We absolutely love this Cooper Landing home. This is our 2nd stay here as a family. The property is so Alaska, and the home is spacious, comfortable and perfectly decorated. We went fishing and hiking in Cooper Landing. It is also centrally located for day trips to Seward and Whittier for even more hiking, boat trips, and kayaking. We'll be back and will look to book this home again for the next stay. Marypat is a very accommodating host and was helpful for any needs and questions.

We’ve stayed in Cooper Landing many times and this is one of our absolute favorite places! Plenty of room, so clean and comfortable and has everything you need! The whole family said they wanted to stay here again next time!

We really liked the location of the house. The house was clean and the beds were good. It was great to have the washer and dryer options. The attraction brochures were a wonderful addition. We would recommend this house to anyone.

First off...Mary Pat has thought of everything to make her guests very comfortable. Our family of five, four adults and one 8 year old could not have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy my husband's birthday in Alaska. Great location, lovely appointments and enough room for all of us to find our own space.I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was.Thank you Mary Pat!

Perfect stay!

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish! We are a group of 6 women on an Alaskan girls trip! The home was impeccably clean—every surface, corner, and appliance sparkled when we arrived. The beds were dreamy, with high-quality mattresses and warm bedding that made for the best nights’ sleep we’ve had in ages. We loved how private the location felt; tucked away in the woods just enough to enjoy total peace and quiet, yet still an easy drive to explore the area. The kitchen and bathrooms were incredibly well stocked—condiments, cookware, coffee, towels, and toilet paper. Best of all, the hosts were wonderfully friendly and lightning-fast with responses, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for as they live right next door. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway—highly recommended! Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This property is absolutely stunning. The house itself is immaculate, Marypat gave perfect directions, and the surrounding area cannot be beat. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! If you have a chance to stay here I highly recommend it!

Beautiful cabin and great location

We enjoyed the beautiful copper landing cabin. The pictures don’t do justice. The home was warm, clean, and cozy. The location is great as well.

Very nice & roomy home. Clean & comfortable. Our host, Marypat was very informative of area activities. Her suggestion to take the Resurrection Bay with Fox Island cruise turned out awesome! Perfect cabin in the woods

We had a wonderful time at Willie’s Place. I don’t think the pictures do it justice both inside and outside. Marypat answered all of my questions immediately! She also gave us ideas for things to do in the area. Cooper Landing is a such a beautiful place. The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies for cooking and there wasn’t one thing we needed that we couldn’t find! The organic coffee that was supplied was delicious! We highly recommend Willie’s Place.

Perfect place to stay in Cooper Landing

We enjoyed this home very much! It is spacious, clean and so comfortable. The outdoor deck is amazing and perfect for cooking out. The basket of goodies was much appreciated. Kenai Lake is so close and is gorgeous. This home is only and hour from Seward. We enjoyed the water activities and hiking. The closest full grocery store is an hour away, which wasn't a problem since we spent time in Seward and stopped at Safeway on the way back to the home. There are great lodges close by for convenience items. We will be back and plan to stay a full week at this home next trip. Such an inviting property!

Beautiful home in the woods

Warm, spacious house with a cozy cabin vibe. Surrounded by woods, visiting birds and a peek-a-boo view of Kenai Lake. Came with my family to celebrate my brother's 40th birthday. Cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen and played games (they have a bunch downstairs). Owners live next door and are friendly and available if you need anything. Convenient location, minutes from Cooper Landing which has a few restaurants and convience stores. We took our raft out fly fishing on the Kenai where we saw a bear (at a safe distance on the shore while we were floating) and caught several dollys, rainbows and grayling- simply gorgeous out there. Heading out blueberry picking on the area today. Great property. Makes me want to buy a cabin. We would love to visit again. If you are coming down to the Kenai to go fishing with a group, this is the perfect place to stay!
