Perfect for families

Loved our stay at villa Elita. Villa was better than in the photos - stunning views and peaceful neighbourhood. Short drive from the nearest beach with shallow water perfect for kids. Elita was very accommodating and communication was great.

perfect place for a family vacation

Very cosy villa, equipped with all possible items, necessary for the perfect vacation! Everything is very clean and well maintained. The hosts are welcoming and hospitable, responsive to all possible requests. The pool is nice, regularly cleaned. The whole place and yard is spacious and provides opportunities for the kids to have fun in or outside. The villa has a wonderful sea view and is situated in an area with vacation houses, several km away from a village. For families with kids, the near beaches are more conveniently accesses with a car - just a couple of minutes drive.

Beautiful villa, wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Elita. When we arrived the villa was spotlessly clean and tidy. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Very spacious villa- four double bedrooms all with ensuites. The views were amazing, especially at sunset. Perfectly situated in a quiet location, but with short drives to beach, town, restaurants and bars. Great sized pool and outside areas for seating. Beautifully kept garden. Toller Urlaub, sehr schönes Haus!

Wir hatten eine tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus! Es ist sehr geräumig und es fehlt an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist vielleicht etwas "old school", aber das hat irgendwie Charme. Genial ist, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hat. Das war auch ein Grund, warum wir dieses Haus ausgewählt haben. Der Meerblick ist fantastisch - vor allem der Sonnenuntergang!! Das Beste an dem Haus ist allerdings der Pool - einfach mega!!! Neben dem Haus führt ein etwas holpriger Weg hinunter zum "Turtle beach", sehr schön und nicht so groß. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wow, wow, wow!!!!

Wir können wirklich nur positives von diesem Objekt berichten. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Aussicht, die täglich einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang bietet, war einfach einmalig. Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus, welches wirklich genug Platz bietet. Sogar das Zimmer im Keller war wirklich gut. Fast das beste Klima im Haus. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich überaus nett und sind immer zur Stelle wenn man was braucht. Der Pool war wirklich toll und alle zwei Tage kommt ein Poolboy der sich um die Sauberkeit kümmert. Das Haus ist nicht ganz so einfach zu finden, da Google einem Straßen anzeigt die es nicht gibt. Wenn man es aber einmal gefunden hat, gibt es wirklich nichts mehr zu beanstanden. Wir können das Haus und den Gastgeber wirklich weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Schöne Villa für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir waren zu 8 in dieser Villa und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für eine kleine Gruppe. Genauso wie der Garten auch. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern verlief super einfach und entspannt ++: eigener Parkplatz; WC/Bad an jedem Schlafzimer; Pool-Liegen; auch bei schlechtem Wetter genügen Platz in der Wohnküche +: ein Schlafzimmer ist im Untergeschoss, wodurch die Luftzufuhr etwas schwieriger ist; die Villa ist in Meer-Nähe, aber zum Strand benötigt man circa 15-20min steilen Fußweg durch einem aber sehr schönen Waldweg; einige Spiele sind im Haus vorhanden; jedes Badezimmer hat einen Fön - : um den Pool befinden sich Schrauben (wahrscheinlich für eine Plane) diese sind erhaben, dies birgt eine Verletzungsgefahr; wir empfehlen eine gemeinsame Begehung bei der Abnahme, um nachträgliche Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Tipp: Mit einem niedrig-motorisierten Mietauto unbedingt darauf achten, dass im Navi nicht der Sandweg am Meer entlang, sondern der Asphaltweg verwendet wird. Dieser führt NICHT über den Elani Beach Resort Parkplatz, sondern verläuft rechts davon.

Amazing holiday in a little paradise

From the moment we booked the villa, throughout our stay the service is the best we have ever had in all the years of renting villas. Elita was amazing and could not do enough to ensure we had an amazing holiday. Villa is stunning with amazing views and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Michele and his family with his friends, Tasos and Ruth with their children, two lovely families, total 9 people , were excellent guests. We had very good communication. They left the villa in a great condition. They were very careful with the villa. They were really peaceful, very polite and easy going people. I highly recommend them as guests. Schöne ruhige Villa mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren zwei Paare, mein Mann und ich und mein Bruder und seine Frau. Wir wurden von Elita und Ihrem Mann Thomas freundlich empfangen. Die Villa hat alles was man braucht von Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine und Gasgrill und vieles mehr. Wir haben die Ruhe und die tolle Aussicht sehr genossen ebenso wie den schönen großen Pool. Mein Mann und mein Bruder sind jede Früh vor dem Frühstück bereits zum Schwimmen in den Pool. Wir haben auch wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt, wobei wir den Strand beim Elani Bay Resort bevorzugt haben. Wir können die Villa und auch unsere Gastgeber Elita und Thomas jederzeit weiter empfehlen

Wounderful "late-summer" in Greece.

We where two familys with two kids each spending a wounderful week in this lovely house. The whole house is very clean and fresh, every bedroom has it´s own big bathroom! Big kitchen with everything you need for cooking and BBQ. Clean and very appreciated pool by the kids :) Big supermarket and fishmarket 10min away in Siviri. Sunset in front of the house! Fantastic villa and great owners!

It was fantastic from the beginning . Great communication and very friendly Elita and Thomas greeted us with a smile and showed us the premises. The villa is in fantastic condition and has everything you need. We felt like home. The views are awsome and the pool is amazing. We will come back! Thank you for a great stay. P.S. We drove there, so for a great experience make sure you either come with your own car or rent one.

A lovely family, great guests! Lucian, his lovely wife and their parents and sister with three lovely kids, 10 persons in all, were excellent guests, very polite and discreet. They treated the villa as if it were their own. They left the villa in the same condition as they found it, very clean and tidy! We had very good communication! They were punctual in their time of arrival and departure! A large family that one would be very happy, even wished, to have as guests! We would be very glad to host them again next summer.
