Recién decorado condominio de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños en el segundo piso con balcón. Gran dormitorio principal con cama king size y baño privado. Habitaciones de invitados con dos camas dobles y cama de matrimonio. Las habitaciones incluyen TV, con DVD en habitación doble. La cocina está bien equipada con actualizaciones recientes. Armario de lavandería con lavadora y secadora. Amplia sala de estar abierta con TV, reproductor de DVD, radio AM / FM / CD y juegos de mesa. Conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. Great Location

Amelia by the Sea is a wonderful complex with great beach access and the pier which is a unique feature. Loved staying closer to Fernandina Beach than down south on Amelia Island. Unit is well stocked for cooking and has a large central space good for visiting. Decor is dated and view this time was lessened by pool construction and work outside the unit. Owner was extremely responsive and lovely to work with. Would stay again once pool is fixed and no construction in view. Price was high compared to other units, but we unintendedly hit the antique car week which is a high demand timeframe. Caution with renting anywhere in the area around end of February/beginning of March unless you want to see the car show and pay the higher rates.

Great place

My family and I enjoy staying here. Plenty of room for my family of 5 and my parents. Everything that we could have possibly needed was available. Nancy was always quick with responses when questions arose. We will definitely keep this condo in mind when returning to Amelia Island.

View to die for

Very nice beach front condo and perfectly located on the property. 2nd floor above the pool so you can have a great view of the beach and ocean. Very comfortable for a family of 6. Centrally located on the island. Clean, quiet and enjoyable. A must is to also take a walk on the pier. Such a great amenity. Also the communication was easy and friendly. Go Dawgs!!

Great access to beach, pier and pool. Second story condo with balcony perfect for sunny breakfasts and easy up and down via stairs or elevator. Layout of bedrooms provides privacy between master suite and other bedrooms. Secure property, convenient to area restaurants and entertainment

Loved the condo but lacked basic amenities

We loved location and inside condo was amazing. Was very negative from the amenities standpoint. We had to buy: paper towels. Coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, laundry detergent and many basic food items like olive oil. While they gave us two rolls of TP was not enough for 5 people for 4 days. Was a huge disappointment when we wanted to just relax. No shower items was shocking and 2 pods of coffee for 3 adults for 3 morning was dismal. Just saying. We would stay in same building but not this condo.

Great stay!

Lovely property. We enjoyed it. The only problem was that the fishing pier is currently undergoing renovations so all fishing had to be done from the beach. However, fish were still caught!

Fabulous accommodations!

The property and location was fantastic! Beautiful grounds and the beach was perfect. The accommodations were just right. Highly recommend this property for a fun girls weekend or family time together.

Family vacation

The Condo was great for the family to spend time together in the evening with easy access to the pool and beach during the day. Everything you can think of from pots and pans to towels was available and useable. Although clean, the property is older so some items are a bit worn. We would rent it in the future.

Beautiful beachfront condo

The spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect for our family vacation with our 2 adult children, ages 24 and 21. The condo had everything inside that a family we need. The view from the balcony was great, seeing the sunrise each morning and the moon off the water in the evening sky. Lots of space on the beach, with just a few people around. We used the pool, and the tennis court on the grounds. There is a nice beach bar and restaurant across the street which was very convenient to just walk over and have a quick meal without having to drive anywhere. There is also a large long pier to walk out on , to view the surf and the long stretches of beach , in both directions. The pier also came in handy if you wanted to get out of the sun, and just sit in the shade of the pier. The nice surprise for us was the sound of the surf crashing on the sand. Where we come from , the surf is gentle and quiet, so the beautiful roar of the ocean was a nice surprise.

Just right

The condo is just as described. It is on the second floor which made it very easy to get to. Could use the stairs or elevator. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Will definitely rebook.

Great Place

The condo had plenty of room for our family of 7. It was nice having the large living room because we had a couple of days where the weather was not great and it was a great place to hang out. The private fishing pier is an added bonus for those looking for something besides sitting on the beach. The condo is in a great location and you can get to restaurants and shopping in just a few minutes. I would definitely recommend renting this place if it is available.

Great Thanksgiving 2020!

Nancy your property was better than we even imagined! Since my husband has Alzheimers I was worried that a vacation might be overwhelming . All my fears disappeared when we arrived. Being able to view the beach and pool and listen to the ocean from the balcony was priceless. Being just one floor above the pool allowed us to enjoy watching the grandkids. My husband got a real kick out of visiting and watching the fishermen on the pier. Restaurants and grocery shopping was very convenient. Enjoyed the farmers Market in town on Saturday and got some local schrimp and citrus as well as some crafy Christmas gifts. Would love to visit again in late spring!

Family vacation 2019

Perfect condo. Beautiful views from the 2nd floor. No need to use the elevator. Every thing we needed including board games for the one rainy day was provided. Will book again.
