Beautiful 4 Bedroom Home

This property is very family oriented. It is walking distance to the beach and the sunsets are breathtaking. The pool is a plus, especially for children and I always keep a few toys to entertain the smaller ones.
There is wifi and also televisions in all the rooms, if you want to watch. I also have a selection of DVD, if that is your desire.
We started building our home in 1998 and finally finished it in 2002, as my husband and son did a lot of the work. I think that is another reason this house means so much to us.










I had a wonderful cousin from Aguascalientes, Mexico, that wanted to make a plaque for the house. I thanked him and told him to please put "Aunt Minka's SOMEDAY and he got it backwards and put "Minka's Aunt SOMEDAY" I put it up that way anyway.

You don't have to bring anything but your food, toiletries, such as soaps. I do not provide paper goods but there are plenty of towels.
We have an independent ice machine upstairs, there are all the dishes you would need upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs, there is a full kitchenette and you can walk right out the door to the pool. Most of my visitors really like that.
Views of the water are wonderful, even while you are in the kitchen you can see water, I truly fell in love with the view. I love the big kitchen, dining room and living room all combined to be one big fun room. My grandchildren love to come, they eat go fishing, swimming, play games and we can all join in. Sitting on the front porch is one of my favorite spots in the evening. The sunsets and the boats going up and down the water are very calming. There is a bench at the end of the street, not far at all, where I used to take my grandchildren when they were smaller, just so they could enjoy the water. I feel like it is a little part of paradise.
