Nos complace ofrecer un dúplex de 3 habitaciones y 1 baño, ubicado en North Myrtle Beach, para albergar las vacaciones que ha soñado. ¡Es la casa de vacaciones perfecta para su familia y presupuesto! Esta casa tiene capacidad para hasta 8 personas. Además, está convenientemente ubicado a una cuadra de la playa.

Esta casa también cuenta con una gran piscina privada enterrada en el patio trasero para su disfrute. Después de un día de diversión en la playa, ven a 'casa' donde encontrarás muebles cómodos, una cocina completa, mucho espacio para relajarte y jugar, tanto por dentro como por fuera. Para los gurús de la parrilla hay una parrilla en el patio trasero para que muestres tus habilidades. Tienes que ver el pabellón recientemente agregado, con sonido envolvente para relajarte junto a la piscina. Es una visita obligada! Finalmente, para su conveniencia, todo está en un nivel.

This property was in a great location (even better than expected). Its proximity to the beach and local attractions/amenities is understated in the advertisement. The pool is a fantastic bonus and the fenced yard added to our ability to spend time together as a large group. The opportunity to rent two adjoining units with shared outdoor spaces was perfect for our group vacation. The host was extremely responsive and flexible. I definitely would consider renting again in the future.

We stayed here for four nights with a group of 12 and it was the perfect place for us. The layout of the house worked out great since it’s split into two units - having two kitchens and living areas gave us plenty of space to spread out while still being able to hang out together.The house was clean, colorful, and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and having multiple bathrooms made getting ready easy for everyone. The backyard and pool area were a highlight for us. We spent a lot of time out there relaxing, especially in the evenings. The location was also great - a super short walk to the beach and really close to tons of restaurants and places like Barefoot Landing.Overall it was a great spot for a group trip and we’d definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Great location! Love the fact that the property is just a short walk to the ocean and has a private pool in the back! There is enough space for a large family and and it is located near local shopping centers (Tanger Outlets and Walmart) and has plenty of restaurants nearby. If you are looking for a rental for you and your family without being too far from entertainment and the ocean, this is definitely the spot to book!

This location was awesome and very spacious. We was excited to be so close to the beach. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I can’t wait to book again to take advantage of the pool and comfortable lounging area. This place felt like home away from home. I’d highly recommend and we will be back very soon. Such a great location.

Family Vacation! Perfect location!

The location of this property is PERFECT! Close to everything! Just a very easy and short walk to the beach! The private pool was also so perfect! We checked in and I was disappointed at one side of the property, it was in rough shape, but I contacted the owner, and he was very responsive and addressed my concerns right away! Which leads me to give it 5 stars. You can tell that the owner truly wants you to enjoy your vacation and I very much appreciated that!

Great location. A few small issues but they were fixed quickly. Joshua was very good with communication. The units were very clean. Pool was also clean. Would definately recommend.

Arrived on Monday, check in was relatively easy. Once inside the rental, we noticed both sides were very dirty (the bottom of everyone's feet were black by the time we got settled in), the kitchen counters were gross, plates, silverware and cooking utensils were greasy, food stuck on,etc. Glasses and plates were chipped/cracked, the pool (despite being cleaned Saturday) was gross, backyard had tons of bottle caps all over. I get it, it's a rental but for the you'd expect it to be cleaned somewhat. He offered to have the inside recleaned but I had already cleaned it, I couldn't stand it. The oven in unit 1 barely worked, outlets were hanging out of the walls/uncovered (we had small children with us), my daughter stepped on a rusty metal object in the back yard and then to top it off, midway thru our vacation the city came and shut off the water for non payment (husband confirmed with the guy that the city is out there often). This was MY experience, do with it what you'd like but we left half way thru, I got so frustrated with all the crap wrong.

Vacation with Family

The location of the property was perfect. The house was not that great. Several things didn't work (hot water heater, oven didn't work, fridge had no handle on it, lights didn't work in the kitchen and in one of the units the dryer vent was not routed outside but inside the house. The owner is a very nice man and very responsive. I just wish the condition of the house was much better than it was.

The houses were great. They were just a few issues that we immediately made the owner aware of them. A few updates could happen, but for the price we were pleased and everything was great. The pool area was phenomenal and it was easy access to the beach.

Great experience, very close to the beach and other attractions/restaurants. Was in the process of being remodeled/updated I think, so everything wasn’t perfect but it served its purpose for us and host was very responsive.

Great location!!

We had a great time everything you needed was supplied from kitchen items towels plenty of blankets and pool!!! I wish the bed in the master was more comfy but other than that and the previous people must have taken the cord for the roku in that room too because we couldn't watch TV everything else was great. Great location!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and bigger than I thought. Great place!

The house was clean and spacious. The only thing that couldve made the place a little better was a shower for coming from the ocean or even a hose pipe. Other than that the place was great. I would reccomend and stay again. Joshua was great and very helpful.

House was still under renovation so lots of junk in the yard.

This property is in a great location and will be great when it is finished. Not recommended for small children without close supervision as the pool is not enclosed.

Pleasant,sufficient, enjoyable

The location was great. The area was quiet. The house was sufficient, but there were a few issues with plumbing (the hot water in kitchen sink did not work. the hall bathroom toilet did not always flush completely.) It was great to have laundry facilities. Communication for check-in was difficult without a smart phone to download the app. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
