This beautiful and comfortable villa is equipped with every comfort.
The villa has a breathtaking view and is equipped with a private swimming pool with hydromassage. The location is strategic, close only a few minutes to the crystal clear beaches of Marina Piccola and 10 minutes from the famous Piazzetta of Capri. The villa has stunning views of the Faraglioni of Capri symbol of the island and the bay of Marina Piccola, the proximity to the sea will ensure that your holiday is as relaxing.
The Villa has 2 apartments "main house" with 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single bedroom) and with 3 bathrooms all with shower (two very large), a very spacious living room with sofa, TV, table lunch; a kitchen equipped with everything.
And a "Dependace" attached with 1 bedroom (double bed) 1 bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed (for 2 people) television, dining table and a kitchen equipped with everything, with terrace and outdoor table.
To the exterior Villa has a large terrace with 2 outdoor dining tables, sun loungers and outdoor sofas, in addition there is the outdoor shower and a small part of garden with lemon trees, and an ancient well. Not as adervertised

The property is not as advertised. We booked the property for a pool and a grill, and tv in bedrooms. One tv ws missing from one of the master bedrooms, the was no grill aand the pool was too unsanitary to be used. I was told that the pool was closed at the end of September. Nowhere in the information did it state the pool was not available after a certan date. The dishwasher was falling out of the wall and there was an oder of rodents in the kitchen area. I will not likely use vrbo again

La Baika Villa

Good quiet location on the south side of the island with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Hosts were very accommodating. Equal distance to the Capri city center and Marina Piccola, about 15 min to walk the stairs or you can take the bus from a stop nearby. Our family enjoyed our stay here.

A stunning property with large terrace and pool, overlooking the Faraglioni, near Marina Piccola. The villa is walkable but bear in mind that Capri walkways are full of stairs and narrow roads, so plan accordingly and pack light. The property manager Luca was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay... making dinner reservations, booking taxis for us, and making suggestions for the area. Absolutely loved Capri!

We loved the view, beautiful harbor with luxury yachts in front of us and dramatic mountain behind

Wonderful home. Unforgetable views.

This was a great home to relax in Capri. W/It was 5 min by taxi to Capri and 10 min to Anacapri. Very nice with a huge patio to view the sea. Hats off to Daniella and Luca for their warm reception and attention to detail. It will be on our list to stay on out next visit.

Amazing view, very charming villa and a great host, all you need :)

We enjoyed our stay in Luca's villa a lot! The house is equipped with all things you may need during your stay, clean and well positioned half way between the Piazzetta and the Marina Piccola. The huge terracce offers the best views!! Beautiful sunset and amazing for your morning coffee too! Highly recommended.
