About Lizy Li
I am an English teacher originally from China, I emigrated to the United States in the late 90's to continue my career in teaching. I married my husband six years ago and we have two wonderful children. We are all loving life in Saint Augustine! My Husband and initially had the opportunity to work from home and from anywhere so we traveled all over Florida from Tarpon Springs to Naples on the Gulf Coast and from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville on the Atlantic Coast. The choice was very clear the moment we set foot in Saint Augustine, we came back weekend after weekend and fell in love with everything to do with this wonderful, historic town. Saint Augustine has everything. We bought this property as our primary residence but after two years we had our first child and soon after realized the house was not really set up to raise a small child due to the house layout and the quite low porch balusters. However, we loved the neighborhood so much we purchased another Victorian house in the next street. We recently renovated this ground floor apartment specifically for vacation rental, we love meeting and making new friends all year round. Why Lizy Li chose Lincolnville
This house is in an historic residential neighborhood, peaceful and safe. Surrounded by beautiful Victorian era homes where just about all our neighbors are our friends. It is within a few minutes walking distance to everything Downtown Saint Augustine has to offer. One of the most attractive things to my husband and I was the fact we don't have to drive anywhere except to the supermarket once a week. There is also something going on almost every weekend, festivals, art/craft shows and music everywhere.

Quaint, cozy and perfect location
First the room is absolutely adorable. Perfect for a getaway. Second Lizy is an amazing host. Very easy to deal with. She made sure our stay was great. Third the location was perfect for us. It was within 10-15 mins walking distance of just about everything in St Augustine. My husband and I will definitely book here again when we’re in town.
Loved our St Augustine Stay *****
Perfect location ... easy walking distance to Old Historic Town, Restaurants and Shops. We had everything we needed and the apartment was very clean. We loved sitting on the porch at night. The owners were very friendly. It was a pleasure meeting them. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay.
Wonderful visit surrounded by history
Our stay in Lizys studio apartment " Charming" was charming. The smallness of the apartment was not an issue as we spent a lot of time on the front porch enjoying the sunshine and neighbors. The best part was leaving the car parked and being able to walk to historic St Augustine and the best restaurants. The Blue Hen a few blocks away is a must for breakfast or lunch. Thanks Lily for all your recommendations.
Clean, comfortable accommodation within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Lizzy and Ron where excellent hosts and went out of their way to make us feel “at home”. Had access to washing machine/dryer. The porch was a great place to relax and area is very safe- no concerns with walking day or night. Would definitely stay there again if we return to St Augustine. Thanks again. Grant and Linda
Charming; great location; comfortable
My mom and I spent three nights here during a little getaway in St. Augustine. The small apartment was just enough space for us. The location is perfect—we walked pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Be sure to have dinner or happy hour at nearby Ice Plant, and breakfast at Blue Hen!
Charming quaint room in historic district
My wife and I stayed at Lizzys quaint apt. for a three night getaway after visiting family in southern FL. The apartment had everything you need for a brief stay. There was a microwave and small fridge that housed our wine. We weren't in the room long and spent the majority of the time in downtown exploring. Lizzy and her husband came by to introduce themselves and provided information along with beach chairs. They both could not of been more accommodating. We will return soon. This apt. was perfect for two people. I wish a bit more storage for luggage, but what a beautiful place and a short walk to downtown and all that St. Augustine has to offer. We walked to dinner eveynight and returned home without an issue. Also, if you are looking for a world class Romantic dinner; go to Collage. Take it from a foodie, one of the best restaurants in FL. (Hands down). There is also a charming breakfast spot just around the corner. Thanks again Lizzy!!
Hi Tom, thank you so much for the awesome review! Can’t wait to hosting you and your beautiful wife again soon 😊
