A casa é de 2.225 pés quadrados, localizado perto dos EUA 1, a cinco minutos de vários restaurantes, shoppings e golfe. A enorme piscina é ótima para nadar de manhã ou simplesmente relaxar à noite.
A área externa tem um fantástico quintal privado e piscina com ótimas espreguiçadeiras para desfrutar do nosso clima incrível na Flórida! Há também uma nova churrasqueira.

A sala fica no coração da casa, permitindo que você aprecie a bela vista do quintal. A cozinha está totalmente equipada com novas louças, talheres, utensílios de cozinha para tornar sua estadia mais agradável e possui uma cozinha para refeições com uma segunda mesa para o seu café da manhã.

Wonderful experience

I spent a week here with my family and it was everything we could have hoped it would be. Short drive to Lauderdale by the Sea, beaches, restaurants, etc.. but house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a private pool. The hosts were amazing, accommodating, very communicative and welcoming. They ensured we had everything we needed for our small children. We would stay here again and absolutely recommend it.

AMAZING AND RELAXING!!

This is an amazing place to stay! I can't say enough positive things about Sylvie and her extreme level of detail to make sure the stay was perfect for us. My best friend and I stayed here with our two babies while we were on maternity leave. The pool was so warm, the beds were comfortable and the accomodations were outstanding. Sylvie went out of her way to set up everything for the babies before our arrival. Do not hesititate to book this house!

Perfect Vacation Perfect House

My family which consisted of a party of 3 including a 6 year old child stayed at this home for 5 nights in March. The house looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and very organized. The kitchen had any utensil you would need if you chose to stay in and cook, and the beds were extremely comfortable. There is a room that was great for our son it had bunk beds and a few kids toys. We cooked out on the gas grill one night and the grill was either brand new or just very well cleaned and taken care of. When we arrived we found that the owner left snacks for us and snacks catered to a 6 year old as well as a bottle of Champagne (very thoughtful) ! The location is perfect, a short 5-7 minute drive to the beach and there are many stores and restaurants very close by as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the surrounding homes/neighbors were nice as well. Our days consisted of spending the first half of the day at the beach, then coming back to the house and swimming and lounging around the pool. The owner provided plenty of pool floats, beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The owner texted us the second day asking if we had any questions about the house etc. which was nice! I definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect vacation house.

Fabulous vacation spot with wonderful host

My husband and I rented this lovely home for just over a month. During that time our daughter, husband and 3 children came down and stayed with us for 10 days. We found the house to be exactly as pictured on the website. One of the most important factors for us is cleanliness and we were not disappointed. The house was spotless on arrival and easy to keep that way. Sylvie is an "above and beyond" host. She was extremely flexible, always accessible and easy to work with. She surprised us with a beautiful and delicious welcome basket complete with 3 stuffed animals for our grandchildren. She supplied brand new packages of wrap, baggies, dish washer tabs, washing machine tabs, small bottles of shampoo/conditioner and more. She is extremely organized and left detailed information that we found very helpful. There were plenty of bath, hand etc towels as well as beach towels. Having beach chairs, umbrellas and even toys for the kids was helpful and appreciated. The pool is kept at a very warm temperature which I appreciated as my grandkids want me to be in the pool with them for hours at a time. The backyard is private with beautiful landscaping. The location of the house is perfect - great for walking or jogging in the neighborhood, close to beaches, restaurants, stores, highway and not too far from the airport. If you are looking for a get away to enjoy the beach and sunny weather in a comfortable home dealing with a professional and personable host this is your house. Enjoy!!

Sylvie was a great host and the home was very comfortable. The home is well equipped with everything you could need and the location was very convenient. Sylvie was very responsive to all of our inquiries and truly cares to ensure her guests enjoy their stay. While the house was comfortable and well maintained, it could benefit from some updates and better maintenance to equal its price.

A Perfect Stay

Everything was perfect, starting with the property owner, Sylvie. She was so helpful, attentive, and pleasant. The property was also perfect. We arrived with everything tailored to our family. Perfect getaway!

Had a fantastic week at Sylvie's property just after Christmas. We all absolutely loved it! Very quiet residential area but not far away from anything we needed as it was only a 5 min drive to the shops etc. Sylvie easily contactable and went the extra mile and left many little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was very clean, obviously well looked after and had everything to make our stay very comfortable. The pool and outside area was wonderful too. Loved escaping the UK weather to enjoy the winter sunshine and warmth!! Would highly recommend this to anyone considering staying here and very much hope to return next time we're in Florida.

Poolside Paradise!

Sylvie and her husband are wonderful. Everything in the home is laid out with directions and it is evident that a lot of care and thoughtfulness went into this home. The beds are comfortable, everything was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. Sylvie was available anytime and my family felt comfortable and relaxed in their beautiful home. We cannot wait to stay here again! It was truly a perfect vacation rental!

Everything to Offer

We stayed here for a family reunion vacation and it was absolutely perfect for our whole family's needs (and wants!). Sylvie and her husband went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and we could see that a lot of attention to detail was put into preparing the home for our vacation. We had two toddlers with us, and the property was equipped with all necessities including high-chairs, crib and pack-n-play, changing station, lounge chairs, and pool toys. Everything was spotless and clean, and very inviting. The beds were all very comfortable, even the bunk beds in the den. It was great to have the outdoor facilities by the pool, including the huge grill, table and chairs, umbrellas, and lounging chairs. There was even a beach kit available in the laundry room including portable chairs, a sun umbrella, and cooler. Location was wonderful as well, a quiet and nicer neighborhood, close to both beaches and grocery stores. We could have stayed here longer. The only down side was that it took almost the entire vacation for the pool chemicals to balance (chlorine was quite high, making the water cloudy and it was irritating to my son's eczema-prone skin). But Sylvie and her husband both took extra steps to stop over every day to clean filters and check the water until it got resolved. They are both very professional and very kind hosts that put effort into ensuring we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering traveling to the Ft. Lauderdale area, especially families! Thank you again!

Amazing place!!

Amazing house! During our winter holidays we stayed in this house for 5 days, and these days were absolutely wonderful. The house is very spacious, cosy and very beautiful! It was a pleasure to spend our time there. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big cozy living room, big kitchen, and also a dining room. We had a company of 8 and there was room for all of us. There is absolutely everything necessary for comfortable staying in the house, as well as for the beach - chairs, sun umbrellas, beach towels, and many other things. There is a nice heated pool near the house, our kids swam there from early morning till night, and were happy. We could hardly make them leave the pool and go sightseeing. We also had great BBQ, there is everything necessary in the house. There are also Walmart and Publix nearby, it is convenient to buy food there. Sylvie, the host, made our days there fantastic! We found many gifts in the house like California champagne, cookies and other things, it was so lovely! She provided a lot of information about places to visit and things to do. We could also contact her by phone or text if we needed anything. Sylvie was so friendly and attentive, we felt like were were staying at our good friends’ place! So this house is really fantastic, absolutely recommended!

Beautiful Place!!

Sylvia's home was the best. First, the area. The house is located about 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport and about 35 minutes away from Miami International Airport. It is in a quiet suburb, yet accessible to everything - grocery stores, banks, restaurants, airports, etc. The house itself is beautiful, with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a very sunny property! Everything in the house has been updated and modernized and is clean and easy to use. The pool area is beautiful to sit by and you can use the pool and the grill if you want. If you like being surrounded by elegant artwork , this is the place. Sylvie left plenty of clean linens, towels, beach towels, soap and everything you could need. She went so far as to leave us a welcome basket full of goodies , a bottle of champagne and cold bottkes of water in the refrigerator. She even left dog treats for our little one. For a vacation rental experience, I think Sylvie went above and beyond and I was truly impressed. In terms of checkin and communication, Sylvie couldn't have made our checkin easier. She had left the keys in a lockbox and was constantly accessible by phone or text for our smallest requests. She was a genuine pleasure to work with and she followed up with us to make sure we were comfortable. I recommend this house as highly as I can.

Amazing stay!!!

Where do I even begin?!?! I can not even begin to express what a beautiful home this is and how wonderful it was to spend our vacation here!! Sylvia and her husband are probably the best hosts I have ever experienced ! They thought of everything to make sure their guests have the perfect vacation! Anything and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway is provided. The amenities went beyond our expectations!! The beds - from the mattress, to the sheets, to the pillows, were top quality! The home is absolutely beautiful and the private back yard with pool and BBQ was just what we needed! Our children especially loved the oversized heated pool. The location is peaceful and perfect!! The beach is a 5 min drive away as is the local supermarket! We had the best time and can not wait to return! Thank you so much for making this such a wonderful experience! We are so grateful and can't wait to return!

Great vacation house!

We stayed at this house over the 2018 holiday period and had a great time. The house is well appointed and offers enough space for two families (there were seven of us, including 4 adults and three teenagers). It is easily accessible from the main highway (and not too far from the international airport). Our flight coming in was delayed considerably and meant that we only got to the house at about 1:00am. When she realized that we were delayed, the owner thoughtfully made sure to leave breakfast supplies for our first morning. We were also welcomed by a huge basket of treats for us to enjoy. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything being brand new (including pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, etc.). The backyard is comfortable and quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday. Overall, we recommend this property.

I love this property because there is sun over the pool all day long. The house itself is a very sunny with lots of windows, whether you are in the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, you have a beautiful view of the pool and our tropical garden.
I specially love it because it is in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach, several great restaurants, supermarkets and 5 minutes from the highway.
