the perfect place if you want to spend your holidays with family or friends. The owner is very nice and can help you with everything you ask, before and during your stay. I will definitely come back next year !!

The location of the villa is perfect: on the seafront, no road in front of the house. The sea is less than 3 meters from the gate of the villa ! You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea thanks to the heated infinity pool.
