About this property

Stunning property with guest house, large pool, beautiful grounds, WIFI

This lovely property consists of 2 independent houses (a 3 bed/3 bath and a 2 bed/2 bath, each with lounge and kitchen), set in a large garden fully enclosed with lots of mature trees, palms, a great lawn to play on and a large saltwater pool, situated in the idyllic countryside between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa. A favourite with cyclists and extended family groups, but also a special treat for couples or smaller groups who like their space.

The main lounge has a large screen TV, satellite and DVD and opens onto the garden and terrace. The main kitchen opens onto the BBQ area which is a wonderful spot to gather in the evenings under the bourgainvillia. The smaller house has a private terrace and has been structured for wheelchair use with wider doors and ramps. The ceilings are high and beamed and the furniture is solid teak.
The garden is spacious and mature giving welcome shade while the pool is always in the sun and has a large paved area with 10 sun loungers. All is completely enclosed and private with lots of room to park several cars, set on a quiet and recently repaved road good for cycling. It is a 5 minute drive into Pollensa with it's great dining and an equally short drive to the many beautiful beaches.
Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available. Air-conditioning in the 5 rooms.
Only Saturday to Saturday booking.

Ideal Property for a Relaxing Family Stay

Really well equipped property with two villas - ideal for families travelling together. Good sized comfortable rooms and a main kitchen with all you could need. Also a great barbecue area for relaxing evenings if you don’t want to go out. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds. Pollenca is not very far away and has plenty of decent restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely villa

We had a lovely week. Villa was spacious, rustic but nice. Good outdoor space, pool located away from the villa near the Road, and surrounded by trees which shed a lot of foliage / flowers, so pool had quite alot of debris in it. Really enjoyed our stay. Bring plenty of bug spray!

Perfect location for a family event

We spend two weeks with family on the finca - the property is very huge and natural - we loved the palms next to house and pool. Be prepared to drive by car every day - as the place is calm but 10 minutes drive away from anything. You better enjoy that ....

Half term family break

A lovely week at Can Carube with my family (3x grandparents, 3x children, 4x adults). The villa was comfortable and easily accommodated our group. The pool and ping pong table were well liked, the bbq too. A peaceful and homely villa (especially nice indoor sitting room) about 10mins drive from a rural location into Pollenca town. Thank you!

Spacious finca with beautiful gardens and pool. Overall we had a great stay. We had some issues with the outdoor lighting not coming on until 9.30pm and the property manager told us we should just eat later like the Spanish do. Not very impressed but in fairness they did come the next day to change the timer. There property is quiet tired in areas and needs updating. The small fince is not sufficiently equipped in the kitchen.

Spacious Family Villa

Can Carube is lovely villa between Alcudia and Pollensa. We were a group of 9, 5 children (ages between 2-9) and 4 adults. The 2 separate dwellings worked perfectly for us. The villa was well equipped with everything you needed, the pool was a great size and the grounds had plenty of shade, of which some palm trees gave some shade over the pool a lot of the day which as a godsend considering it was 37 degrees the whole week. We had a couple of issues but they were resolved very quickly and communication between Emmanualle and the local assistance was promptly and friendly. I can see that some things about the villa are a little tired now could do with updating but key thing is that everything works and the villas were clean. I would highly recommend Can Carube but would also recommend car hire as you are not near any local shops or amenities. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Die Finca präsentiert sich sehr gehoben und ist für alle Altersgruppen sehr geeignet. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Anlage. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schön wäre, wenn das kleinere Haus auch über einen Fernseher verfügen würde, da könnte man sich , da wir im Oktober da waren und es abends schon früh dunkel wird, zurückziehen.

Super Aufenthalt, hat uns als Familie mit Freunden echt gut gefallen. Das Anwesen ist echt groß und die Verteilung auf zwei Häuser hat uns als Familie mit Kleinkind für einen Rückzugsort gesorgt. Genügend Bäder und gemütlicher Couch rundeten alles ab. Auf Wunsch wurden Kinderstühle und Babybetten zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gab vor Ort für einen Ansprechpartner, den wir aber nicht benötigen.Klitzekleiner Minuspunkt: WiFi nur im "Haupthaus" und für Kleinkinder fehlt eine Art Spielplatz (das wusste man allerdings vor der Buchung und den Bildern).

Sehr schöne Finca, es hat nichts gefehlt. Etwas abgelegen, aber schön, Auto erforderlich. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad - perfekt. Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort gelöst.Finca mit 5 Doppelschlafzimmer für 10 Personen, waren aber nur mit 8 Personen dort.Innen und außen jeweils 8 Stühle und am Pool 8 Liegen.Würden wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Ausstattung ist super. Eine Musikbox hätte evtl noch da sein können. Insgesamt könnte zwar alles etwas besser instand gehalten werden… eine Toilette war ab und an verstopft, den Schirm am Pool haben wir stabilisiert, eine Liege ist kaputt, ein paar Stühle sind nicht mehr benutzbar (waren aber genug), Türklinke locker, etc… aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht weniger schön gemacht und Nicolas war super engagiert… als wir das kaputte Licht im Pool gemeldet haben, kam sofort jemand zur Reparatur.Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut! Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich und ruhig und man ist sehr schnell am Strand, in Pollença, etc.Wir können die Finca auf alle Fälle empfehlen.

Tolle Finca. Optimal für 10 Erwachsene. Luxus: jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Küche gut ausgestattet. Pool mega. Außenbereich super. Hausmeistersupport perfekt. Alles in allem ... besser geht kaum für den Preis. Danke.

Großer Garten mit Hühnern, Katzen und alles was man braucht für einen tollen Familienurlaub. Pool war sehr sauber, einzig störend waren die Mücken, für die das Anwesen nichts kann.

Sehr schöne Anlage

Wir waren mit der Familie dort und würden die Finca auch ein weiteres Mal buchen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war schon im Vorfeld sehr freundlich und es blieben keine Fragen unbeantwortet. Die beiden Häuser waren voll ausgestattet, und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war alles super. Auch unsere Mietwagen konnten überdacht stehen.

Why they chose this property

This is wonderful family property because it has loads of space for everyone, caters for the disabled, is fully enclosed for youngsters and has no stairs for the oldies. Everyone loves it, particularly large groups but also just couples who love the peace and quiet.
We are the new owners of this home as of a few months, but it has been rented on Homeaway previously. The comments on the home are excellent but in the process of creating a new account, we were unable to recover and transfer them.
