This is the upper level of a well-insulated 1930s brick duplex, with your own private entrance (the blue front door), your own fenced backyard, and your own covered deck. You won't see or share space with the downstairs neighbors. Lots of room with a great kitchen and living room. The location is great for access to downtown Golden or for heading into the mountains. All around great place with good communication from the host.

This is a great property in the residential area of Golden, which means it’s quiet but still very close and convenient to everything Golden has to offer! The house was very clean and all the amenities you would need for your stay. We highly recommend and will stay here again next time we’re in Golden

This cute Golden Bungalow is perfect all year round. Walking distance to Clear Creek (for tubing) or local shopping/dining. Close to the mountains for skiing. The pride of ownership shows and makes this a perfect home away from home. We pride ourselves in the attention to detail ensuring the house is fully stocked leaving our guests to want for almost nothing.
This is perfect for a family or 2 couples, plus 2 pullout couches. Perfect area to view The Colorado School of Mines or going to Red Rocks for a concert. Within walking distance to historic downtown Golden, Colorado which houses the famous Coors factory.
