Sunset Captiva es uno de los lugares de vacaciones más populares en la isla de Captiva, Florida. Sunset Captiva 17 es la elección perfecta para sus próximas vacaciones en la isla de Captiva. Nuestra casa de alquiler de vacaciones ha sido recientemente actualizada con pintura, muebles, ropa de cama y más. La amplia sala de estar tiene un ambiente agradable y abierto con un área de comedor cercana y cocina completa. Hay puertas correderas que conducen a la lanai filtrada expansiva. El nivel principal de nuestra casa tiene un medio baño también. Subir las escaleras es el dormitorio principal con una cama king size muy cómoda, baño en suite y terraza. El segundo nivel también cuenta con un dormitorio de invitados con dos camas individuales, baño completo en suite y una pequeña alcoba entre las habitaciones con una litera para invitados adicionales. La comunidad Sunset Captiva cuenta con excelentes comodidades que incluyen una gran piscina climatizada, parrillas para barbacoa, canchas de tenis, acceso directo a la playa e incluso atraque para botes (se aplica una tarifa). Con su ubicación en el área de la aldea, también puede estacionarse en la casa y caminar a la playa, así como a las tiendas y restaurantes cercanos.

Phenomenal week at Sunset Captiva 17!!

The house was close to the beach, well-decorated and supplied, and comfortable for our 4 adults. The king beds were a huge plus and we loved the screened in porch. We’d certainly stay here again in a heartbeat. The beach access is perfect!

Wonderful Post Covid Reunion

This is a lovely home, in a great neighborhood, in one of my favorite places! The home was incredibly clean - we marveled about it several times and nicely decorated. We felt like it was "home" not just a rental.

Girlfriend Getaway

My friends and I have visited Captiva many times over the past 15 years and our favorite place to stay is in the Sunset Captiva neighborhood. The location to the beach, restaurants, shopping cannot be beat! The gorgeous landscaping and well-maintained homes and grounds are outstanding. It’s quiet and a great place to come to relax and recharge! Cannot recommend enough! This home was the most beautiful!

Great house in a great location

This was a great house! Wonderful location with a very short walk to the beach, pool, and nearby restaurants and Manatee! We did not even need to rent a golf cart. The screened-in porch was wonderful for the one morning we had rain and for wet kids to dry off and warm up after a day at the beach. The only issues we had were that there were a few dirty pots and utensils in the cabinets and that the sheets would not stay on the beds. I would either recommend the property owners get deep pocket sheets or that renters bring some with you when you come. Also, just be aware that the twin beds are in the landing at the top of the stairs, so it’s not very quiet or private for whomever sleeps there, but that didn’t really bother our son. Other than that everything was fabulous. Well decorated and very comfy for our family of four. Would definitely stay at this house again if we come back to Captiva!

Sunset Captiva #17 is a beautiful place to spend a family vacation. The screened in lanai was a favorite place for the family. It had plenty of comfortable seating. The property is open and nicely decorated throughout. Short distance to the ocean and the center of Captiva Island. Sunset Captiva is its own little piece of paradise. Easy and efficient.

Great home.

We had a great time in the rental. There could have been a better tv with hdtv and better channel selections. However it was in a great location to everything on the island. Beds slept great!

Great beach stay

The house was very nice and clean, in a small residential "development" one block south of the main "commercial street" of Captiva. It's easy to walk anywhere via the beach or the street. It's a one minute walk to the pool and maybe two minutes to the beach (via a small wooden path by the pool). The pool is fine. Nothing special, but a good option for the kids at times. The beach is great, though was surprisingly more crowded than expected. Still, we were always able to carve out space for our stuff without having to "get there early to reserve a spot". Speaking of stuff, we loved the rusty little cart provided and used it a ton to bring all our stuff to the beach (most of which was provided by the host). Chairs, umbrella (we donated a 2nd one to the cause), rafts, pool noodles, etc. There's an outdoor shower (also great) to rinse off all your post-beach sand as well. Beds were a little lumpy, but fine. Kitchen is nice. Hard to find much of anything to complain about. My favorite part of the house is the screened lanai. Even though the houses are close together, there's so much tropical vegetation, that it feels very private. I would certainly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice family stay very close to the beach.
