Quiet cozy condo in quiet neighborhood. Family friendly Seaside Park. Cute shops and eateries all within 1-3 blocks.
Amusement rides and boardwalk attractions of Seaside Heights are a short drive away.

Our condo has its own designated outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs, grill, and beach box that includes some beach toys and crabbing supplies. We have a designated parking spot at the side of the building.

We welcome short-term off season renters. Come relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and comfort of our condo this fall!

Listing is exactly as described. Comfortable and relaxing. Easy check-in. So close to the beach and to the bay. We stayed in the off season and this was a quiet and relaxing place to stay. Host was responsive and provided all needed information. Would definitely stay again!

I grew up in Lavallette and moved away after college. Now that I have a family of my own I couldn't stay away. We bought this nice unit in a small condo building in the nicest part of the nicest beach town. It is in the perfect location for our young family. It is only one block to the beach entrance at 7th Ave and only two blocks from my kids' favorite playground and fishing pier on the bay. There is an ice cream parlor right across the street. We spend as much time in Seaside Park as we can and offer it for rent during the times we cannot be there. I hope you can enjoy our beach condo this summer.
