Kenai River B-n-B Vacation Rental Home

This 2700 sf home is located on the beautiful Kenai River Waterfront in Cooper Landing, Alaska.
We are a fully furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bath home. It is perfect for several couples, fisherman groups and families. Your King sized Master Suite has a personal sitting area, a full bath with a large shower and a private balcony overlooking snow capped mountains. There are two Queen sized bedrooms with river views, a small bunk room downstairs, a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, a game room upstairs with two fold down futons. Wireless internet is included. The Kitchen features full sized appliances, custom cabinets, granite counter tops and is furnished for all your cooking needs. The backyard has a screened gazebo complete with table and chairs for outside dining. We also have a picnic area on the river bank as well as a fish cleaning table. 2 full sized freezer is in the garage for you to store your fresh fish. We furnish the coffee and most of the herbs & spices you will need to cook your fresh fish or food you bring with you.

Cooper Landing also offers fine dining at the Kenai Princess and fast lunches at Sacketts and Gwen's. A local gas station, liquor and small grocery store and a good outfitter are just blocks away. The world famous Russian-Kenai River confluence is only 10 minutes away. Seward is only 55 miles away and you can charter anything from sightseeing tours to Halibut fishing and you are only a few feet away from World-class Rainbow trout fishing in your private backyard. Fish processing is available right in town. Soldotna is only 45 minutes away and you can find fishing, shopping and the local hospital there.
Cooper Landing is possibly the most beautiful spot in Alaska, it is in the Heart of the Kenai Peninsula up in the mountains on the banks of the emerald green Kenai River. If you are looking for the vacation of a lifetime you found it here with us.

Info for locals: Our place is accessible by motor boat from Kenai Lake. Down stream form our place is no-motor / float only until you reach Skilack Lake. The bank is low bank and the current is suitable for tie-up and easy access BUT you have got to watch for shallow rocks.

The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well kept. Right on the Kenai River with great views of the surrounding mountains. The host was very helpful with the best fishing lures and spots steps from the back door. We had 3 generations staying there and all had a great and relaxing time. Thank you.

Fantastic location

Tons of room in this two level house right on the beautiful blue Kenai River. Michael, the host, was very communicative and helpful for any questions we had. The location was perfect, very close to restaurants, Cooper Landing and all that the river provides. We enjoyed just sitting down by the river and taking it all in, when we weren't fishing. Would definitely recommend a stay here, whether you're into fishing or not!

Loved the sound of the river

This place with lots of private sleeping areas worked great for our group! The house was clean and well stocked. The location right on the Kenai River can't be beat! The host was readily available if we needed something, and went above and beyond with offers to help with fishing and just information in general. All of us loved our stay.

We booked this house almost one year ago and could not be happier with our choice. This house was by far the best rental we’ve stayed in. We had a group of 6 and came to the Kenai River to fish and take in its beauty. We chose this house because it was right on the river and we could fish right out back. We caught our share of salmon and reached our limit each day. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and made some wonderful memories. From catching salmon out back and cheering on each person as they reeled one in, to sitting out back around the fire next to the river, to watching the Olympics at night, with each of us stretched out on our own recliner, it was all AMAZING, and we will cherish each moment. Michael was the best host and was very accommodating and attentive to our inquiries and needs. This house was cozy and comfortable! We can’t wait to come back to Cooper Landing and when we do, we’ll definitely be booking this house.

Great house, great host

Michael aims to please! Great communication. The house is comfortable and not too fancy in the right ways. :D The river is beautiful, with fishing out back. Location is perfect. We went to Seward and Homer and many places in between. This was our third trip to the Kenai Peninsula and it was wonderful.

Best "fish camp" ever!

The house was impeccably clean, well stocked and VERY comfortable. The screened gazebo, outdoor fire pit and grills made evening meals a pleasure. Location was quiet and very convenient to Cooper Landing / RR area. We even launched the raft behind the house two days for floats down to Jim's Landing. We will most certainly be back to this property.

Excellent location for Kenai Peninsula activities

The property has a great water front location. The house is in great shape and allowed our family to stretch out in different areas. We caught fish from the bank. This was a trip of a lifetime for our family and loved our stay at the Kenai River BnB @ Cooper landing!
