Wonderful Waterfront Home

This lakefront home sits on a beautiful tree filled large waterfront lot with a private boathouse and pier. Recently updated with paint, carpet, hardwood floors, and granite counter-tops in the kitchen, along with new appliances. The home features three bedrooms; one king, one queen, one twins, and twins in the basement/game room. The home has a spacious family room, a large dining area that seats 8 comfortably, two full baths, two wood burning fireplaces and laundry facilities in the basement. Ping pong table and Foosball in the basement game room. A charcoal grill is available. Enjoy the beautiful lake views from the large upper deck or your own private pier. This is a non-smoking home and we do not allow pets. Free WiFi is provided. LIMIT OF 8 PEOPLE OVERNIGHT. For extra people, please contact property manager.

Great stay on the lake

We enjoyed this property a lot. We rented it for extra sleeping space for family over a holiday weekend. The views from the living area and downstairs gameroom are awesome (esp. sunrise). Our family did not want to leave. Communication with the property management was especially great - and we are VRBO frequent fliers. Don't look any further. This place is great.

Plenty of room!

We enjoyed our lake weekend with family. Being over 100 degrees outside we greatly appreciated the awesome air conditioning upstairs and downstairs with fans in every room. The basement was so spacious & we enjoyed ping pong and darts. The dock was great for riding our jet skis and swing on the rope into the lake. The only thing I would have wanted is a thin blanket on top of the sheets as I don’t care for using the bedspread as a blsnket

Wonderful family vacation

We brought all of our kids (total of 7) and my husband and I were so impressed with how comfortable we all were! Game room was absolutely wonderful for all of the kids - and us adults too ;) we really enjoyed every minute of our 10 day vacation! Loved being right on the lake with the boat lift! We were able to cook food in the kitchen that is completely ready for any and everything that you would need! We plan to go back as soon as we can! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay! See you soon! The Scott family!

Quiet and cozy place just steps from the water.

We rented the place during the Christmas week with friends who were visiting from out of state. Great location, right at the water. Fantastic fireplaces on two different levels. Quiet secluded neighborhood, but only a short drive to shopping if needed. Friendly host. We would love to come back when it is warmer. Definitely recommended!

Wonderful memories made!

The place was nice and clean. Very cozy and comfortable and a beautiful view! Loved to walk around and look at all the lovely houses and everyone was so friendly. Nice, quiet and very relaxing. Wonderful memories were made.❤️

Excellent stay

Location was excellent...the view of the lake was awesome...everything was as it was described in the listing...including that the owner...is a super nice guy. The boat ramp is near by. Would definitely use this house again.

Great time at the lake

We had a great time at the lake house. The house was great, the fishing was great the views of the lake were great and watching the sunrise over the lake while having coffee was amazing. Gregg our host was gracious and very accommodating.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Lake Livingston. The house was very peaceful and had a wonderful back patio were we enjoyed looking out at the lake and birdwatching. The teenagers loved the ping pong table and open space in the basement. There is a little boat rental/marina close to the house and also Lake Livingston State Park is close for some nice swimming (or kayaking). The hosts were so easy to get ahold of and they were super hospitable! This was a great place to unplug and enjoy a beautiful surrounding.

Labor Day Weekend

Even though the exterior was old and weathered, the inside was nice and the host was very accommodating and pleasant. Both boat docks were full but was nice that it was covered. The house is on a hill so there are allot of stairs to climb inside and out.

Hurricane Laura Interruption

Although we were scheduled to stay four nights, Hurricane Laura interrupted our stay. We checked in on Sunday afternoon and vacated on Tuesday after lunch. Our time spent however was great. My husband had a wonderful fishing trip Tuesday morning and caught nice white bass. We hope to be able to return sometime before year end.

Three generation gathering.

Boat slip was invaluable to us. Got our steps in while there. 3 story with 2 access points to backyard. Other reviews already stated that house is a bit dated. It served our needs well. We fished in the A.M., in the afternoon and a couple of evenings. Fruit basket was a nice touch. Saw a bit of prison ivy, but I’m sure Greg will take care of that. Our friends live super close so we enjoyed visiting them.

Great Property

Absolutely loved this property! It was just what my friends and I were looking for and we we so happy! Being right on the lake was amazing! The only things that we saw were missing would be blinds on the windows and extra frying pans for the kitchen. Other than that it was awesome and I'd love to go back again!

Lovely vacation home

Absolutely a wonderful home. Layout was perfect. Game room downstairs was where we spent so much time. Views are incredible. Home was stocked with everything we needed durring our one week stay. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Great spot on the lake

Great location right on the lake with a nice view. The neighborhood is is very friendly and their is a boat rental place just a mile away. Perfect for a family!

Great House on the Lake

Nice location on the Lake. Everyone was extremely friendly. Had everything we needed and enjoyed sitting outside on the dock and deck. Had an amazing time. Greg the owner responded very quickly to questions and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this place for a weekend get away or a weeks stay.

Great time was had by all

Very nicely laid out house. The inside was very clean and functional. We all loved the "basement" where we could have fun, while others go upstairs if they were feeling tired. Forget about the outside, as it is a little tired and dated, but who cares. Lake was great. I would stay here again.
