I was born in Newport Beach's Hoag Hospital, (Dad said that I had a "Womb with a view").
I love outdoor activities and adventure. I am a licensed private pilot and in the early 2000's I took up Powered Paragliding. Baja California had the best conditions for this so I began coming down to fly the beaches in Baja and the world famous La Salina ridge. One day my buddy and I were flying along this stretch of beach that we considered the best when we noticed the footings going in at What is now Seaside Salina ~ Beachfront paradise, we landed on the site and each bought a ground floor unit pre-construction in 2005.
