This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 16th floor has been updated with all new furnishings and decor and is the perfect place to stay for your next beach vacation. Relax in comfort while enjoying the fabulous views of the Gulf and watch the most AMAZING sunsets from this end unit balcony!

Located at Ocean Villa Resort, you are close to the best of everything Panama City Beach has to offer! From Pier Park and Gulf World to Pineapple Willy's, WonderWorks and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, you are minutes from great activities and steps from the worlds most beautiful beaches!!

We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use.

We had a great stay at ocean villas. The condo is a spacious, corner unit with amazing views. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a huge boiling pot and crab crackers, blinder for beach-y beverages and coffee & Keurig maker ( more). We enjoyed the provided beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and sand toys; super nice not to have to pack and unpack all of that. Pool was refreshing, view was wonderful and the host super responsive!! Loved it

This property was perfect. Beach view and access was great. Nice that it came with 2 beach chairs and an Umbrella. Plus 6 chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys and floats in storage for our use. Pull out mattress could have been better. Very clean. We had plenty of room. Patio furniture was very nice too

View from balcony was fantastic. Location was great with a nice breakfast/coffee place right across the street. Across the street parking was very easy with a covered walkway. Elevators were fast. Really nice place -- would highly recommend!

Could not have asked for a better condo to stay in! We went the 2nd week of July. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in early. The condo is on the 16th floor and we never had to wait on the elevators (except check out day which is to be expected). Our vehicle was too high for the parking garage but we had no issues with parking in the uncovered spaces or across the street. The condo was very clean! We really loved the extra closet full of beach supplies. The balcony is 10/10 with a perfect view of the gulf and I very much appreciated the drying rack. Really loved the included beach service. They do place the chairs pretty close to each other and people will set up in front of you so be prepared for that. The bed in the oceanfront bedroom was so comfortable that I dreaded coming home to my bed! Water pressure in the shower was perfection. There were always chairs available at the pool. Loved that the beach access did not have steps. The condo is conveniently located to restaurants, Walmart and several attractions. Pineapple Willy’s is within walking distance. It was about a 15-20 min drive to Pier Park and St. Andrews State Park. Definitely would give this condo a 10/10. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a hidden gem! Everything was perfect from the host to the beautifully decorated condo. We were looking forward to the sauna and the hot tub and they were both working! The grounds were beautifully kept. You could tell the property manager is doing their best! The host Kristy was easily accessible and easy to talk to.
