Appartement 3 pièces meublé extraordinaire et exclusif dans un ancien magasin.
Tout nouveau conçu en 2017 par un architecte d'intérieur.

Séjour ouvert et ensoleillé avec cuisine (réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson vitrocéramique, four) et coin repas confortable séparé pour 6 personnes.
La première chambre a un lit king size et une grande armoire avec beaucoup d'espace.
La deuxième chambre a un lit king size (ou 2 lits simples) avec bureau suspendu, chaise et miroir.
Ajouter. lit d'appoint confortable est disponible sur demande.

Il y a du parquet dans les deux chambres, le salon et la salle à manger.

La salle de bain dispose d'un équipement haut de gamme dont une douche en verre.
Propre machine à laver et sèche-linge est disponible.

Le bâtiment historique a des hauteurs de plafond intérieures jusqu'à 320 cm.

Parking dans la rue, gratuit avec permis de stationnement. Pas de place garantie!

This was a a beautiful stay! The host was very helpful and had lots of info for us to help us get to the apartment and settle in. The apartment is beautiful and very clean with everything you need. Nearby is a bakery, a grocery and several restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The location was great, close to the bus line which made it easy to get around Munich (used the Moovit app). Several restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Tanja was a great host. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood, close to public transportation

Very clean, well appointed property. Very much enjoyed our stay, we had 5 in our group and it worked, but bedroom layout better for 4 people. Perfect for a family. Would stay here again. Coffee shops, grocery and bus stop all within 2 blocks.

Perfect stay for a first time trip to Munich

We were exhausted and ready to be comfortable after 14 hours of travel from California. We were greeted by Wolfgang and able to learn the ins and outs of the house and where to ge breakfast in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Highly recommend this place for a family or anyone looking to be comfortable.

great flat with quality towels, linens, pillows etc, Tanja has the whole house set with everything you need as well as really fancy soaps etc. She was great about texting/whatsapping back and really was a great hostess.

Great right from the check-in. Warmly greeted w detailed explanation and recommendation on everything. Very modern amenities. Food store a couple blocks away was great plus. Private entrance right at street level. Quiet at night yet close to Marienplatz and surroundings.

beautiful flat in a quiet neighborhood

We loved staying in Tanja’s apartment. It’s nicely located in a quiet neighborhood in Munich and is walking distance from some great cafes and restaurants. The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable and nicely appointed and a short walk from a convenient bus stop to get into central Munich. The check-in prices was great. The only downsides were the creaky wooden floors between the bedrooms and the rather flat pillows on the beds.

Dear guests, We are very proud on our historical wooden floors, which are very old and well preserved, but creaky that's natural. Our pillows are all very new so we are wondering, while they are rather flat. We will check it.

Lovely property

Lovely property overall. 10/10 for cleanliness. Wolfgang and Tommy checked us in and were lovely. The location was great with buses 132 & 62 being within 2 mins walking distance. Felt safe in the area. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside being that we had to walk through the first bedroom to access the second bedroom, which would suit a family better. Overall, my favourite accomodation from the five countries we visited.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

The Asante Designer Apt was absolutely amazing for our family of 4 (parents + 2 teenagers). It made our stay in Munich feel like home and is so conveniently located near restaurants, bakery, groceries, bus stop, etc. Easy, safe, beautiful walk into the center of town, plus a welcoming personal greeting upon arrival. The apartment has every amenity we could have asked for…Tanja has thought of EVERYTHING a traveler might need or appreciate. The apartment is spacious, immaculate, comfortable, quiet, relaxed, and organized. Super comfortable beds, great shower, easy-to-use laundry, TVs with all the apps, and all kitchen appliances. We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again when we return to Munich!

Fabulous but not for Everyone

We loved our stay and the accommodations, but the apartment works well for a single couple or a couple with one or two children. We think a group with two couples will be disappointed. There are pros and cons which you should consider before booking this flat: Cons: 1.Other than the kitchen, there is not a single drawer in the apartment. There is not anywhere to put your cloths other than leave them in your luggage. 2. There are only two closets, and they are both located in the primary bedroom. 3. To access the secondary bedroom, you must walk through the primary bedroom. 4. There are no chairs in the bedrooms or the living room. The living room has a couch (which will hold 3) and a stool. There are 6 wooden chairs in the dining area. Pros: 1. One of the best showers we have seen in Europe. 2. Kitchen is fully functional and very well appointed. 3. The owner is a designer, and it is apparent the unit is beautiful and perfectly appointed. 4. The location is perfect. The neighborhood quiet but just a short walk to two different buses which can take you anywhere easily by public transportation. 5, A bakery, grocery and neighborhood Bavarian restaurant are all within a short walk.

Very urban

If you are used to city noises or if you come here when it's cool outside, this would be a five star apartment. It's beautifully decorated with great attention paid to not only the decor but to all the kitchen items. It's the sort of apartment that could be featured in a beautiful magazine. Also, Tanja, the owner, and the people who greeted us were lovely throughout the process. It's also in a nice Munich neighborhood. Where the apartment failed us was the street noise level during a heat wave. We either opened the windows for fresh air and could hear all the normal street noise, or we closed them, had more quiet but sweltered. There were three good fans and for anyone who is used to some noise about them, I'm sure it would be fine. But we live where it's very quiet and we weren't able to adjust. Even when we tried shutting the windows, the headlights from cars would shine into the ground floor, lighting up the bedroom and wake us. Coupled with squeaky floors that announced when anyone was up to use the restroom, we spent three sleepless nights here before abandoning the apartment and the money that we'd paid for three additional nights and sought out a quieter place. I take no pleasure in writing a critical review - particularly when everyone associated with this apartment was so nice - but I rely upon reviews and wish that I'd realized how urban the apartment was. For anyone who is either accustomed to urban noises, who isn't a light sleeper, or who comes during a time of year when the windows don't need to be opened, this would be a beautiful apartment to rent.

Dear guests, Many thanks for your review. I'm wondering you didn't inform us about any of your concerns while you were here. We assume you are living in a really very quiet area at home, we are used to city life and consider the location of the apartment as a very quiet street due to the fact we are a 1.5 million city. The apartment is close to the inner city and has as you mentioned a very lovely neighbourhood. The historical house has restored wooden floors which are more than 100 years old and if they are squeaky we consider it as normal and think it is very charming to have it.

The location was excellent a short walk to bus, across street great bakery. It is a very nice clean apartment on very quiet street with all amenities. Highly recommend this rental.

Lovely Munchen

This is a lovely little apartment, beautifully furnished and perfect for our family of three. Minutes away from cafés, bakeries and a well stocked supermarket. Various bus stops 5 mins walk away and then a 10 minute ride into the centre. Our dog also loved walks along the river, which was 5 mins away. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Street parking is free but it can be a bit of a challenge to find a spot - but then we didn’t use the car the whole time we were there. A lovely, warm welcome from the host and we really couldn’t fault it at all. Would love to return.

Nice place, good location

The location is in a really great area but a bit of a challenge to get the the city center. We were there in the heat of summer, so it was quite hot in the room with no A/C but to be expected in this part of the world. Nicely furnaces and many nice amenities.

Fantastic location and apartment

Our stay was fabulous. The kitchen was well-equipped, the space was beautiful and abundant, and it was surprisingly quiet for being at street level. We loved the neighborhood—cafes and bakeries just steps away. There was easy access to both the old city (via bus) and the highway system (for getting out of town). We were at first a little apprehensive about parking on the street, but we were always able to find a spot with minimal effort and we never felt that our car was at risk.

Lovely Munich apartment

The apartment was perfect for my roomate and I to stay in so that we could explore Munich for a couple of days. It was clean and modern! The only drawback was that there was no soap for the shower or laundry detergent to wash clothes with. That would be an amenity that could be provided. Tanja was lovely to accommodate our late check in on a Sunday evening. I’d recommend this property and Tanja to anyone staying in Munich.

Beautiful quiet flat

This flat is a lovely, spacious, quiet stay. Kitchen is well-equipped. Apartment is about a 25 minute walk from Marienplatz in a residential neighborhood, still close to restaurants and shops. We spent Christmas here and appreciated all the holiday decorations!
