Beachmist Townhouse, Ocean Block, 140th street, 3 habitaciones

Las únicas semanas que quedan para el verano 2020 son: 27/06/20 y 1/8/20. Gracias a todos nuestros huéspedes por elegir Beachmist. Beachmist es una unidad final cómoda y espaciosa, de tres niveles, casa adosada con vista al mar en un tranquilo residencial en el norte de Ocean City, en la calle 140.
Primer piso: nueva cocina grande, encimeras de granito, mesa de comedor para ocho personas, tres asientos adicionales en el mostrador, cómoda sala de estar, medio baño (lavabo e inodoro), televisor de pantalla plana Samsung de 55 pulgadas, reproductor de blue ray, conexiones de video , cable, terraza privada con mesa para seis y dos sillas.
Segundo piso: dormitorio principal con una cama queen y una cama individual, baño privado completo,
balcón privado, televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared, segundo dormitorio: dos literas (dobles en la parte inferior, individuales en la parte superior), baño con ducha
Tercer piso: dormitorio principal con cama king, sofá. Baño completo privado, balcón privado, TV de pantalla plana montada en la pared.
Dos espacios de estacionamiento asignados. El cobertizo de almacenamiento arroja nuevas cubiertas y rieles Trex en todas las cubiertas y áreas comunes.

Awesome place to stay

Very clean place and well decorated. Convenient to the beach and restaurants near by. We loved that it had a storage shed by the parking lot to store our beach stuff and not have to carry it upstairs. The owners were very nice and they texted us when the room was ready. Thank you ! We will stay there next year !

Great place!

Comfortable, renovated townhouse in a quiet area of OC. Kitchen is fully stocked which made cooking easy. The multiple beds in the rooms accommodated our large family nicely. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony morning and evening. We will definitely consider staying again next year! Only improvement that would be nice to see would be a blackout curtain across each level of glass sliding door instead of vertical blinds, especially in the 2 bedrooms to block out the early morning sun.

Good property

This place was the perfect location for me and my family. We usually stay at the Avalon right next door, but needed just a little more space. The layout was great and each bedroom had ample privacy. The space could have been a little cleaner, but overall was fine. Our biggest issue was that the AC would not go below 72 and we felt hot most of our stay there. However, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend if you don't mind a slightly warmer home in the summer.

Beautiful place, perfect location

Beautiful townhome very short walk to the beach. Covered parking, soft beds, ease of communication with hosts, clean, loved having multiple balconies, close to grocery store. Would love to stay there again!

Amazing Beach House!!! Highly Recommend!

We loved our stay at the Beach Mist townhouse in Ocean City. The house is spacious with 3 floors and a balcony on each level. It has an open layout. First you walk into the kitchen, followed by the eating area then the living room with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, one is a Queen master with a private bathroom and balcony. The other room is designed as a kid’s room with double bunkbeds and a bathroom in the hallway. The 3rd floor is the King master with a private bathroom and balcony. In addition to the layout and design we also appreciated the washer/dryer and dishwasher appliances. The proximity to the ocean is great, it’s only about a one-minute walk to the sand. The 140th beach block is not crowded since it’s northern Ocean City, so you’re able to have lots of space for fun in the sand. The location is also great for food and activities. In walking distance there’s restaurants, a pizza/sub shop, 711, an ice cream parlor, mini golf, Fisher’s Popcorn, a taco stand, and Candy Kitchen. Our stay at this townhouse was perfect, the owner is friendly and able to answer questions when needed. We absolutely recommend this house to any other beachgoers! We hope others enjoy staying here as much as we did.

Roomy, Comfortable 3 floor townhouse

This townhouse could not have been more comfortable for my family. Every year we come to OC with several other families and friends and we all try to stay near each other and this house was prime location to be with our group. When we arrived the place was very clean and well furnished and decorated. The three bedrooms provided perfect accommodations for my teenage son and daughter and their respective friends on the second floor and my husband and I in the master bedroom on the third floor. Every bedroom basically had their own bathroom and there is a half bath on the first floor for guest, if needed. The bedrooms all seemed very insulated from outside noise making it easy to get a good night sleep. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with whatever you needed as far as dishes, pans, utensils, glasses, etc. The big kitchen table was great for cards and other games with our family and friends. The living room had plenty of cozy seating and was the place to go to relax. The beach was a short walk away as were many restaurants and sub shops. Access to a small shed just for this unit in the parking garage was a very helpful feature. It was easy to store our beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The owner could not have been friendlier or more helpful. While packing the week before our stay, I found I had question after question about different things and he not only answered everything but insisted that I wasn't bothering him and to contact him with as many questions as I needed. Thank you for making our stay wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Beach House

The Beach Mist townhouse is the most comfortable and attractive place I have rented in North Ocean City and I have rented quite a few. This was my third or fourth year at Beach Mist and I have to say I feel completely at home here. The location could not be better. It is about a football field and a half to the beach, no street to cross, and no high rises on 140th Street. This means that this little section of beach front is much less crowded than one street up or down. It is like a little oasis in the middle of a jungle. Absolutely wonderful! It is also quite convinient to many restaurants, mini-golf, a water slide, and the farmers market. We tend to do our shopping in Fenwich Island Del where you will find a very nice Foodlion Grocery and a fabulous Harris Teeter. There are also many fabulous restaurants in Fenwich and I almost forgot...no sales tax in Delaware!! I cannot brag on this rental and its location enough. It truly is what I consider a little piece of Heaven<3 Home away from home!

Its spacious and a two minute walk to the sand. The neighborhood is excellent. We have always felt our children are safe in our Ocean City Community.
