Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath condo is located on 127th street and offers all the amenities of a hotel yet the comfort of a home! YES - Our condo building also has an ELEVATOR!

Our Beautifully Renovated Kitchen includes New Cabinets, all Stainless Steel Appliances including a dishwasher with Granite counters.

This condo has a New 65” Flat Panel HD TV, equipped with fire sticks voice command remote in the Living Room. Various streaming programs provided. 32” Flat Panel TV’s in each bedroom, a small. washer and dryer, Iron with ironing board, 2 Blow dryers, eating area for the kitchen balcony seating for 4. 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, a baby beach tent, umbrella stroller, pack n play, 2 toddler/ high chair seat and 2 kids surf boards for your We are also happy to provide a starter supply of paper products -view amenities, for your stay which allows you to enjoy your vacation without running to the store right away. Any items in the condo are there for you to use as our guests.

Bath Towels Linens are provided.

Great beach trip!

The property was just as described. We loved the beach access, the ocean view, and the northern OC location. The owners communicated in a timely manner. This was an awesome beach rental for us!

Ocean Getaway

This property had a cute beachy decor. It was stocked well with everything we needed. Very clean and well taken care of. The view was spectacular! The only negative was the condo above had a barky dog that was a little annoying. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful Week!

We had another great week at your lovely condo. The place was clean and furnished with everything we needed! It was close to our favorite ice cream shop that we could easily walk to most evenings. We spent our days with an easy walk over the dune and right to the waters edge! We will look forward to next year with eagerness.

Hazardous medical waste week

The day after we arrived the beaches were closed to swimming due to hazardous medical waste dumped and washing up on the Maryland beaches.i discovered a syringe that morning on the beach. I asked for a partial compensation for our stay and was told the event was beyond their control so no compensation. We come to enjoy the beach and it was untenable. Lastly the floor under the twin beds had not been cleaned in a year. The same garbage from last year was still there. The owners have been great for the last couple of years, just not this year.

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

The condo is beautifully decorated with a great view of the beach. From the washer and dryer in the unit to the bedrooms and kitchen, the condo exceeded my expectations. The owners provided many items that made our stay memorable. It seemed as if everywhere we looked we were finding items that we were not expecting to be provided with like beach chairs and kickboards but also two coffee machines! One for drip coffee and the other a Keurig. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is the channel selections on the TVs. I know, while at the beach we weren't going to be watching much TV but it was a little frustrating to click on a channel and it wasn't available. But on the whole, this condo is a gem and can't wait to rent it again soon.

Lovely beachfront condo that made us feel like a home away from home!

Lovely beachfront condo and close to our favorite ice cream parlor. It was easy to get around town. The condo is nicely furnished and clean and comfortable! We would love to come again!

Great Location

We’ve stayed here a couple years in a row now and look forward to coming back. The size, location, and convenient access to the beach, park, and food (among other things) is great.

Great place and location

Renting process was simple. Entry method is easy. Parking is good. Views are excellent and the sleeping is comfortable and quiet.

Perfect for a family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little gem! The condo had a perfect ocean view and a nice balcony to enjoy it with. We were only steps from the beach making it easy to pop in and out for our little one. The beach was busy but not overly crowded like those close to the boardwalk. It was a definite plus to have a pack-n-play and small highchair available so we didn't have to pack ours. Everything was clean and well taken care of! It was a bonus that the condo was quiet, especially with a little one with naps and an early bedtime. We definitely plan on staying again!

Great place to stay!

We had a fantastic few days in Ocean City! The location right on the beach at 127th street was perfect. The beach wasn’t too crowded and we could walk to lots of shops and restaurants. We loved eating and relaxing on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We would definitely come back!

Girls Trip

The condo was perfect for our girls trip. The interior was nicely furnished, fully equipped and very inviting. The kitchen and baths were updated and equipped with everything needed for a vacation. The view of the ocean was amazing from the balcony. The location within the building was convenient from the parking area. The condo building was within close proximity to the beach. Would stay again at the unit when visiting the OC. The owners were very responsive when questions were asked. Thanks for a wonderful girls trip.

Great place to stay

This home was clean,cozy and well stocked. They even had supplies to get you started and linens were included which makes things easier all the way around. The elevator made it easy to move in and is very close to the beach. The owners are very responsive. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!!

Clean, beautiful and great view!

We were very happy with the condo. It was decorated nicely and had a great view of the beach. Also, very convenient to the beach! Had all the necessary things for cooking and going to the beach. Definitely hoping we can come back next year!

AMAZING WEEK AT THE BEACH!

What a wonderful condo! The decor was lovely. The condo was well stocked with all the necessary items for a family vacation. The View was amazing! Will be booking for next year for sure!
