Amazing property in Dubrovnik

We loved our stay in Zaton. Only a 15minute drive from Dubrovnik town, this is a peaceful, beautiful location with some great restaurants and beaches within walking distance. The property is beautifully presented. The view from the balcony is just gorgeous. Lukrecia is a wonderful host who was always there to assist with advice on the local area, getting around and car hire. Thank you Lukrecia, keep up the great work 😊

Amazing Views

Our stay was short but we lobed evwry moment. The accomodations were beautiful, the views were simply breath taking. We spent every minute we could out on the balcony. Even in the rain, we juat couldnt get enough. An indoor parking spot was provided, very safe. Our host was so helpful and she was extremely welcoming and easy to communicate with. Our next trip to Croatia will definately include a few nights back at this location.

Amazing apartment!

This apartment is brilliant. Very clean, modern, contemporary, spacious, good facilities and the location is outstanding. Zaton is a small village perfect place for a relaxing holiday but also near the city ( only 10min with a car). Lukrecia suggested a good parking place near the Old town so everything was very simple from here. Also Lukrecia suggested some nice tours with Experience Dubrovnik tour agency and we took the boat trip to the Elaphite islands with them- that was definitely the highlight of our stay!-You must do that! Lukrecia the host is super friendly and welcoming. All in all, a wonderful apartment and host, high class finishes with lots of attention to details. Highly recommend staying here!

DON'T MISS IT! AMAZING PLACE WITH BREATHTAKING VIEW!

This was to be a very special trip for my family. It was our first vacation on the beach with my 4 year old grandson. Lukrecia’s home made it extra special by being very stylish, comfortable, welcoming, spotless ( very important for me!), with breathtaking views, prompt and friendly communications with our fabulous hostess. It is a 10 minute drive to the marvelous old Dubrovnik, just a 3 minute drive to what became our favorite beach, Stikovica, steps across the highway (be cautious, it is busy) you will be in paradise as you walk along the coast surrounded by magical scenery, great restaurants and crystal clear waters. Just 30 minutes from this lovely home is Ston, not to be missed. I was very sad to leave Croatia and already miss Lukrecia’s marvelous home. Don’t miss it!

Superbe

L'appartement est impeccable. Aucune tricherie sur les photos. Il est très bien équipé, on a tout ce dont on a besoin et même plus . Lukrecia est une hôte formidable. Elle nous a préparé tout ce que nous avions besoin pour le petit déjeuner pour plusieurs jours, et a laissé à notre disposition de quoi laver son linge, la vaisselle etc... Elle nous a donné énormément de renseignements et a pris des nouvelles pendant le séjour pour voir si tout allait bien. Merci Lukrecia. Garage à disposition. Chek in et out parfait. Je recommande+++++

Amazing!

Lukrecia's apartment is such a lovely place to base your holiday of Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean and has everything that you need. In particular, the view of the bay from the balcony is stunning and has to be seen to be believed. Lukrecia has certainly earned her title of Superhost. She goes above and beyond at communicating with you, both before you arrive and during your stay and she is full of tips and advice. We felt very reassured that she was 'on hand', should we need it and she responded so quickly to our enquiries, also checking in with us during our stay to ensure all was well. Lukrecia also advised us on trips and reserved a tour of the Elaphite islands for us and a kayaking tour from Dubrovnik through her agency; both of which we would highly recommend for visitors. Thank you, Lukrecia, for such a lovely first experience of Dubrovnik and Croatia for us! We plan to be back!

Loved this place

The 4 of us stayed here for 5 days. We absolutely loved it. The apartment has everything you need. The view is the best. A short walk down the hill and you have the market and your choice of restaurants. We enjoyed it all. I would stay here again and again.

Die Beschreibung im online-inserat entspricht genau den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Wir haben uns sowohl in der Wohnung als auch in Zaton sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach einem intensiven Tag in Dubrovnik, war das Nach - Hause- Kommen in die Ruhe eine Wohltat. Die Restaurants, wir bevorzugten das Capo in veliki Zaton, zeichnen sich durch zuvorkommendes Personal und köstliche Fischgerichte aus. Einziger Wermutstropfen für uns ÖV-verwöhnte Schweizer (mit kroatischen Wurzeln😊) war der unregelmässige Busfahrplan. Als wir einmal einfach stehen gelassen wurden, weil der Bus bereits voll war, realisierten wir, dass hier definitiv Gelassenheit + Flexibilität sehr hilfreich sind! Ganz lieben Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals an Lukrecia! Du warst jederzeit mit Rat und Tips zur Stelle! Hvala!

Appartment nahe Dubrovnik

Das Appartment liegt im 1. OG und ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es entspricht den Bildern und der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Das Appartment verfügt über alles, was man braucht (Seife, Toilettenpapier, Geschirr, Handtücher, etc.). Es ist wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants und kleinen Supermärkten entfernt und in etwa einer viertel Stunde ist man mit dem Auto in der Altstadt von Dubrovnik.

Super apartment!

The apartment was just what we needed for a two night stay and is exactly as described. Lukrecija is a great host and quickly sorted out any problems for us. Zaton is also good place to explore.
