This single family home is approximately 1,700 square feet located in historic downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. It is a short drive to the beach and area attractions, you get the best of both city and beach living.
Enter the relaxing courtyard with European feel and escape to a better lifestyle in a home that welcomes you with large living spaces and lots of cheerful Florida sunshine. The master suite has French doors that lead to court yard.. The kitchen is fully furnished and is ready for your gourmet touch, or you can be the master of the outdoor grilling and impress your friends before bicycling downtown for some shopping or sightseeing. This home is a great for swim teams, racing teams, families . Some of the sleeping arrangements are semi private , there are two couches that open to beds, a full bed , a queen bed, a king bed, and one air mattress.


For monthly rates, please send an inquiry for available discounts.
Cleaning fee $175.00
$50.00 Pet Fee per pet. Minimum of 2 pets . May approve additional pet depending on the breed, weight, size.
All rent is due at the time of booking
.Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
I also have a guest house on the property that can be rented thru VRBO (see below) . The courtyard is a shared courtyard with two grills plenty of seating . Many travelers book both homes when available .

My favorite place to stay for swim meets

I love this place when we come for swim meets. Right down the road from a grocery store, lots of restaurants around, 25 minutes from the beach but super close to our competitive pool. Elaine is fantastic and readily available. I typically fly in and ask her to make sure the house has some items stocked. She is very easy to communicate with when you get there too and always wants to make things right!!! Highly recommend this place.

Convenient but tired.

The property is roomy and convenient to downtown. We were there for the Blues Festival and it was an easy drive to the venue. The property, though clean, needs some updating. Furnishings, decor and bathrooms are tired. Property has a nice outdoor courtyard with a hot tub but it was inoperable when we were there. That said, it worked for us and we stay there again.

Just Right

We needed a location near 38th and 54th Ave and 16th St N. This was a few miles away and right in line with other relatives in town for my mom's funeral. We had our son and his young family with us. The two living areas allowed kid TV and toys in one area and adults in the other. If we had more time we would certainly have enjoyed the lovely patio too. Plenty of dishes and all we needed for our stay. Definitely hope to return stay more leisurely time for a fun stay!

Nice and cozy

There was 7 of us that came down to stay. Had plenty of room had a great time! Close to most beaches. The hostess was great. If we had an issue she was on it to fix it and she did!! Thank you for the great stay!

Lovely property in St Petersburg

The property is well maintained, clean, and welcoming. Wonderful place to stay for the holiday weekend and take in all of the sights and activities in St. Petersburg. Convenient to downtown, the beaches, restaurants. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful Stay!!!

Rented a 3-bedroom/2 bath home in very close proximity to shopping, restaurants and Vinoy Park. The was meticulously clean, had comfortable beds and included every accouterments. The air-conditioning, water pressure and fans were exceptional! The home includes everything needed for a short-term or long-term stay. Bikes, lawn chairs and even beach towels were provided by the VRBO owner! We had the opportunity to meet the host, who provided information about the area, restaurants, cafes and even other homes she listed on VRBO. We actually visited another VRBO rental this host owns that is located in Indian Rocks Beach that is on a canal, included a pool, and is close to the beach! She is a peach and so is her partner James, who remained in communication and accessible at all times. Highly recommend any of Elaine’s VRBO homes. We will be visiting again!!!!!!

Perfect for our needs

Elaine is an amazing host. She communicates prior to arrival and throughout most of the stay to make sure all of your needs are met. I was able to let her know we were flying in and if she could provide a few chairs for us to use for our swim meet which she was able to do!!! She goes above and beyond as a host!!! The beds were comfy, excellent water pressure in the showers and the place was perfect for our needs of a 4-day swim meet. Super close to the pool, no traffic to get to the pool and there was a dryer to dry all of our towels...lol!!! It is close proximity to the grocery store and St. Petersburg to enjoy the restaurants and shops!! This is our 2nd time staying at this VRBO and I will continue to stay here for our swim meets as long as it is available!!! Thank you Elaine for another excellent stay!

St Petersburg - Tampa trip

The property was great for us. We were in St Petersburg to watch one daughter in a swim meet and also traveled back & forth to visit our other daughter at the Univ. of Tampa. It was also an easy drive to the beach in St Pete. Elaine was a wonderful host! She was easy to contact and available for questions and advice.

Peaceful stay at a great location

We booked this to stay during the music festival downtown and it suited us perfectly for a family of three. The addition of allowing a pet was also a great asset and she was very accommodating. Communication was first right then a book again for next year.

Spring break family trip

Overall this is a nice place but a bit far from the beach. The contact phone number for the host was wrong ( I got a text from someone at the number posted that they kept getting calls and text for a rental which was not them.) Luckily the host partner was at the property when we arrived. A bit weird that the 3rd bedroom was a dining room with flimsy room partitions in both doorways . One fell down. Lots of dishes and glassware but very little silverware. Thought there was a hot tub but it was empty and dirty.

Comfortable Way to Explore the Greater Tampa Area

We wanted to spend a few days in the greater Tampa area, an area we had never before visited. This home is in a location convenient to St. Pete's (St. Petersburg, where it is located), Tampa, and Clearwater. We were also able to make a 90 minutes drive to Crystal River to swim with manatees. This house provided a comfortable spot to land after busy days and to get refreshed for another day of area adventures. There was plenty of room for our four adults and plenty of parking space for our rental car The house has a full kitchen and two bathrooms. It also has a washer and dryer. We had not expected to like the St. Pete's/Tampa/Clearwater area as much as we did and staying at this house was part of the overall rewarding time we spent there. The host communicated clearly and early with us. We had no issues requiring an immediate response, but i am confident she would have responded quickly if we had encountered an issue. We also appreciated her recommendations for things to see in St. Pete's.

I bought this home in 1983 because of my 27 years in lending as a loan officer all of my rentals are located in prime areas. My St Pete home is very relaxing this home is fully staffed with all necessities for cooking, internet, washer dryer, linens, espresso maker, grill, quaint court yard , bikes, pak n play everything you need for children. All you need to do is just arrive and enjoy your holiday!
