Bien presentada casa generosa ubicada en el corazón del encantador casco antiguo con sus calles estrechas históricas. Can Ramon ofrece excelente alojamiento de cuatro dormitorios, terrazas exteriores para comer y tomar el sol, piscina (mide 2. 3 m de ancho x 6 m de largo
profundidad de 1. 3 en los escalones hasta un máximo de 1. 65 m), barbacoa y área de cocina exterior. Además, la propiedad tiene el beneficio de un garaje para un automóvil y bicicletas y un espacio de estacionamiento, un punto importante en el casco antiguo.

En la planta baja, la propiedad consta de: - hall de entrada y zona de comedor, sala de estar con chimenea, que conduce a una cocina con zona de comedor exterior cubierta y más terrazas, patio, jardín y zona de piscina. Hay una habitación con dos camas individuales en la planta baja, con un cuarto de baño adyacente al lavadero (con lavadora Miele), al que se accede a través de la terraza comedor exterior. La escalera conduce desde la sala de estar hasta el rellano del primer piso desde donde se accede a tres dormitorios. Una habitación king size con dosel, otra habitación doble king y una habitación king o doble. Todas las habitaciones y la sala de estar están equipadas con aire acondicionado. Hay un baño grande con wc., Lavabo, bidé, baño con ducha y mucho espacio de almacenamiento. También se accede desde el primer piso a una terraza superior con sofás para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas ininterrumpidas del monasterio en la cima de la colina.

En el exterior hay patios con plantas y tumbonas alrededor de la piscina, numerosas zonas para sentarse y comer a la sombra o al sol. La propiedad es un acceso directo y se puede acceder desde dos calles. A dos minutos a pie puede llegar a la Place Major, el centro del casco antiguo, donde se celebra el famoso mercado dominical y se realizan todas las fiestas y actividades. También es el área principal para encontrar los excelentes restaurantes y bares locales intercalados con tiendas artesanales. Desde el casco antiguo, un viaje a las hermosas playas de Puerto Pollenca dura 10 minutos (aproximadamente 7 kms). Aquí hay numerosas actividades en la playa, como windsurf, kayak, alquiler de motos acuáticas, botes con fondo de cristal y botes de pesca.

Loved the property and the location was fantastic; just a 3 min walk to the main square. Having the garage for the car was a lifesaver. Decoration of the townhouse was lovely, and the linens & towels fabulous quality. There were a few issues that needed sorting, and the property company sorted them really quickly. My only issue was that there were no cleaning materials - not even a dishcloth - and I resent buying such things for a week away. Having said that I would stay again ! A bonus is the fantastic restaurant next door

The Villa exceeded our expectations and the photos don’t do it justice. It is a beautiful house in a great position. Having the restaurant next door doesn’t affect your enjoyment as it’s not noisy at all, and very handy being a few steps away! The air conditioning in the house was really effective which was a plus as the temperature was so high!We will definitely stay again.

If you are staying here take everything. There was no salt and pepper, one full toilet roll (it sleeps 8).Other villas we have rented have the basics. We also had go buy washing up liquid, olive oil, soap for bathroom, I mean there is nothing. Also, the bathrooms are quite old. It has been hot in Mallorca but we couldn’t eat outside on the final night as the outside fan doesn’t work. Location is great so close to the square.All in all, nice villa but a poor welcome.

Beautiful townhouse right in the middle of Pollenca, only a 2 minute walk from the main square and right next door to a really nice Italian restaurant.This place is perfect if you like to be able to walk to a plethora of lovely restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and more - but still want the option of hiring a car for further afield excursions. Unlike much of old town pollenca, the townhouse is easily accessible by car and has a garage for easy parking.The house itself is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. There’s a lovely outdoor dining area that has a fan so it doesn’t get too hot, along with a pool area with lovely sun loungers and a perfectly good sized pool considering the location. As others have said, because of the buildings either side, you only really get sun 11-3. But that was fine for us.I’ve seen some reviews criticising the bathrooms and kitchen as ‘tired’…well, I guess if you’re expecting 5 star hotel style luxury then maybe you’ll be disappointed. But we found them well equipped and spacious, so if you’re perfectly happy with ‘everything works and has all the stuff you need’, then you should be fine.The hosts were friendly and super responsive via a local property management firm. At one point the water stopped working outside of office hours - I phoned the emergency line and someone picked up immediately and explained how to get it working again.All in all a lovely place - you’ll have a great time here.

This is a really wonderful and incredibly stylish (the photos don’t do it justice) town house slap bang in the middle of the beautiful Pollensa Old Town, just 3 minutes walk from the main square. The pool is much bigger than photos suggest, and it has a variety of out door spaces on the ground and first floor so you’re spoilt for choice whether eating al fresco or looking for a quiet place to read a book. It has 4 double bedrooms all air conditioned and a very well equipped kitchen (although a Nespresso coffee machine would have been a really welcome addition but I’m being very spoilt!). The garage offers great off road parking and easy access to the town (we didn’t open the front door once) but we’d recommend booking a smaller hire car as ours only just fit. As other reviewers have mentioned, the bathroom and kitchen are a little dated and the only real complaint is that the kitchen didn’t come with any household supplies except 1 bin bag and some loo roll. Having to instantly go shopping for basics like washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, jay cloths, bin bags, salt & pepper etc takes the shine off the normally frivolous holiday shop and struck us as a bit mean. However we’ll know next time and there will definitely be a next time as it really is a fabulous property and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you Andrea and the local property management team who were very helpful fixing the couple of small issues we encountered. We can’t wait to return to the stunning Can Ramon!

Amazing location in the beautiful and Friendly town of Pollença. Accommodation very good with everything you need. Pool just the right size for a daily dip. We had an issue with the air conditioning with in the stay but sorted out very quickly

Lovely villa, fantastic location

We had a great holiday at the villa. It is very central just a very short walk to the main square, shops and restaurants but still very quiet. The outdoor space and pool is lovely and we spent a lot of time just relaxing by the pool. Would highly recommend!

Lovely home in heart of Pollença

This home was perfect for our family of five. It was a great launching point every day for our adventures to the beach or the mountains or other nearby towns. The garage was perfect so we always had a place to park when we came home. The pool was an amazing bonus. Would gladly stay here again.

Beautifully appointed

We felt very welcome . Place was clean and great welcome pack. The location in the village was central so the beautiful church and Square was just round the corner and a short drive to beautiful and quiet Pollenca beach .

Only disappointment was the fact that the sun only makes it into the courtyard and pool area between about 11am and 4pm due to the adjacent high buildings. I guess not surprising due to its central location.

Lovely Townhouse

a very nice, spacious, quiet, yet centrally located townhouse in the middle of Pollenca. The outside facilities are wonderful including a beautiful lemon tree and pool. The whole organisational process was absolutely smooth and pleasant. I felt very comfortable and can recommend the house to others.

A rare find

The location is fabulous, a two minute walk to the heart of Pollensa which is one of the best locations on the island, full of old world charm and fabulous restaurants. The townhouse is even better than the pictures and the outside space provides a perfect oasis to ride out the hot days. The hosts were wonderful and I cannot recommend this place enough. One tip - do follow Andrea's very, very clear instructions on how to arrive at the rear of the property - ignoring these in favour of sat-nav led to a very tense 20minute drive in a big car down a very small road at the front.

Pollensa Town House

Great Townhouse within 2 mins of main square restaurants and shops. A bonus for Pollensa is that you can park at the back of the house. One downside of the property is only one bathroom inside, and a small shower room outside. But the location makes up for this.

Amazing location

Location is hard to beat! Less than 5 minutes to main square. House itself was really charming but we were disappointed by the lack of bare necessities on arrival. Didn't ruin our stay but just know you will probably need to make a grocery trip on arrival! :)

Amazing location

We are a family of 5 and we absolutely loved the location and outside space of this property. The beds had beautiful linens and were very comfortable and spacious rooms although we didn’t use downstairs soldiers room. The ground floor is quite dark as it is a typical Spanish property which meant it stayed cool. The kitchen and bathroom were a little tired but the location more than made up for this. I would recommend this property to families with older children in particular.

A little oasis in the heart of Pollenca

The property was exactly what we were looking for & perfect for our stay. It’s a little oasis in the heart of Pollenca & is exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed making use of the great out settings for breakfast, lunch and dinner & the pool was a perfect spot to cool off. The location was just a short walk to the Plaça Major, which was really convenient & there was also a great restaurant just next door. Andrea was great to deal with, provided great information and was always quick to respond to any queries we had. We would definitely look at staying here again if we returned to Pollenca & have already recommended the property to some friends and family.

Wonderful vacation and beautiful house

We have spent a wonderful time in this oasis of a beautiful house, exquisite outside terrasse and kitchen, as well as pool area. The house is situated in the center of Pollenca which provides the best situation for a vacation with both city life - walking round the idyllic city of Pollenca at all times of the day and still enjoying the tranquility of ones own private setting in the house, terrasse, and pool area. The house, decorations and furniature is very tasteful and provides the best basis for a relaxing and very nice time in the center of Pollenca. We definitely hope to come back again.

I agree with previous reviews that the interior of the property is tired and in need of renovation/decoration. This is particularly the case in relation to the kitchen and bathroom. However, the outside space is great and that was why we booked the house. Our dealings with the host were fine

The house is a lovely size - there were 5 of us and we had plenty of space inside and outside. The pool is much bigger than we expected and was used a lot. It was great to have the garage - we hired a large car which did fit in the garage with some careful manovures.Lovely towels, pool towels and linen. The house was clean and tidy with much welcome air con and ceiling fans, but it is a little tired in places. The location is perfect with lots of fabulous restaurants within a few minutes walk. We did have issues with electricity and running water for the first few days and the property management company (who are English speaking) were very easy to contact and resolved problems.

I’m sorely tempted to give this a bad review to keep this house a secret! It’s an absolutely lovely house - the best we’ve stayed in. Perfect situation, twominutes away from the main square. It’s right next to a really nice pizza restaurant but they close at 11 ish so the noise doesn’t bother at all. And in any case the two main bedrooms look out over the front of the house - a super quiet little street. The garage is a total bonus ( it’s so hard to park in pollensa). Brilliantly equipped, beautifully decorated and super comfortable beds. Outside space far more generous than is common for pollensa town houses with a decent sized pool. Just a total winner. We’d move in tomorrow, but failing that, would love to come back.

Excellent stay

Myself, my husband and daughter had a wonderful stay in Pollenca. The villa in the centre was lovely. The welcome pack was the best we have ever had. The villa was lovely spacious and just what we wanted for a holiday. The outside area was nice, with the pool and outside areas. The only slight down side was the sun was only in the court yard from about 10 o’clock till 2/3 o’clock. But that was a small price to pay to stay in the centre of Pollenca in a lovely villa. Instructions how to get to the villa were perfect and the garage was a bid bonus. Thanks for a lovely stay. Pauline

Lovely oasis in a beautiful town

Can Ramon is lovely spacious town house with many lovely features in a perfect location in this historic town. It was blissful to wader the streets from such a holiday rental. Garden and pool were especially restful and like a little oasis. A little more or up to date information in the information folder would have been useful, especially about refuse and recycling. We had to store our bin stuff in the garage as we could not work out where it went which was a bit smelly in hot weather. This was a very minor thing though. We had a great stay.. thank you

Oasis of calm in perfect location

We had a great stay at Can Ramon. The house and garden are really quite special and although a little tired (bathroom and kitchen in particular) it has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with some nice touches and we really enjoyed the pool and the garden and terraces. Location is fantastic - to be so close to the central square and have a parking space is great. We loved exploring the town and had some very nice meals out, including the restaurant just next door! We really appreciated the welcome food and drink package, especially as we arrived late. As others have mentioned, it would have been nice to have a bit more information in the property about the local area and waste disposal etc. Things to be aware of: the stairs are very hard and rather steep so I would be a little nervous with very young children. There is only one bathroom upstairs for the three bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin), the other shower room is accessed from the garden. There is a fourth (twin) bedroom off the dining room downstairs. Be sure to access the property through the garage if coming by car as the street on the other side of the house is incredibly narrow! The charm and location mean we would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Pollensa.
