Great family stay

My wife, 3 kids and I had an enjoyable time so close to the slopes. Property manager had great communication. Would stay there again.

Very cozy

I felt really comfortable at this place. I really liked that there was a shuttle that would come by and pick you up to take you to the ski slopes. There was a common area where we met other friends in the evening to eat and drink. There was a kitchen there too that you need to reserve by the pool area if you cook with a big group. This condo had extra things in the pantry, like salt, sugar packets for coffee, microwave popcorn., etc. I love staying at a place that has extra kitchen stuff. Also, there was hand cream (which I forgot) and little things like cotton balls and Q tips in the bathroom. Those little details count! The listing says 6 people can stay, but I think this place is for 4 people, max. Great condo! We will be back!

Great location!

Loved this cozy little place! Location was amazing! So close to Brian Head! The layout of the place was great for our family! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Getaway

I kept my expectations low for the rental as photos don't necessarily reveal the true condition of the unit. I was pleasantly surprised to see the photos were accurate. It was very comfortable and I could "feel" the joy of former tenants via the items left behind (shared collection of eye wear, games, etc.). This was a "true" cabin retreat with all of the city comforts.

Brian Head weekend getaway

Overall our stay at this property was pleasant. There were just a few issues. The listing said it accommodates 6 people, but in actuality it only accommodates 4 people. There is only one bed and one pull out sofa on which the mattress is very uncomfortable (it was all springs and it was impossible to sleep on it). The next night we actually slept on an air mattress that was in a linen closet which was much more comfortable than the pullout sofa. We had 3 adults and 2 kids in our party and it was kind of hard to accommodate everyone. The night we got there, the apartment was freezing cold. We couldn't get the temperature up and we all were just very cold at night and just hoping our kids wouldn't get sick because of that. The next morning the owner told us it takes about 6-8 for the heater to start working so to speak. We wish they would turn the heat on before our arrival knowing that that's an issue. And last thing, the coffee mugs were not clean (had coffee stains on the inside) and one of the frying pans had "old scrambled eggs" stuck to it. Clean dishes seem to be a problem in such properties (we've stayed in a few so far). All in all, the location is great, price was good and communication with the owner was good. Aside the logistics, the place was neat.

Great place!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfy bed and couch with a cozy fireplace. Convenient Ski out room to Navajo lift. Take a Shuttle, short drive or even walk to giant steps lift. Pool, hot tub and sauna were nice extra after a day of skiing. Underground parking garage with quick easy access straight to your room. I totally recommend this room would definitely stay again!

Great trip

My family and I had a great trip to Brainhead, Utah. Our condo was a perfect fit for our family to relax, sleep, cook, and enjoy some down time in between ski sessions. Our unit was perfect for our family of 5.

Family vacation

The condo was very clean, organized and easy to access, both parking and the room. The pool and hot tub were delightful. I do want to mention 2 points that might be clarified in advertising the unit. We were four adults and in hindsight would have been more comfortable in a 2 bedroom condo for privacy. Also we assumed the unit had air conditioning but did not. Notwithstanding, we enjoyed our family vacation and the condo was pleasant.

Owner needs to re-evaluate cleaning contract

Disappointed that we paid for a 3 night stay and had to check out after the first night due to significant concerns that the property had had nothing done to it but fresh towels hung by who ever was paid to clean the property. Dirty towels still hung on the back of both the bedroom and bathroom doors, used soap bar and dirty bath sponge in shower, bath mat still had toe jam on it from previous visitors. Plastic sheets on the bed certainly doesn't feel "homey". The kitchen counters, stove and refer were dirty and had food splatters and particles (including the kitchen sink sponge). Very disappointed that even with documented photos sent to the owner after single night at property the owner didn't offer to compensate for even the single night. Willing to pay for comfort seems peace of mind, my husband and checked us into the Best Western in town. Been using VRBO for several family trips, this is the first problem location we've had. The owner responded to my email (photos included) and stated that they would certainly chat with the cleaners, but didn't offer to make any consideration for the time and money we were out.

Great location

We loved being able to walk to the Navajo lift and snowboard down to buy lift tickets. The condo was clean when we arrived. The pool and jacuzzi was nice too. My only suggestion would be to provide more bath towels. Would recommend this condo for a family of four.

Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay, bed was comfortable, loved the covered garage, our 10 yo son enjoyed the pool while we enjoyed the hot tub. Room was very clean and had everything we needed and the price was very reasonable. It does have portable fans which we loved, because we sleep with a fan year around. I wish there had been a note stating where the pool,hot tub, workout and sauna were, because it was in another building. I never found a washer and dryer, but would’ve loved to had one on site. We will stay again and I highly recommend to anyone else.

Cozy Ski in

This was our first try at a ski vacation with our young family and this was a perfect setup. The condo is on the first level above the garage. It's well kept with furniture in great condition. The owner was prompt to respond to all of my questions. We went for a quick sledding session off the back porch of the lodge when we got in. The pool was perfect for a day where the storm was too strong for our little ones The Navajo lodge area has a free bunny hill for learner's. I'd recommend Georg's for rentals, great service and prices. It was a great experience and my kids are bummed we are back home.

Great location!

The building is greatly located, loved that there is an enclosed garage with easy and safe access to the apartment. Mike and Dennis were very helpful trying to make the fireplace work, but in the end it didn’t and the apartment a bit colder than comfort zone. Beds are okay for a couple nights, wouldn’t recommend the pull-out couch for a long stay. All in all would stay here again for price and location!

Perfect Location

We had 3 new snowboarders and with the location at the top of the beginner lift it worked out fantastic! The condo had everything we needed and fit our family. The basement parking was also great, very close and convenient. Thanks for letting us stay.

We loved staying here!

This is a great condo in a fantastic location! The condo feels recently updated and our family of four was extremely comfortable. Even the beds are comfortable! We loved the pool and other amenities as well.
