The condo was very comfortable for three adults and a teenager. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and having a fire at night. The sunsets were breathtaking and the location was centrally located.

It was a comfortable place. It was lacking body wash/soap, batteries for tv remotes and the beds were pretty hard. And I don’t remember if it mentioned it having a lot of stairs. It would be a good thing to list.

Brian Head townhome

A very roomy, well-equipped townhome, centrally located and with garage access. The host was accomodating and we had ring-side seats for the fireworks on the 4th! A great retreat after a day of hiking-a great week.

We loved everything about this place. The location was great, and the condo was very nice. We enjoyed the jacuzzi after the day of skiing. We did read previous reviews and brought extra towels which was helpful. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Fantastic Family Vacation Destination!

Very clean (and well decorated) property with a location that made it a perfect destination for our family vacation in the snow. We were able to ski to two different lifts from the condo and ski right back from one of the mountains. Lori (owner) gave us some great information to help make our vacation even better and it was appreciated!

Everything was just as described, the jacuzzi smelled like chlorine (which we appreciate in a public spa) it smelled CLEAN! The host was very accommodating to our family. We appreciated the little things like board games and movies that they had provided as well as the amenities in the house.The condo truly is a ski in and ski out location in a perfect little community.Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Brianhead

Perfect spot in Brian Head

We stayed with our family for a ski weekend. We have been to Brian Head once before so we were familiar with the area. We did arrive late at night and snow had been falling the previous day and night. It was a little hard to find the home at first but the owner communicated before hand about detailed directions so that did help immensely. The home is lovely. Great spot for kids and walking steps to the lifts, if you already have your passes/tickets. This place would also be great in the summer!

Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. Location was great. It was a little too far to walk to the Giant Steps lift, but a quick drive with easy parking at the lift. There is also a shuttle stop near by with a number you can text for service. We loved the garage, mud room for ski storage, fireplace, hot tub, and nice kitchen.

Great location!

We loved this property! The location was so close to everything! The kitchen was very large with a ton of countertop space. Two car garage with easy access to the condo. We have stayed in Brianhead before and had to carry loads of stuff on multiple trips up 6 flights of stairs, so the fact that we just parked in the garage and unloaded everything was fantastic. We will definitely be booking this place again when we go back.

Enjoyed our stay. Hosts were communicative and helpful. There is really no retail or restaurants in Brianhead so you need to bring ething! That means home cooked meals etc. This lication could really use an investment in kitchen tools/pots/pans etc. There were many basic missing items...like a cutting board, and all of the pots skillets etc were very old/worn and honestly a bit gross. So if you stay at this wonderfully located condo add any kitchen tools to your list to bring a long so your not disappointed when you go to prepare those wonderful meals.

Very disappointing to receive our first 3 Star review from this guest. All of our other reviews are 4 1/2 and 5 Stars from our last 86 guest stays. We were not aware that our pots and pans needed to be replaced as they are less than 6 months old. We take great pride in providing everything you need for your stay including 2 cutting boards. We will check our inventory after this review and replace any item that looks worn. The following restaurants are open in Brian Head and we have personally enjoyed each place: Pizanos Pizza, Shook Jai, Cedar Breaks Cafe, Mountain Peak Cafe and Leany's Steakhouse.

Great luxury condo. My family and I stayed in February. Close to the slopes. We had a great trip! Always check the hot tub first, is a lesson I've learned the hard way. Especially when you rent a Vrbo specifically for the personal Hot tub! So, I did, and there was an issue. It was beyond the homeowners control... Bad previous renters. Josh was amazing! He went above and beyond to get it repaired for our stay. I would recommend a few details, as previous renters, a few more towels, and a deep clean. I know its hard to keep a big space clean! Otherwise had a great stay, and would definitely return!

Paradise in the mountain tops

We stayed for 11 nights and had such an amazing time! I was very pleased with the quick and kind responses I received whenever I had a question or needed to communicate. Absolutely appreciated the owner and his kind assistance so much!! Were a family of 5 and there was more than plenty of room for all of us. The rooms are spacious and the living spaces are very comfy. There are 2 balconies to enjoy the gorgeous views from, but the BEST view off the balcony is while your sitting in the jacuzzi. We got a foot of snow while there and it was so beautiful all covered in white. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could possibly need and a full size laundry room/mudroom off the garage entrance makes being able to enter and wash up a real ease. There is a huge selection of movies to enjoy and all the toys you would need to play in the snow. There are 2 routes we took to get to the condo, one goes down to Parowan and the other goes down to Cedar City and both have breath taking views. We had an amazing time and plan to go back in the future!!

This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle for a while. The area is perfect for ATV riding in the warmer months and the skiing is incredible during the snow season.

What makes this property unique

Ski-into 30 yards from the condo front door next to the Green 1 unit. Ski out not available. It is a short downhill walk (250 yards) to the Alpine Glow lift and the Interconnect bridge.
