Observera-Vi har mycket strikta Spring Break-policyer och hyr inte till någon under 25 år. Vi kräver att det finns en vuxen över 25 för vartannat folk under 25 år. Vi tar bara familjesemester. Inga undantag!

Denna enhet hyrs lördag till lördag endast med en 7 natt minimum under våren, topp sommar och fallbrott.

Seawinds # 2 sitter direkt på Destins söta vita sandar och har en otrolig utsikt över golfen från alla tre nivåer.

Seawinds # 2 ligger i Miramar Beach-delen av Destin, direkt mellan Silver Sands Outlet Mall och Destin Commons. Du kommer att bli en snabbkörning till massor av shopping och massor av restauranger!

När du kommer in i denna stadsbostad med fyra sovrum, hälsas du med en välkomnande foajé. Denna bottenvåning har två mycket rymliga sovrum. Det första sovrummet du kommer har en queen size-säng och platt-TV. Mellan de två sovrummen hittar du ett fullstort badrum med stativdusch samt tvättmaskin / dyer-området! Det andra sovrummet vetter mot stranden med otrolig utsikt över viken och tillgång till balkong. Detta rum har även en queen size-säng och platt-TV.

Går uppför trapphuset till andra våningen är du omedelbart hälsad av det rymliga vardagsrummet! Vardagsrummet har otroliga utsikt över gulfen, stor platt-TV, våt bar och en öppen planlösning som gör det möjligt för alla att konversera från köket, matplatsen i vardagsrummet och till och med balkongen!

Det uppgraderade köket ligger intill vardagsrummet längs m / matplatsen. Alla dessa områden ser till de stora fönstren som erbjuder mer otroliga utsikt över gulfen !!

På andra våningen finns bäddsoffa, men också ett sovrum med två enkelsängar och en platt-TV. En full storlek badrum med badkar / dusch combo ligger också på andra våningen. och ja!! en annan balkong med utsikt över stranden från vardagsrummet här. Det har också steg ner till stranden så att du kan komma åt stranden från denna våning också!

Översta våningen är det fjärde sovrummet. Detta loft stil rum är ENORM !!! och erbjuder dig en king size-säng, futon, och platt-TV samt ett eget badrum. Detta badrum har en mycket stor anpassad kakeldusch med dubbla duschkablar. En mycket unik egenskap för detta hem i gärning, är denna anpassade dusch !! Mer Gulf utsikt från detta område också genom de stora fönstren som ser ut till stranden! En plattskärms-TV ingår också i detta rum.

Excellent location and perfect place for a family. We absolutely loved the private beachfront. The overall stay was enjoyable. The beds were comfortable. Layout of the house was unusual and a little awkward, but it was clean and tidy.

The beach access and ocean views were well worth it!! Although the property is an older one, it was pretty well maintained. Because we had two babies, two and under-it wasn’t exactly child-proofed, so that might be an upgrade consideration. The baby gate was helpful, just needed two! Even better, a retractable gate for the stairs would be good! The rooms were good size, and the extra bed located in the loft’s alcove was perfect! There were an appropriate amount of outlets for the many chargers we had. The “extra” appliances were much appreciated, and the major appliances were up to date. Thanks again for a great stay!

Labor Day Getaway

Our over all stay was great. Our favorite part was that we were just steps from the sand and beach. Nice location close to plenty of places to eat and shop. The beach house was spacious and met our accommodation needs.

Fun, fun, fun

Great beach access, enjoyed our weeks stay at Seawinds2, plenty of space for family and friends, great patios for dolphin watching. Would definitely return to Miramar Beach!

Its about the beach

Conveniently located property whose access to the beach is phenomenal. Views were awesome, and peaceful. Property has all the amenities needed to enjoy and good time at the beach.

Destin 2023

Loved the property! The master bedroom is a loft on the 3rd floor and is not closed off so noise and privacy is not really possible but loved the view of beach being on the 3rd floor so overall great property and super close to the beach!

Great property right on the beach. Outside furniture is rusted and/or broken and needs replaced. Lots of outdoor toys but needs to be cleaned up and organized

Downstairs Shower Is Annoying

The downstairs shower faucet does not turn on easily. To the point I thought the whole faucet would come out of the wall. We called maintenance and he showed us how to do it. REALLY!! you know the shower is this hard to turn on and you don't do anything about it. Shame on YOU!

Beautiful View!

Loved the location of the property and the view!! House was clean and property management very responsive. Rooms were good size also and enjoyed the private beach! But and there is usually a but…the mattresses were awful! I’m sure Motel 6 has better mattresses. I mean we all got up hurting somewhere and one night I woke up at 227am and stayed up vs laying in the bed, the grill was nasty and no hope of improving with cleaning, the deck needs a facelift and fixed, no outside lights for the deck we even attempted to replace the bulbs outside, the internet stinks, some of the TVs was not setup, and good luck figuring out all the switches in the house. The home could use some updating but ya know you never spend much time in the home on vacation! My suggestion if they don’t do repairs; bring extra chairs to put on the small deck off the living room cuz the big one does not have a way into the house, bring some fluff for the beds, bring your grill or get a small one, and small low lights for outside. We still enjoyed the stay and would use the property management again the owners use. Have fun!

Family vacation

For the most part all was good. The kitchen was poorly stocked with usable pans to cook with the refrigerator was leaking water on the inside. Housekeeping or someone had placed a bowl inside on top shelf to catch it. Other than that all was good.

Beach house

The place could use a little bit of updating, but you could not beat the location and view. We had no trash bags in the kitchen and the bathrooms only has one roll of toilet paper. We love being steps from the private beach. It also has plenty of floats and toys.

Great location!

We couldn't have asked for a better location for a better price! The beach was gorgeous and had easy access to beach chair rentals right on the beach, one thing that I wish we would have known before we wasted money on sand toys for the kids was that there is a small room on the bottom deck full of floaties and beach toys for the kids. We left some behind as well so I wouldn't worry about buying toys for the kids.

Perfect location

This townhouse is in the perfect location for a beautiful beach stay neat Destin. It has plenty of room for a family getaway and it is literally right on the beach! The kids could go out and play on the beach while we drank coffee on one of the 3 decks! It was perfect! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is in need of a few repairs. The porches need a little updating and the stairs need some work, the outdoor tables were taped and need replacing and the air conditioning is in need of updating. Other than those things, we truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and was the perfect layout! Would stay again.

We were very pleased with the overall stay! There was a few minor things that need tended to and upgraded. The town house is amazing for a family vacation! Location was beautiful and convenient to everywhere. We would stay there again for sure just for the location and the space in the townhouse! Thanks

Two Family annual vacay

Awesome location with private beach access! Fridge did not make any ice while we were there but there is a gas station steps away across the street. Kitchen could use some dish towels. There were Plenty of beach toys for kids to play. Hose downstairs needs replacing but overall a great townhome! We had a wonderful beach getaway

Great location, spacious rooms, needs TLC.

You will be hard pressed to find a better location in Destin/Miramar. The condo was surprisingly spacious. The pictures are out-dated a bit. Overall, we were happy with the place, but definitely needs some TLC. The doors to the beach were basically non-functional. The beautiful shower upstairs unfortunately leaks into middle bathroom. The stairs to the beach one could call borderline dangerous. The grandparents had a hard time navigating. With some upgrades, we would consider staying here again.

Rare oceanfront

Can’t beat having a house right on the ocean! Worth paying alittle extra. Private beach! The house could of been cleaned alittle better. Couldn’t see out of windows. We had to buy window cleaner and clean the windows. Other then that the house was worth it and would recommend! Destin is a must
