This home is incorrectly advertised! They do not have the TV showing in the picture, all we got is a small monitor (maybe 19") that supposedly worked, but we did not have Cable nor TV signal. An additional small and old TV in one of the bedrooms was completely disconnected and no cable or antenna.
The property is nice - in the outside with a big garden and Patio area, in the inside the 2 bathrooms they have been beautiful renovated, but they did not have HOT water in the entire house, we wished that we could use them. The bedrooms are still looking "old" and dark.
The cleanliness of the place is bad. Cobwebs and dust behind the furniture, the kitchen drawers were dirty and utensils very old and/or dirty. In some of the drawers I found silverware, mixed with screws and other bottles of sealant or another sort of goop. The utensils are old, burnt and dirty. They have a new fridge that worked great and I new stove that the gas pressure was very low to have more than one burner working.
Besides not having Cable and a TV, we did not a good signal downstairs for the WiFi. No HOT water in the whole house, no hand soap in the bathrooms and some lamps and light bulbs without bulbs or burnt bulbs.
After a disastrous first night, the property manager showed up the next morning, being able to accommodate us into a different location. The house has potential but the owner needs to pay attention to these details if he/she want to charge the rate we paid. Very frustrated and disappointed with this rental.
