Härlig 3 säng. fastighet på Lo Marabu urbanisering i Ciudad Quesada. Beläget nära centrum, bara 20 minuters promenad till många restauranger, barer och affärer. Lokala barer och restauranger runt hörnet samt 2 stora stormarknader. Många golfbanor i området inom 20 minuters bilresa, inklusive La Marquesa (5 minuter), La Finca (10 minuter) .2 Vattenparker inom 10 minuters bilresa. Gemensam pool ligger 150 meter bort. Fastigheten har Wi-Fi obegränsad, gratis TV, luftkonditionering, användning av ett par cyklar och golfklubbar. Fantastiska Medelhavet ligger bara 10 minuters bilresa bort. Beläget 35 minuters bilresa från Alicante flygplats. Hämtningar kan ordnas. Fantastiska promenader och vandringsleder inom 30 minuter. Det finns en engångsstädningsavgift på 70 euro som betalas lokalt vid ankomst. Dimitri kommer att vara där för att träffa dig och ge hjälp vid behov. Our holiday

Location is good. Small playground next to the house. Aldi, Consum, bars, Asian restaurants 2 min walk away. Taxi to Torrevieja 15mins about 20eur. Cuidad Quesada centre 20min walk with more of everything.

Comfortable, home from home type place, washing machine meant there was little washing to be done once home, good location, close to the main road and multiple grocery shops and a good choice of restaurants/cafés nearby, could maybe do with a welcome book and the light bulb in the twin bedroom needs replacing, clearer instruction on check out would be helpful, all in all a great place to stay

Clean property, ideally located within close proximity to local shops and bars. An ideal space to have stayed in with my 2 year old, will absolutely book for our next visit

Great

2nd time staying in this villa. Quick response with owner, nice clean property (if I had to be picky I’d say towels were needed as only 2 or 3 available - we had some anyway!) Aircon great! Great little location, pool nice big and friendly. Thanks for welcoming us again. We will return again!

Lovely stay

Reasonably priced, perfect location for us for looking around the area with a view to buying a place in the future. Chinese Wok buffet just round the corner was excellent. Aldi and Consum plus a few cafés walking distance. Questions answered promptly by owner. Thanks!

Pleasant stay to visit friends

Property is welcoming and homely. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It is well situated for walking into Quesada and the surrounding areas by car. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy, we uses the spacious solarium regularly and went to the huge communal pool which was chilly due to the time of year. As constructive criticism we (as a pair of ladies) would have appreciated a full length mirror, but other than that an entirely pleasant stay

nice to trip to quesada

well located, safe with good outdoor space and a third room which is very useful although the spiral staircase is not for those with any mobility issues. good check in, comfortable property with good outdoor space. owner very responsive. one slight issue that the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working very well, but other than that a very enjoyable stay

Perfect stay

The house is very nice…its in a quiet area but only a 5 mins walk to many supermarkets and restaurants.You can easily park your car in the street. The house has everything you need for your stay…even heat which was handy at night this time of the year :-) The host Andy is very nice,its easy to communicate with him and he answers your questions very fast. We met Damion for the keys he is also very nice and friendly. We had a good time overall.You can book this house you wont regret it

Description fairly accurate, but tv in master bedroom switches on but no channels so cannot watch, air con in twin room does not cool down room, master bedroom air con is good, other than that happy with owner and property.

good location

We were a couple enjoying the facilities of this house. Size was fine for a two of us. Location was good with a couple of bars close and others a 20 minute walk. Only one negative points. There was one sunbed only downstairs and none upstairs so not good for sun worshippers. We were told that one had broken and wasn't being replaced in near future. That apart all good and would be happy to return in the future

not happy with this stay

the house was noisy and cold, the WiFi was poor, it was constantly cutting out, there was also a daily power outage, so no heating and the refrigerator was not really cold and the hot water boiler was not warm in time to take a normal shower with 2 people . I won't rent this again

Cute little house booked last minute

Big thank you to Andy and Dimitri for having the house ready for us when we had to move from our previous accommodation due to unbearable noise. Cute little house in a residential area, 25 mins walk to the main street in Ciudad Quesada which we loved but with a couple of bars and restaurant 5 mins walk away, aswell as 2 supermarkets. House was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a short stay. Beds were very comfy and shower powerful with plenty of hot water. The only niggle which is completely out of the owner's control is the house opposite who have 2 very noisy and boistrous dogs that were left out all day every day and were easily triggered by anything or anyone passing which was annoying.

Beautiful private cosy villa

I booked this villa for my mother and her partner as I was staying near by, I visited the villa and it is well maintained and very clean. Although it is within a complex of other villas,(which most villas are anyway) It is very private and quite. There is a third bedroom on the top floor with its own bathroom and shower area, so this villa is ideal not only for family's but also for two couples wanting there own privacy when required. It is also 2 minute walk to good supermarket, bars and even a Chinese restaurant which is very cheap. The main town of Quesada is 2 minute drive or about a 15 minute walk. The beach is about a 15 minute drive. I will be booking here next time I go to this area as it is a spot on villa and Dimitri who looks after the villa is a lovely guy, also Andy who owns the villa is very helpful and will accommodate you the best he can.

Great property Shame about the owner

Property and location great 3rd bedroom on the roof isn't great if you have small children as you have to lock yourself out ,but is a great room BBQ was missing and owner said buy your own 🙄. He provided one a week later in the end One bedroom Aircon wasn't working as owner never got it fixed for us and just kept ignoring our messages . We chased every day for a week and was just given false promises and being ignored . So one child slept on a mattress on the floor for nearly 2 weeks . Freezer would be better in the house and not in the cellar, which had a few bugs running around in Location is great for getting around and 2 supermarkets 100 yards away with a selection of bars also . Parking also very easy
