Family and friend fun in Cozumel

Amazing location for a family getaway

we stayed here with our adult family, spouses and young kids and the place is a great layout. Private beach with an amazing view, a nice sheltered beach for kids to play and a pool with a great shallow end for swimming! We loved the area and privacy but you still have other guests nearby. The pier is great for scuba pickup. The house is great and the upstairs patio and view is incredible!

Amazing!!! Perfect for Family / Diving Vacations

Wow...an extended family vacation, 13 people in one house...couldn’t be more pleased. Jasianna went above and beyond to ensure everything about our vacation was perfect. Beachfront house, with pier that dive operators and fishing boats alike will pick you up just steps away....security team, infinity pool ocean access for snorkeling...Plumbing system comparable to the states, excellent housekeeping...counting the days until we can go back!!

Beautiful home right on the water

My friends and I have been coming to Cozumel for a dive trip annually for the last 8 years. We have stayed in a number of VRBO homes over that period of time. The spaciousness and comfort of this home is as good or better than any other place we have stayed over the years. The convenience of the pier right out front, the layout of the home, and the value that Jasianna provides for clients cannot be argued. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I recommend it as a great place for anyone who needs a large home for a vacation stay in Cozumel.

Dream Villa

This Villa exceeded all our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and very roomy. We also thought it was nicely decorated. One of the couples with us were on a late honeymoon so they thoroughly loved the Master suite which took up the entire top floor. The location of the Villa was also very private and quiet. Lastly, the owner Jasianna is very sweet and accommodating. She texted us to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we were having a good time. We would definitely rent this Villa again.

Great location next to the pier. One bedroom had a full bed instead of king. Sofa bed broken in upstairs bedroom. They did bring in a mattress to accommodate not having the sofa bed. Owner was great in responding to property issues.

Great spot for a family vacation.

House is spacious, comfortable, and really well-equipped. Exactly as pictures in photos. The property manager was helpful and responsive-she arranged for groceries to be delivered and for a nurse to do our covid tests at the house. Our kids loved the shared swimming pool and exploring the tidal pools in front. We were glad the house had beach and pool toys. We rented a car: groceries and activities were all easy to access within a 20 minute drive. WiFi worked great, except for the upstairs master bedroom. We absolutely loved our stay. We hope to be back!

Magnificent

Absolutely wonderful! Jasianna was wonderful to work with.villa accommodated our family perfectly. The dryer was not working Jasianna had it taken care of right away. Thank you Jasianna for everything you made our stay all the more enjoyable We also had Chef Fernando from Chef Emily to prepare breakfast each morning and a few evening meals . We highly recommend him. Such a pleasant young man and his food was delicious.

Nice house, mediocre management

This house is pretty much as described in the rental listing. It was not our first stay in this community, last year we stayed at Casa Calypso (A1) and last week we stayed here (C9) for 7 days and at Villa Amigos (C4) for one night. The houses in this community are very similar, all 3 houses we have rented have similar floor plans. The differences between them are the maintenance and upkeep of the house, the furnishings and the management of the property. The good- Jasianna was present upon our arrival and the groceries we requested were purchased and put away in the kitchen. The house has an ideal location right on the beach and very close to the pool. It is very large and accommodated our party of 12 comfortably. Most of our requests were addressed fairly quickly. On the very first day one of our toddlers got into the pool without a swimmy diaper and the worst happened. Jasianna arranged for the pool to be cleaned at no charge to us. The bad- The appliances and fixtures in this house are outdated and in poor repair. When we arrived the house exterior was being painted and a crew was doing landscaping by the front door. The handle broke on the door to the beach so we were unable to enter and exit that way for the first 2 days, also did not have hot water for the first 2 days due to a wiring issue. We were without internet for 2 full days because Jasianna was traveling and we had no other point of contact for problems with the house. Check out time for this rental is 9 am, I requested a check out time of 11 the night before and did not receive a response until 1013 the next morning. At that point it was too late, we were already packed and out. This property provides as little as possible in the way of dishes, towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels and housekeeping services. There is a document in the house that states this, however I am unaccustomed to being required to purchase toilet paper and cleaning supplies in a vacation rental. We had housekeeping one time for our week stay. There were not many towels provided in the house, we were constantly washing them. Niceties that I have come to appreciate in other rentals such as beach toys, bath soap and shampoo are completely absent in this house. Overall we had a great family vacation but next time will choose one of the other houses on this community.

Fabulous Family Vacation

We had such a wonderful vacation here. Jasianna was a tremendous help in checking us in and giving us the go tos of the island. The house was very comfortable for the 7 of us with an unbelievable views and the convenience of snorkeling and fishing trips right of the dock. Thank you!!

Amazing location/Fantastic People

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Debra. Jassiana and the staff were great and very attentive to every request and question we had. We will definitely be returning for many years to come. Amazing!!!

The house is in a great location, just a few steps from the ocean and pool. The view from the house was just breathtaking. The house itself is gorgeous with plenty of room for a large group. Jasianna and all the staff were friendly and always available to help. Everyone in our group of 12 (adults and children) had a wonderful experience. We would definitley return.

The best Vacation Home in Cozumel with the hostess of the mosteas

Location of the property is perfect . Private beach, ocean views, amazing sunsets, super clean Villa Debra with all amenities. The best part is having Jasianna Jaxen ( owner ) living in the community because she is the best VIP Concierge and makes everything happen, helps you, it's always available to answer even simple questions , or takes you to fun places either to eat, dance, and much more. It's the whole package. We can't wait to stay at Cozumel beach house and Villa Paradise Cozumel. and spend more adventures with our private VIP Miss Cozumel Jasianna.

Villa Debra is the BEST!

Our family and I stayed at the beautiful Villa Debra last week and had an AMAZING time. The home is absolutely beautiful; very clean and the location is unbelievable. Located right on the beach and nestled in the corner. We had access to a private dock and had our dive boat pick us up every day. Jasianna was perfect! After our long flight we finally arrived to the house and she welcomed us with open arms and even went grocery shopping for us. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back for many years to come.

Outstanding property and owner. Awesome week of fun.

The Villa is everything that every other reviewer has said, and more. It is amazingly spacious...we were a group of 7 adults, never felt crowded and it was easy to spread out. The rooms are large, each with its own full bathroom. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked with everything needed to cook, make drinks, etc. (Everything but food, of course. And you buy that at the Mega Mart, which is a very nice store that will rival most grocers in the US.) We did use the cooking service that was recommended by the owner and it was excellent and reasonably priced. Our chef was Alex and he was great - a good chef and very personable. The entertainment center was very new and there is a good selection of dvd's. We mostly used it to show videos and pictures from our own cameras, especially the underwater shots taken by the divers amongst us. Wi-Fi is not U.S. quality high speed but it's pretty good. There is also a phone for calling both locally and the U.S. without charge. The second floor deck is spacious and looks out over the ocean and beach that is in front of the property. On this deck, there is an extremely nice propane-powered grill that we used a few times. Villa Debra is part of a larger gated community. The overall community is very nice and the property is well-maintained. We always felt safe. The guard shack will call a taxi if you need it. We rented a car and there is a designated parking space. The location of Villa Debra within this larger community is perfect - it is right on the beach, tucked away in the corner and insulated from the other villas. And yet, it is right next to the pool and the dock. For scuba divers, the dock is perfect because any dive shop will pick you up and drop you off at this dock as it is already close to the majority of the island's dive sites. Another big plus is the freshwater dunk tank for your equipment, right next to the pool. And since the pool is right next to the villa, you don't have to carry the equipment very far. And the owner, Jasianna...she is amazing. She is the new owner, having bought the property only within the past couple months. So you will see references to Debra and Matt in the previous reviews. Everything that reviewers have said about Debra/Matt....can easily be repeated for Jasianna. She was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we requested anything and her recommendations were always worthwhile. You can immediately tell that she wants to make your stay as wonderful as possible.

Villa Debra ~ Family Vacation, July 22-29, 2010

Villa Debra~MORE than met our expectations. The photos do not do justice to this fine house and location. Every room in the house is beautifully decorated with large bedrooms each of which has its own granite bathroom. It's spacious living along with the feeling of being at home makes this house perfect for a single family or multiple families! The location is unbeatable including a beach front view, a lovely pool, and some fine snorkeling! Everything else that you might want to do is well within a 20 minute or less drive. Deb is a fantastic host. Her suggestions and recommendations make everything comfortable and enjoyable. She is familiar with not only the local people but the multitude of things to do while there and who to do them with. She made what was already a memorable trip that much more simple and enjoyable. Can't go wrong with this trip~it's one to remember and cherish!

Cozumel Beach House Luxury Vacation Properties are located in the luxurious community of Costa del Sol. The homes are in the quiet, southern hotel zone of Cozumel just south of Chankanaab National Park and only a 15-minute drive to downtown San Miguel Cozumel.
The location is ideal if you want to do some grocery shopping, eat dinner, or go on an adventure.
Jasianna Jaxen Beach Villa - Cozumel Beach House Luxury Properties is a short 15-minute drive to downtown shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Outside the community, the popular Corpus Cristi residential area is less than 500 yards from the oceanfront street.
As you reach the oceanfront street there is a major grocery store (Chedraui) and cinema equipped with 6 screens. Turn left (south) and a 5-minute walk away is Dolphinaris, which has a “Swim with Dolphins” activity program.
Continue south along the ocean and you’ll pass 2 dive shops. Take a 15-minute walk from the villa to visit the public beach of Playa Caletitas.
From Villa Topaz, if you walk north along the oceanfront street you will pass the new Quintana Roo park, another major grocery store, the Punta Langosta shopping plaza, plus a number of restaurants and shops.
Within 15 minutes you will be at the downtown Restaurants such as Casa del Habano, Hemingway’s Lounge Restaurant & Bar, Guidos, New Species, as well as others.
