Beautiful Beach Front unit. This is a quieter family friendly complex. If you like more of a party atmosphere I'd suggest somewhere else like the Holiday Inn or Shores of Panama. Both of those are high energy! The Majestic Towers Beach Resort has endless amenities. The Majestic is located in the middle of Panama City Beach on Front Beach Road within walking distance of almost anything you would want to do. This two bedroom, two bath Condo offers everything you need to have a great, relaxing, fun filled vacation in a resort setting. This is also one of the large 2BR units with 1076 SF. Don't confuse this with the 1BR plus bunk room. I normally have a couple beach chairs in the master closet you are welcome to use. The amenities at the Majestic feature 2 beach side pools as well as an 2 indoor pools, kiddy pool, and two hot tubs. There is a Huge Workout Facility (Free), a tennis/pickleball court located on the top of the covered parking structure, a market with snacks and a Starbuck's, the H2O Bar and Grill for poolside dining, and a stadium seating theater. You will be torn between enjoying the sugar white beach or relaxing and enjoying the view from the 18th floor private balcony. The master has a King-size bed and a adjoining bath with jacuzzi tub, shower and double sinks. The second bed room, nearly the same size, has a twin bunk, single twin and a full bath. There is a washer and dryer in the fully equipped kitchen. The comfy sofa opens into a full sleeper. There are TV's in the living room (ROKU) and master BR. We look forward to having you enjoy our home away from home. Enjoy morning coffee or a romantic dinner on the large private ocean front Balcony! FREE Internet. You won't find a unit with a more beautiful view anywhere in Panama City. Located on the 18th floor, you may spend your vacation sipping coffee on the Balcony and just enjoying the view.
If you are a family with Children this is a great place to spend your Spring Break or Summer Vacation. The Majestic is a great condo because it's off to itself without a high rise to the west. This area also has a large beach with much more room to spread out than the condos near pineapple willies. The congestion in that area can be quite dense due to the close proximity of several large high rise buildings. One piece of advice, I would highly recommend bringing a collapsible wagon. It comes in so handy with loading and unloading and when you make a grocery run. I never go down without mine! We normally only rent this unit from May-Sept. Few exceptions.

PARKING- Parking is $40/vehicle and you will receive an email to register your license plate. No more paper parking passes!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE LUGGAGE CARTS INTO UNIT. We just spent several thousand dollars redoing the kitchen and having the entire unit painted and luggage carts destroy the walls. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Painters have a minimum charge of $100 to fix any damages. Also, please return all arm bands to the hangars by the entry door. $10 charge for any missing arm bands.
