Open floor plan with high ceilings and over 1600 square feet of living space comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. The balcony overlooks a small pond and has a limited ocean view. Walk-in shower in Master bedroom.

The Ocean Park complex is an ideal location on Amelia Island - just 400 steps to beach access and only two miles from charming downtown Fernandina Beach, where guests can enjoy the many great shopping and dining options.

This condo is conveniently located next to Main Beach, offering activities such as miniature golf, a playground, a skate park, volleyball courts, and a concession stand/burger joint.
