Prime Location, excellent for first time traveler!

Can’t beat the location since it’s located right on La Rambla. We have saved a lot on traveling expenses as most of the key attractions can be reached by foot. Since it’s a self service apartment, one should expect to be able to fix any issues arisen (eg internet connection).

EasyFlatBNC's appartment Rambla D / 3rd floor

The two bedroom apartment is very nice and the kitchen and bathroom function very well. The only drawback is the street noise from La Rambla at all hours of the day (and night). Iti is bearable wiith the windows closed, but in the warm season you will then have to turn on the aircondition quite often.

Rambla D 123 : un appartement à louer pour un séjour agréable à Barcelone

C'est un joli petit appartement, doté de toutes les commodités et très bien situé (sur la Rambla). Climatisé et avec des fenêtres à double vitrage on ne souffre ni du bruit ni de la chaleur en été. Je le recommande aux familles et aux jeunes couples.

Nice Apartment in the Busy Las Ramblas Area

Maria is a wonderful owner and very helpful. The apartment is in a very busy, crowded section of Las Ramblas. It is very close to a transportation hub and the Boqueria Market. The apartment has a nice small kitchen and a comfortable bedroom.

Super séjour d’une semaine à quatre adultes dans l'appartement rambla D.Pas besoin de voiture tout est faisable à pieds en bus ou à métro qui lui est à 50 metres. Accès direct par l’aérobus de l’aéroport à la place de la Catalogne. Maria nous a très bien accueillis à l'heure convenue et tout bien expliqué sur l’appartement et nous a en plus conseillé sur de bonnes adresses. Appartement hyper propre, pratique, bien aménagé et très bien équipé. En haut des Ramblas, l’appartement est très bien placé. Un Supermarché en sortant sur la droite à 100m. Une pharmacie au pied de l’immeuble. Des restaurants partout. Digicode pour l’entrée de l’immeuble. Ascenseur petit (3 personnes) mais pratique. Climatisation + ventilateur dans une chambre. Vu son emplacement sur Les Ramblas, il n'est pas bruyant , il est bien insonorisé, fenêtres fermées. C’est sur il faut choisir entre le calme de la campagne et la rue la plus animée de Barcelone ! Il nous a juste manqué un double des clés ( deux couples avec des horaires différents ) mais nous ne l’avions pas demandé au départ. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Nous y retournerons sûrement lors d’un prochain séjour!

Fabulous place right on La Ramblas

We had a wonderful stay at this property. You can't beat its location - right in the middle of everything on La Ramblas. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for a family of 4! Connecting with the owner was easy and so was the payment process. Next time we go to Barcelona I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing!!!!!

Brilliant location, clean with all equipment in apartment you would need inc nespresso machine. Very quiet when the doors are shut. Manager gave us a warm welcome and made us feel us relaxed in the apartment and showed us round and how to work everything we needed. Cannot recommend highly enough, so much so we are planning to go back as soon as possible.

Top location and service in Barcelona

This apartment has an amazing location on La Rambla. The windows are insulated which keeps out most of the street noise. Apartment is clean and comfortable, well-furnished. Managers are wonderful and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable apartment perfectly located in the heart of Barcelona

We absolutely loved our time in Barcelona. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The owners were very kind and helpful. Maria met us at the apartment and got us situated. She gave us some great tips about visiting Barcelona and answered all our questions. We were also travelling with a baby (1 year old), and they provided us with a nice baby crib, which was very helpful. Overall, we were very impressed with the apartment and how smoothly the owners handled our experience. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Barcelona without the stress of finding a quality place to stay.

Oasis in the middle of Barcelona

Rambla D is in the heart of Barcelona, steps from Pl Catalunya and La Ramble, but when you close the windows, it is a quiet haven. Clean, efficient, roomy. The staff ensured I knew how everything worked, including the free WiFi and Nespresso machine. For a reasonable price you have the perfect base for exploring this amazing city.

Return to my Barcelona

The apartment was as described, and although it was noisy, we expected that since it's in the most popular part of town. On the other hand, the location is great, as you can walk to many of the wonderful, old places in the heart of the town, and you have access to all sorts of public transportation. Old elevator is so small that if you travel with several pieces of luggage you have to make several trips, and neighbors don't always close its double doors so it's not always available. Because the bathroom has a tub (although that is a good thing to have after a day of intensive walking around town), I would not recommend it for older guests who may have a mobility problem. It could use a foldable laundry rack as what is offered is small and inconvenient. Kitchen is stocked adequately.

El departamento nos pareció excelente por la ubicación céntrica, aunque algunos comentarios decía que era ruidoso, a nosotros no nos ha parecido para nada, con las ventanas cerradas prácticamente no se escuchaba nada de la calle, la limpieza, la funcionalidad (tiene lo justo, sin que nada se interponga en el paso, el equipamiento para cocinar cosas sencillas y la recepción muy amable de Paul, tuvimos un retraso en el vuelo y la comunicación y la atención fueron muy eficientes. Cuando uno sale de vacaciones necesita que las cosas fluyan lo mejor posible para poder dedicarse a lo que ha venido a hacer a la ciudad. disfrutar. Es sabido que en turismo hay tres factores a tener en cuenta al elegir un alojamiento. Estos son: ubicación, ubicación y ubicación. Este departamento sobresale por estar cerca de todo. En tres semanas de estadía fuimos a casi todas partes caminando y disfrutando el paseo. Y podíamos pasar al mediodía a reponernos y seguir luego paseando. Si a eso le agregas mucha agua caliente en la ducha y cama cómoda el resultado es 10 puntos. Pudimos cocinar en el departamento ya que está bien equipado. Ya se lo recomendé a amigos.

Great Location but noisy

Very good location for Barcelona with the Metro, Aerobus depot and supermarket and main market near by. The apartment is very noisy however with a break from around 4 to 6 am before it starts again. In our apartment the air conditioning did not work so it was warm. With a little TLC, some new paint, sound proofing and air conditioning fix and the rating would be much higher.
