The villa was very nice and clean and had most of the amenities you would need. The outside area is a little small and overlooked at the rear but is adequate. We had an overall good experience in the property and being able to check out late was a great help and very much appreciated.

👍 Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. In einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse gelegen und doch sehr zentral. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in angenehmer Gehdistanz. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal da und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. 👎 Ein Sonnenschirm im Garten wäre noch ein Pluspunkt.

👍 L’hote est arrivé rapidement dès notre arrivée pour nous fournir les clés 👎 Isolation phonique très médiocres avec le voisinage (television conversation), ce qui m’a empêché de dormir la nuit puisque le voisinage se couchait tres tard. Les 2 lits de la 2e chambre sont trop juste pour une personne de plus 1m70 (ceci n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce.

Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an wohl in der Unterkunft. Carlos und sein Team von Villa Gran Canaria sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Die beiden Bäder sind sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Der Garten ist groß und auch der Gemeinschaftspool ist für eine Abkühlung sehr zu empfehlen. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Auch die Waschmaschine in einem Nebenraum sehr gut und separater Kühlschrank. Wir buchen nur noch noch über Villa Gran Canaria.
