Absolutely Perfect!!!!!

This is the 2nd time staying at Emerald Isle. This condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It has the best balcony we have encountered so far with a fantastic view of the gulf! There was an issue with the ac when we got there and they responded immediately and solved the issue. Helped me figure out the master bedroom tv while they were there. We had the best time and cant wait to go back!

Birthday/Anniversary Trip

We rented for our 26th Anniversary and our sons 19th Birthday. Condo is very spacious and clean. We had 2 adults and 5 teenagers and there was plenty of room. Rooms are large and both bathrooms are very large for condo bathrooms. Complex was well maintained and security was always present.

Excellent Stay

The condo was just as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay. It was me, my daughter and 3 grandkids. Loved being able to walk out right onto the beach. The kids loved the pool. My only complaint was the parking. Once you went into the parking garage and there was no parking place you had to back all the way out. Otherwise it was great. Would stay here again.

Could have been cleaner.

The washing machine was broken our whole vacation & no one came to even look at it. I called at 9:30 at night was told we'd have towels first thing the next morning & someone would check on the washer. By 10:30 AM I had to call, by 12:30 I went to the office for towels. We were using hand towels to dry off with. Once I threatened a complaint to the HOA I finally had towels brought. Electricity went out in part of the condo which we found the breaker box & got it back on. The next day the electricity went off in the whole condo. We had to go to the office & have the main breaker switched. We only had two hair dryers going so the breaker shouldn't have tripped. Disappointed mostly in the slow response about our towels. If I hadn't called for a 3rd time, after going to the front office at Emerald Isle & them telling me they couldn't give me towels, I don't know if anyone would have ever brought us towels!

Awesome condo with beautiful view

This condo had everything we wanted and more! The bed was very comfortable. The pools were great and it was easy to access the beach. My only complaint was that some of the information listed was incorrect and/or we couldn’t reach anyone at the property management to confirm. The parking is $30 not $20. Not a big deal but since I only had a $20 bill, I had to pay for parking with a credit card which I was charged a fee for. Again, not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Also, we never got the tickets/credit that was listed (Dave and Busters, Gulf World, etc). When I asked about it when I paid for parking, they had no idea. I tried calling the property management but no one ever answered.

What Happened to the Dining Table on the Balcony?!! :-(

We have enjoyed this unit at Emerald Isle for several years and ALWAYS look forward to returning. This year we were extremely disappointed to find that the wonderful, round glass-top dining table on the balcony was no longer usable. The metal stand was there BUT the glass top was gone! 95% of the value of this unit is the 15th floor view and the ability to enjoy dining, chatting on the computer, having a drink on the balcony overlooking this fabulous beach! This year...all of that was impossible; the dining table was replaced with 2 tiny low drink stands. For us, this is a deal breaker! We won't return unless the table is replaced AND the cabinet door above the counter, swinging by one hinge, needs to be fixed! Please update the photos of the unit. The furnishings/flooring have been changed; your promotion needs to reflect this. Thank you. We hope these issues can be addressed; however, there are ample other units to consider for next year! We do LOVE Emerald Isle!

The condo is cozy and just what we needed.

My family loved it here and the location is awesome. Tons of security watching over everything. The hot tub is huge and the two pools are great to keep from over crowding. We would definitely stay here again!

great beach view, clean and roomy, great for families

This cute, clean, bright and fresh unit has a large balcony overlooking the gulf coast. Enough room for a family of 5 with children to comfortably fit. I would definitely recommend!

Love the property!

Condo was a perfect size, balcony my favorite. Need to get rid of the concrete floors, loungers on the balconies would be a plus, refrig.need shelving. Update living room furniture. We will return!!!

Gorgeous View!

We took my elderly parents along with our children. We all enjoyed our stay. My father is not able to walk out on the beach but was able to enjoy the vacation by laying in the bed or sitting on the balcony. Everyone was so nice that worked there also. We will be back!

Needs some maintenance

Condo was adequate but a little worn. Great location. Parking was across the street from the facility and required you to hike up a flight of steps and down a flight of steps every time you went to the car. The parking decks on the lower level of the building were for owners and dead-ended on every level which was an exiting nightmare as we were trying to checkin and checkout. Loading and unloading luggage, groceries and children was horrible. Concrete floors throughout the condo was very uncomfortable. water was gorgeous! Short walk to water. Appreciated the gas grills and two pools.
