Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, bietet aber alles, was vom Vermieter zugesagt wurde. Die Küche ist funktional, mit allem was man im Urlaub benötigt, ausgestattet. Die Terasse des Hauses bietet die Morgensonne. Am späten Nachmittag und Abends ist es Ende September schon sehr schattig. Im Hochsommer freut man sich wahrscheinlich darüber. Der Pool ist sehr schön, aber um diese Jahreszeit auch schon recht kühl. Der Pool ist eingezäunt, aber nur über einen kurzen steilen Abgang erreichbar. Das gilt auch für die Außenküche. Da könnte man etwas mehr rausmachen. Außer die schönen Schlafzimmer und die gut funktionierenden Bäder haben wir das Innenleben des Hauses wenig benutzt, da wir viel unterwegs oder draußen waren. Das Ess- und Wohnzimmer macht einen guten Eindruck. Der Zugang war einfach über einen Schlüsselsafe an der Grunstückszufahrt. Vom Vermieter haben wir in den zwei Wochen nichts gehört und gesehen. Jede Woche erfolgte die Poolreinigung und einmal waren die Gärtner am frühen Morgen da. Caldas da Rainha hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und im Umfeld gibt es viele unscheinbare aber sehr gute heimische Restaurants.

Mooie villa met mooie tuin en zwembad, na reiniging van het zwembad lekker gebruik van gemaakt. Jammer genoeg was de douchecabine niet optimaal er kwam maar een kleine straal uit. Landelijke stroomstoring meegemaakt, eerst electriciteit weg, mobiele net werk down en water op, dit was overmacht. Host kwam volgende dag checken of water weer werkte. Verder heerlijk verblijf met de familie, rustige omgeving, goed restaurant Albertino al met al een gezellige en heerlijke week, Zeker aan te bevelen voor een familie met max 8 personen

Das Positive ist, dass die Villa selbst in einer sehr schönen Gegend liegt, wo Sie viel Privatsphäre und Natur um sich herum haben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allen erdenklichen Utensilien und diversen Elektrogeräten. Die Terrasse und der Wohnbereich laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen mit einer Gruppe ein. Wir waren mit jüngeren Kindern dort und es gibt einen separaten Raum mit einigen Spielsachen, mit denen sie spielen können, was nett und rücksichtsvoll ist. Der Nachteil besteht darin, dass sie mit einem alten Heizsystem in Kombination mit einem Solarkessel arbeiten. Wir mussten drei Tage ohne heißes Wasser zum Duschen oder Waschen auskommen. Auch die Duschen könnten eine Renovierung vertragen, da es Schimmel gibt und sie muffig riechen. Ein weiteres Problem war, dass das Satellitenfernsehen nicht funktionierte (anscheinend ein allgemeines Problem in der Gegend). Schließlich gab der Kondenstrockner ständig eine Fehlermeldung aus, sodass wir unsere Tücher nicht trocknen konnten. Normalerweise hängt man sie zum Trocknen in die Sonne, aber wir hatten Pech mit dem Wetter. Der Hausmeister war sehr hilfsbereit und kümmerte sich sofort um das Problem mit dem Warmwasser und dem Satellitenfernsehen. Dennoch erwarten Sie, dass diese Dinge funktionieren, wenn Sie eine Villa mieten.

Sehr schönes Haus mit hervorragender Ausstattung und in sehr grüner Umgebung. In der Nähe des Einkaufsviertels und des Strandes, während eine Fahrt nach Lissabon immer noch gut machbar ist. Der Hausverwalter war sehr reaktionsschnell und hat einige kleinere Probleme sofort behoben. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Très beau endroit pour des vacances en famille et entre amis

Trés belle maison, bien situé, proches des diverses plage ( Foz do Arelho 10min, Sao Martinho do Porto, 15 min) Tous les outils necéssaires sont mis a disposition (ainsi que les jouets, lit de bébé,…) Maison idéale pour 2 couples avec des enfants. Le seul point négatif c’étAit l’état de la piscine a notre arrivé, mais qui a été resolu par nous-même ( nettoyage) en attendAnt l’intervention de la société pour l’entretrien de la piscine qui est intervenu directememt le lundi. Un petit plus ça serait un WC/douche et un frigo dans le local barbecue 😉 Bref, on a adoré la semaine passé dans la maison

De beschrijving klopt. Mooi ruim huis met grote tuin en zwembad eromheen. Goede ruime slaapkamers, oke badkamers en prima keuken. We hadden de eerste dagen niet het beste weer, maar daarna werd het prima warm. Er is voldoende te doen in de omgeving.
