Divertida casa de playa ubicada a una fila del océano en Island Park Cottages. Mucho espacio para un grupo con una cocina comedor y amplio espacio de vida. Cinco habitaciones: 2 abajo, con baño compartido y 3 arriba. Dormitorio principal ubicado arriba con baño privado. Gran espacio debajo de la casa para asar y pasar el rato. Los accesos públicos a la playa están a cinco minutos a pie. Use el muelle en el pantano para pescar, navegar en kayak, observar hermosas puestas de sol y más. Restaurantes, putt putt, heladerías y más a poca distancia en bicicleta o en automóvil. Great place

We had a wonderful time. This is the third time we’ve stayed there and as usual, the accommodations are amazing and the owners are very accommodating. It is an extremely well stocked Really nice house.

Family getaway

We had a great time! Location and amenities were perfect for our extended family summer vacay. So convenient to have chairs and umbrellas and bikes available. Easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Our second stay in this property. We love the pool amenity, as well as All the beach chairs, toys, boards, bikes, etc. Kitchen is well stocked. We feel right at home

Property had everything you need for a family— games, pool and beach accessories including towels. Kitchen equipped with all the items needed for cooking and plenty of glasses and dishes. 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool directly across the street.

Family Gathering

Plenty of space for our family reunion of 9 family members. Home was stocked well with Beach accessories, kayaks, bikes,gas grille, picnic table and chairs. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, utensils etc. Great location to beach and community pool across from us. Nice area

Family Reunion

Our family from three states met in Ocean Isle for a Thanksgiving retreat. The facility was clean and well stocked. The children in the family enjoyed the kite, bikes and other toys. It was plenty of space for all of us.

A nice time had by all!

The house was the perfect size and owner made every aspect of renting so easy. Answered all our questions very quickly! Even though the weather didn't cooperate with us we found so many towns to explore and things to do. Shopping, fishing by boat or off pier, restaurants, or mini golf was nearby. Great family vacation time! Will be renting this home again.

Fun in the sun

What I loved most was the Sunday to Sunday rental, traffic wasn’t near as bad coming or going and we had the beach to ourselves Saturday morning. This house was very roomy for our family of grandparents, 4 parents and four children. The room full of beach items and bicycles was much appreciated and utilized. Access to the beach is a quick and simple walk even for the oldest and youngest!!! The pool is right across the street and we used daily. My family loved this amenity. The house is near the end of the island which is a plus and minus, far away from people so less people on beach but requires driving just to island center. We loved our stay

Great cottage for large families with children.

We had a wonderful beach week. The cottage was an easy walk to the beach, pool and intercostal. They have everything you could need for the beach and so many toys and games for the children. The kids loved playing in the covered carport area. There is a great seating area for the adults to gather with a swing and rocking chairs. The kitchen is spacious and we often had 12-14 over for supper. Extended family members were staying nearby. We loved that the 3 bedrooms upstairs were not open to the main great room so the children could sleep while the adults were visiting or playing games at night. All bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable sizes with plenty of towels and linens provided. Thank you for a great family week!

End of summer

With summer winding down, this house was the perfect ending! It was so easy to load up the golf cart and make the 30 second drive to the beach or make the 2 minute walk and spend the rest of the day soaking up all of the sun and playing with the kids in the ocean! In the afternoon the guys loved playing corn hole, our kids made friends with the next door neighbor kids and they played baseball in the back yard (with a wiffle ball set we brought). The back porch was the perfect for reading and I personally was drawn to the front porch rocker where I watched the sunsets nightly! Our group had plenty of room to enjoy each other without being crammed and the house felt like we were at home. Everything we could have ever needed was there and provided for us (beach toys, beach chairs, bikes, fishing rods, books, movies and blankets). From our oldest to the youngest, memories were made and fun was had by all! Thank you for sharing your home with us and allowing us the perfect ending to our summer! We can not wait to book with you again!

Wonderful!

This property has everything you could ever need. The pool is literally out the front door. Walk through the back yard and cross the street to get to the ocean. The storage room has every beach toy, chair, fishing items, and bikes that you could ever need. Under the house is a great area to relax with hammocks, rocking chairs, swings, and picnic table. The home is very welcoming. It makes you feel at home and is super relaxing. We had plenty of room for our families to hangout together or apart. We will definitely be returning.

Great Family Vacation

Owner was great and very responsive. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! It was ideal for our families with small children and plenty of space for 3 or 4 couples plus a couple of children.. The house and location were even better than we expected. We loved the grassy areas, community pool steps away, toys and beach stuff galore, great sitting area underneath. The beach access was close, rented a golf cart but really didn't need it much. Pulling a wagon was sufficient. Gas grill did not work but charcoal grill was available. I highly recommend this property.

It had everything we needed and then some for all ages! Easy walk to the beach and to the inlet! At low tied we could walk around on the sandbars and fish which was incredible! Wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to come back!! It was a perfect location and friendly neighbors

My friends and I came to Ocean Isle Beach for a retreat. It was the perfect location…inviting, close to the beach, and comfortable. It truly felt like we were at home. And Jennifer was very understanding and accommodating when we had to adjust our plans due to the winter storm. Looking forward to staying here again.

Convenient and spacious

They had a lot of dishes, serving ware, and space in the kitchen. They have games, outside toys, and bike you can use. It is located close to a beach access. We hope to return again.

Relaxing vacation

This property is located away from the all the traffic, yet close enough to ride golf cart to access park, pier, beach, etc. Very relaxing area under house to swing or rock while reading or just relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked to meet your meal preparations. Highly recommend.

Great Spot at OIB

Located at the West end of OIB, this home is perfectly situated with close access to the beach, a pool and a dock. We spent our days checking out the wildlife while paddling the kayaks, then a short walk up to the beach for a dip in the ocean and finished at the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and great for families. Rent a golf cart for those evening Putt Putt and Ice Cream runs.

What a wonderful weekend at the beach!!

Short walk to the beach and we had 6 kids ranging from the age of 11-3. They have EVERYTHING you need, and plenty of space. We will definitely be going back to this house!!

Clean, spacious house with a great location!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was clean and we loved how open the living room area is, especially with a large family! The location of the house was the best part! The house is right across from the pool and a two minute walk to the beach!! The neighborhood is quiet and great for bike riding! The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard as well! I highly recommend this house!

Wonderful home

We had an amazing time! There was plenty of room for all of us and the location was very convenient to the beach access. The outdoor shower was very spacious! The kitchen could’ve used a bit more cleaning, but otherwise it had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Nice house with a good location and lots of amenities

To begin with the owner was well communicative and overall very easy to work with. Getting in the house was easy, and it was well kept and clean. Within five minutes you had a spot on the beach thanks to a nearby public beach access, and the community pool was directly across the street. A downstairs storage room had lots of activities. Our group of nine fit comfortably in the house. The house is a little ways down the island, so you do have to drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Overall the house worked out great for us, providing an easy and fun summer vacation week.

Combined we have 7 children, so we needed a house big enough to accommodate us. This house has an open floor rooms and enough rooms for a crowd!

Located on the west side of the island its a little more remote with short walks to watch sunsets over Sunset Beach, low tides expose the point with tidal pools for children and wavy sand hiding the best shells.
