L’appartamento appartiene a Tenuta Larnianone, un'azienda vinicola a conduzione familiare di 140 ettari, che conta 8 unità, tra ville e appartamenti di diversa grandezza, circondate da vigneti e uliveti, alle porte di Siena (6 km). La Tenuta è completamente immersa nella campagna (è necessaria un'auto per raggiungerla) ma dista solo 13 minuti dal supermercato più vicino e circa 20 minuti dal centro della città.

Che cosa aspettarsi

Ca’ Nova Sud è un appartamento posto sotto l'abitazione del proprietario, con parcheggio, ingresso e giardino indipendenti. Può ospitare 8 adulti e un bambino sotto i 12 anni. Due delle quattro camere matrimoniali (ognuna con il proprio bagno) sono al piano terra. Ca' Nova Sud si trova a pochi metri dalla piscina condivisa con altre ville della Tenuta, in cui ogni unità ha i propri lettini e un ombrellone. L'appartamento dispone di un ampio giardino antistante l'ingresso, circondato da ombrosi pini secolari che permettono agli ospiti di stare all'aperto anche nelle ore più calde e di mangiare agevolmente all'ombra degli alberi. È un luogo che invita a godersi il tempo all'aria aperta, leggendo o anche soltanto rilassandosi sulle sdraio in giardino. Gli interni sono particolarmente freschi e rustici, con camere accoglienti.

Nell'appartamento non c'è l’aria condizionata ma ci sono ventilatori in tutte le stanze.

Il costo del riscaldamento è incluso.

Si consiglia vivamente di noleggiare un'auto (non è possibile fare la spesa a piedi dalla tenuta!)

A Siena non c'è Uber.

La piscina è garantita dal 1 maggio al 30 settembre; è aperta dalle 8 del mattino alle 8 di sera.

Solo gli ospiti della Tenuta possono usufruire degli spazi della piscina. Ogni unità ha la sua area, con lettini e un ombrellone. La piscina NON È RISCALDATA.

L'organizzazione di qualsiasi evento comporta costi extra da definire al momento della prenotazione con la proprietà.

La cucina è dotata di piano cottura, forno, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè (NESPRESSO), pentole, sale/pepe e il nostro olio. Agli ospiti lasciamo sacchetti di plastica, pastiglie per lavastoviglie, saponi da bucato e ammorbidente.

I bagni sono dotati di asciugacapelli e all'ingresso mettiamo a disposizione un piccolo kit di benvenuto con shampoo doccia in bustine di carta.

E' possibile richiedere una spesa di base da trovare all'arrivo, al costo extra di 50 euro.

Chi incontrerai e che cosa fare durante il soggiorno:

I proprietari sono a vostra disposizione per qualsiasi informazione, in particolare su ristoranti e attività, o per risolvere qualsiasi problema in modo efficiente. Durante il vostro soggiorno è possibile organizzare diverse esperienze, come assistere alla corsa del Palio (2 luglio e 16 agosto) preparare cene in Villa con uno chef toscano, avventurarsi nei dintorni con tour in bicicletta ed esplorare le meraviglie della città con tour personalizzati. E ancora, godersi i panorami della Tenuta con passeggiate a cavallo, partecipare alla caccia al tartufo nella Riserva della Tenuta e naturalmente visitare la cantina, dove Lorenzo racconterà le storie di famiglia, offrendovi una degustazione di vino e olio d'oliva prodotto in loco. Tutte le informazioni per organizzare queste attività (e non solo!) sono fornite nel Guestbook, una volta effettuata la prenotazione.

La Tenuta si trova in una posizione strategica:

- a 20 minuti da: centro di Siena, pista di go-kart, terme di Rapolano, fattoria con allevamento di alpaca, parco avventura per bambini, sito artistico Parco Sculture del Chianti;

- a circa un'ora di distanza da: San Gimignano (dove gustare il miglior gelato del mondo alla gelateria Dondoli), Firenze, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza (la famosa città dei formaggi), Volterra e Panzano in Chianti (dove si trova il più famoso macellaio della Toscana, Dario Cecchini)

- a circa due ore da: Assisi, Roma, Pisa, Lucca e città balneari famose come Forte de' Marmi e l’Argentario.

Birthday celebration with family

We had wanted to stay at a working vineyard and olive oil farm and CaNova met our plans perfectly. The house was great with plenty of space for eight adults. The vineyard tour and wine tasting was a highlight of our stay. Our interaction with our hosts was excellent. The stay met and exceeded our expectations. We definitely would stay there again!

Tuscan Holiday

We had a lovely stay at the apartment and would go back. Beautiful, tranquil spot and drives to suggested restaurants were not bad. Unfortunately, our friends with whom we were traveling had to return early to FL related to hurricane damage at their home. We’ll have to clme back! We greatly enjoyed the wine tasting and walks on the property. Lavinia and Lorenzo were responsive and gracious. I would suggest updating the internet access and some of the bathrooms but overall, it was a great experience.

Perched on a hill overlooking the Tuscan countryside

Amazing home in the Italian countryside near Siena. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive and we had a great time. It is isolated and quiet about 15-20 minutes from town. You absolutely need a car. The pool is perfect for a hot summer day and there are plenty of places to enjoy meals outside and inside. Grazie mille!

Amazing property and exactly the Tuscan setting we had hoped for!

Our stay was amazing - the pool was lovely and we met (and enjoyed) some of the other guests. The villa we stayed in was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Although it was during a heatwave - the construction of the building and some tips about closing shutters kept the house very comfortable! We had a nice tour of the winery and enjoyed walking around the property, as well as making day trips to Pisa and the beach. Siena was breathtaking - such a cool small city/town. We can’t say enough good things about our experience! Thank you for having us!

Loved the Villa!

We loved our time at this Villa. The location was superb. This was a beautiful location and our host Lavinia was very helpful. The Villa was very large. We had a family of 5 and could have had 3 families of 5. The spaciousness was very nice. We wish we could have stayed longer and immersed ourselves a little more in wine tastings and tours. The pool was very nice to cool off and was sparkling and very clean. Without hesitation, we would come back. Thank you Lavinia!

unforgettable holiday

We were in this wonderful place in march 2016. Everything was better than we expected! the apartment was comfortable and clean.courtesy of the property was very important for us. We woke up in the morning with a incredible view of the tuscany's hills and Siena in the distance . there were many animals : roes , pheasants ; nature and landscapes were unbelievable from sunrise to sunset. .It takes about fifteen minutes ro reach Siena and many other interesting and ancient sites . Sure we will be there again!

A view you only experience in the movies, serene and calm environment. A place to relax and get away

Our stay at Ca Nova Sud was a wonderful one. The environment provided the perfect backdrop for a wonderful vacation. The scenery was one you only see in the movies, we could have spent hours just looking into the horizon. When we got to the property, we were met by our hosts (Duccio and Lavinia) and given a tour of the property. We were also able to get information about how to get to the city center and what to do when we got there. During our stay, we got a tour of the family wine cellar by one of our other hosts (Tullio), absolutely lovely. We were able to drive to a bus station 5 minutes away to take a bus into the city center, an absolutely lovely site. Everyone should take the opportunity to visit the Duomo and it surroundings. The property provided us a nice and serene base from which we were able to visit different attractions daily but also provided an environment to enjoy each other's company without having to leave the property. If the opportunity arises, we will spend another go round at Tenuta Larnianone ( Ca Nova Sud), it is the best vacation stay I have been in for a long long while.

A Magnificent Villa

From the first day we arrived and were greeted by our host Lavinia, the Villa exceeded expectations. Lavinia could not have been more welcoming and available for any issues we might have had. The Villa was beautiful, the rooms spacious, and the bathrooms accommodating. The grounds offered a spectacular view of the surrounding estate and countryside. The pool was cleaned daily and was a nice added feature to the property. We had to wait a day for our car rental and the shopping feature for when we arrived was very convenient. I would take full advantage of the local restaurants which Lavinia has in the handbook, which were terrific, especially Le Pietre Vive and Certosa di Pontignano, you will not be disappointed with the experience or food. The location of the Villa was convenient to the Tuscan towns we went to visit, google maps worked great with getting us to and from our destinations. The chef in the handbook delivered breakfast to us one morning which we were very happy with. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. If we get back to Tuscany we will make Tenuta Larnianone a definite stay request. They enabled us to have a magnificent experience.

Stunningly Beautiful!

If you have a picture of a Tuscan villa in your mind, this is it, with the word spectacular in front of it. My family and I spent five days here and we all want to move to this beautiful place. The view and grounds are breathtaking and so very peaceful. You are in the midst of a vineyard with beautiful Tuscan pines and olive trees. The inside of the villa is perfectly appointed, is in fabulous condition and has everything you need for a lovely and relaxing vacation. The owners were incredibly hospitable and gave us full privacy. You will want to be friends with this lovely family. The pool was immaculate. The bathrooms are very fresh and charming and there is plenty of space. The kitchen is large and well appointed. It is 15 minutes from Sienna and an hour from Florence. We had lovely trips to both towns and then could come back and relax in the peace and quiet of this fabulous place. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. You could spend a month here. Best ever! So very unique and beautiful! We are absolutely planning to come back here.

Beautiful villa with fantastic views

Our stay at Ca' Nova was absolutely wonderful. The spacious villa accommodated our group of six very comfortably. We had an extra bedroom and bathroom to spare as well. The views of the Tuscan countryside just outside of the city of Siena were beyond belief. It's a great location from which we took day trips to Montepulciano, Montalcino, San Gimignano, Pienza, and Florence. The owners, Lavinia and her mother, were friendly and open. Check in was a breeze. One does need a car to get around as the property is on the top of a hill with a dirt road leading to it. We had rented a large van to accommodate our group and all the luggage. The road didn't present any problems for us. The villa itself has a large kitchen with all the modern amenities, two large living areas and good size bedrooms. The grounds were a pleasure to walk around. There is a pool only a few meters away from the house that the family enjoyed. On our first day we were left a wonderful bottle of rosé wine in the fridge for us to enjoy. On a table in the kitchen there were also different red wines and vin santo that were produced on the estate. They were of DOCG quality and very reasonably priced. All in all, we would come back here in a New York minute. Staying here with family is idyllic and relaxing.

Our Favorite Place

We stayed in 4 different places in Italy and this was our favorite. There were 4 couples with most of us in our 60's and Ca Nova accommodated us very well. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and given a tour of the house. There were 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two had tubs and two had showers. Two were on the main floor and two were upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed including a table we sat around each evening as we rehashed the day. There was also a dining room table, but we didn't use it. Our favorite part was to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the gorgeous view of the Tuscan countryside or go for a walk around the property or down the road. After the hustle and bustle of the cities we had stayed in, it was so nice to have peace and quiet and enjoy the ambiance of Tuscany. We had rented a van so we were able to see some of the country side, Sienna, and some hill towns on our own. We also booked two ToursbyRoberto who picked us up at the house and took us on wine tours so we could enjoy the wine without worrying about driving. Be sure you allow 1 or 2 hours for one of the hosts to give you a tour of the winery and vineyards in which Ca' Nova is located. It is one of the most pleasant, informative, and beautiful tours you can take. We hated leaving this place and would love to go back.

Amazing!

Ca Nova Sud is simply an amazing place where to spend as much time as possible! Wonderful view from the property placed on dream hills close to Siena (just 5 km far by car) close to the old town and all monuments. Perfect for relax, unique for enjoying nature. You will live a wonderful Tuscany typical experience, for example you can also visit the wine cellar. I have been in March but I can only image how beautiful it could be during grape harvest!! Moreover there is a great pool for summer season. The owner Anna is very kind and she does everything to make you feel great! Always willing to give you all the information. She really loves this work. Can't wait to come back.

My favorite place in Siena countryside

My friends and I spent about 5 days at Ca Nova Sud last month and we only wish we could still be there. Although the weather was a bit unstable (a couple of days it was quite rainy), our experience in this beautiful authentic villa was absolutely fantastic and made us reconnect with nature and ourselves. It is situated in probably the best spot of the Siena country side, on the top of a hill dominating vineyards and other fruit tree fields. We spent hours the garden in front of the villa just enjoying the view, the silence and the atmosphere. Mrs. Anna (the owner) was really kind and helpful giving us precious recommendations and tips on things to do in the sorroundings and Siena (only 10 minutes drive from the villa). The wine she produces is also great!

Terrific place to be

This beautiful villa is absolutely a great place to relax and enjoy one of the best area of Toscany. The view on the valley is really amazing and the house it's just a short drive to Siena. Inside, the property is furnished with taste and its perfectly clean. Me and my family had an amazing time and we will come back for sure!

Wonderful location warm hospitality

The countryside is really beautiful and it is close to Siena city centre. The hospitality was warm and accurate. The house is very typical and comfortable. The food is genuine. I will recommend this accomodation to my relatives and friends.

Breathtaking place genuine food

The location is wonderful. The countryside with olive trees, cypresses, vines is at the same time isolated and close to Siena city center. Hospitality is very careful into all details and food is genuine. The premises are very clean and comfortable. I will advise to my friends.

Just the perfect spot of Tuscany

Anna was great from the very beginning helping us to arrange our stay. We had a great time there. If you like the Italian food and wine, you wouldn’t be disappointed! The place is beautiful, relaxing and amazingly surrounded by nature. Siena is very close. Highly recommended

Ca' Nova è nel cuore di Tenuta Larnianone e si distingue per l'accesso immediato al giardino circondato da pini secolari che durante il periodo estivo permettano di stare all'aperto anche nelle ore più assolate. È una casa ideale per famiglie e gruppi di amici che vogliono godere del relax della campagna senza rinunciare alla comodità di avere la città a solo un quarto d'ora di macchina.
