Colonial house located at the entrance to the historic center of Santo Domingo.
Beautiful, comfortable, and available for your stay in a cultural and unforgettable experience in the first colonial city of America!
The house is composed of 3 bedrooms, 5-10 minutes walk from the historic center, the colonial area.
Bus and shopping area are within walking distance.
There are 3 separate bedrooms, the master bedroom has a private bathroom, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom, living room and kitchen, balcony and washing area with washing machine.
The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, mahogany wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The kitchen is equipped with basic tools and utensils.
The cool and pleasant terrace completes the interior patio area.
Nearby is the Parque Independencia and the oldest pedestrian street in the El Conde area, a completely commercial area with shops and restaurants.
