This condo has everything to make your vacation great! Chaparral Country Club is guard-gated and features 24-hour security. Tennis and brand-new state-of-the-art fitness center is available to our guests. There is also a game room . You can also golf on the private Chaparral Country Club course for a very reasonable fee. The Clubhouse features breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and bar service. Chaparral is located close to great shopping, art galleries, and restaurants. El Paseo and The River, premier shopping areas, are close by. Enjoy live music and theater performances at the McCullum Center, stroll the nearby Civic Center Park, or take in a movie at one of the many local cinemas. Great property for adults........

Spent 3 months at this property and would highly recommend for older adults who won’t be having sub-teen visitors. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The short Chaparral Golf Course is great for us older folks who are not long ball hitters and they offer a nice package for we renters. The unit is comfortably furnished and would be great for four adults. The unit was clean upon arrival, The unit did have a few deferred maintenance issues but the owner was quick to respond and actually requested we submit a list of items that needed attention. Nice place and great owner!

Chaparral Country Club January-March 2019

My wife and I spent January-March 2019 at Diane’s Chaparral Country Club home. Chaparral CC is a well maintained 4000 yard par 60 course that is a fun course for golfers of all abilities, has excellent amenities and friendly staff. It is centrally located with great restaurants and and excellent “full size” golf courses within a ten minute drive. Diane’s home was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, linens plush and the updated kitchen had everything we needed from double ovens, an outdoor grill, an awesome large refrigerator and all the little thing you need to cook for 2-10 people. We always seemed to have what we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Serene Oasis

My husband and I enjoyed three wonderful months in this immaculate Chaparral home. Spacious with all the comforts and technology you need for a relaxing stay. It is a very peaceful setting with quiet full time neighbors. Great patio seating for relaxing and outdoor dining too and you are well protected from stray golf balls. Diane is a very gracious hostess. She is always readily available to answer any of your questions and her home will be spotlessly clean for your arrival.
