This beautiful oceanfront condo overlooks the glistening blue Atlantic Ocean and miles of white sandy beaches. This comfortable condo has everything you need for a fantastic get away. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and your own washer and dryer in the unit.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, en suite bathroom, and access to the oceanfront balcony. The first guest room hosts a queen bed, and the second guest rooms features two full beds. There is an additional shared bathroom between the two guest rooms.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the open floor plan is perfect for hosting your entire group!

The Amelia by the Sea gated complex has a pool, tennis courts, community grills, and a private fishing pier. Drop your bags and walk steps to the beach, or lounge next to our Olympic size swimming pool. Your fishermen will love our complex as it has the only private fishing pier on the island. Exclusively for our owners and guests, the pier has a fish cleaning station as well as benches for seating all the way down its 800 ft.

Come stay a weekend or visit for a month in the winter. You will love every moment you are on the island, and here at Amelia by the Sea!

Spacious unit with stunning views!

Unit 669 has sweeping views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. It is well supplied and maintained and in a great location. The beach isn't terribly busy, but it's less than 10 minutes from anywhere on the island. Communication with the owner was outstanding; she was responsive and accomodating. Will definitely stay here again!
