Riverfront Flotation Fun near the Tube Chute 1 Br Condo 3 min from Schlitterbahn

This one bedroom vacation rental condo is located on the beautiful spring fed Comal River. The condo easily sleeps 4 adults and 2 children having a king size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa (not a futon!) in the living area and child size bunk beds in a hallway nook for the kids! We are 3 minutes from Schlitterbahn located next door to Texas Tubes and across the street from Landa River Trips. Get your tubes from either outfitter, float the river and their shuttle brings you right back to the condos. Public golf is right behind the park. Gruene Hall is only 3 1/2 miles & Whitewater Amphitheater is 14 1/2 miles. We are walking distance to the downtown square where you will find bars & restaurants, antique & craft stores and the oldest bakery in Texas. The condo easily sleeps 4 adults and 2 children having a king size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa (not a futon!) in the living area and 2 child size bunk beds in a hallway nook for the kids! It comes complete with smart flat screen TV's, free Internet, DIRECTV cable TV, microwave oven, toaster, full size refrigerator, cooking utensils, linens, pillows, bath towels and a cozy patio to enjoy the river view from.

Our family travels to the Texas hill country several times every summer to vacation & play on the river. We enjoy tubing the river & going to Schlitterbahn. We do a little early Christmas shopping at the San Marcos outlet mall near the end of the summer. Purchasing the condo & being able to rent it when we are not using it was a great idea.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because of the perfect location in the heart of New Braunfels. It is on the river, walking distance to downtown & Wurstfest. We have tube rental companies right outside our gate! The condo is 20 minutes from the San Marcus outlet mall, 3 minutes to public golf & Schlitterbahn, 3 1/2 miles to Gruene Hall and Wurstfest is right around the corner at Landa Park

What makes this property unique

This condo has a nice balcony view of the Comal River. With Texas Tubes & Landa Tubes right outside our gate you are moments away from floatation fun! Public Golf is 3 minutes away, Schlitterbahn is is 3 minutes, San Marcus Outlet Mall is 20 minutes, Gruene Hall & Grist Mill Restaurant are 15 minutes and you can walk to the downtown square where you will find numerous bars, restaurants, antique & craft stores, etc. We are in the middle of everything!

Did you know Paddle TX at Landa Park (just around the corner from the condos) has Mini Golf (putt putt) and rents tubes, kayaks, paddle boats & stand up paddle boards? Check their website for days & hours of operation.

Did you know NB now has an old fashion drive in movie theater? Check out Stars & Stripes.

TIP: We like to save money by floating in our tubes from the condo through the tube chute & we get out there. We walk back through the park & swim across the river and we are right back at the condos.

TIP #2 ?: I haven't tried it yet but I read online that Uber & Lyft can pick you up at the last tube exit if you float to the end. If you try it email me & let me know how it was.
