We love this property! We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy it! It is very close to the beach, pet friendly, and we love the pool and hot tub! You will not find a better place to stay in Clearwater Beach, Florida! The host is fantastic!

We stayed at the Spa House for two weeks this year. The repairs/upgrades to this cute little beach house were worth the wait after the hurricane season of last year. Still a lot of construction around the neighborhood but totally understandable after what Clearwater went through. Can’t wait to book again!

The location is great with it being so close to the beach. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and spacious fenced in sitting area. (Our main reasons for us picking this place.) On arrival, the place seemed clean however, after our 1st day we began to see that it was in need of a deep cleaning. All the blinds, especially by the kitchen sink were filthy as were all the curtains and windows inside and out. The curtain by the patio door had a large rip. The toaster was discusting. There was no vacuum, broom or dust pan to help remove sand during our 3 week stay. We reached out and a vacuum was ordered and showed up the next day. Our 1st night was very cold (40). Their furnace is no longer working but they did have space heaters which helped. However, wiring is such, that we lost power using them and someone had to come out- twice. Note- don't use the hairdryer while a heater is plugged into the wall behind the bathroom outlet. I will say, the response for that was fairly quick. Unfortunately not so quick when the heater died in the pool. It was discovered and reported on a Saturday. No one came til Monday. The repair was done Tuesday and the pool wasn't warm til Wednesday. For us, it was very disappointing that the repair didn't happen on the weekend. When its in the low 60 you need a heated pool. Both couches are low back- not very comfortable if you're tall. Also, the smoke detector had been removed, which we didn't discover til our last day. Overall 4* max.

Great house, great location on the end of the street - no traffic, quiet area. Pool and hot tub are great. Access to beach is awesome. Would be nice to have more cozy and comfortable couch/lounge area in living room and area to put your feet up and relax. A/c didn’t work in office/laundry room but we only used that room for laundry so no big deal. Would be nice to be able to keep house cooler in late afternoon/evening during the hot part of the day - maybe more fans or ability to lower house a/c. Otherwise great stay and we loved the house and area!! Highly recommend!

Perfect location and holy for our family with a 1 year old and 8 year old. Close proximity to a quiet beach. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions I had. Would consider staying here in the future.

Quaint beach cottage

This cottage has everything we needed. It is a short walk to the gulf and located in a pleasant neighborhood that is close to almost. When we were there, we practically had the beach to ourselves.

Little Piece of Paradise

We had a very wonderful stay at “The Spa House. “It was like a piece of paradise in the back yard. You never would have known all that was back there. It was so peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and a very nice area. There were a few kitchen things needed like a blender we needed to make breakfast smoothies & some baking dishes to bake with. The pool got a little nasty toward the end of our stay it was mentioned in the information and rules the pool would be cleaned on Friday but he never came. It wasn’t real bad by Saturday when we were leaving it needed cleaned. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. Joanie was easy to reach and communicate with. It was so convenient to everywhere. We went to Tarpon Springs great little town and Dunedin both were close by to go visit things do in both towns. Eat at Hellas in Tarpon Springs a great Greek Restaurant. We will definitely look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful backyard in paradise!

The backyard pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The 2 minute walk to the quiet beach allowed us quick access to enjoy walks on the beach, wading in the water and watching the sunset. The street is quiet and beds are comfortable. A private and relaxing oasis! We couldn’t have imagined a better vacation.

The place inside was adorable. The dishwasher was broken, there were only 3 pool towels left out and 3 shower towels left out. Upon arrival, the pool was dirty. I did reach out to the owner who stated they would be there the next morning to clean the pool, but they did not show up til two days later. The walkway to the beach needs to be cleared out it does not look like the pictures. You have to walk through high grass and weeds. It shows an outdoor pool shower, which looks nothing again like the pictures. It in fact it’s in the front of the house outside of the fencing, and is beyond dirty. The pool is definitely a lot smaller than what it looks like in pictures. Just these few minor things need to be kept up. Other than that it did the job for the week!

Love this place

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the location to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. The house has everything we need. The fenced in backyard is great for the dog and is a great place to gather. Having a pool and a hot tub are an added bonus. The property owner is great to work with. We hope to make this a yearly trip!

Cannot wait to go back

From the time i clicked & reserved the home, my questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The listing was accurate, the location was private but easy to get to, and it was ideal for what we wanted. Its in a very nice suburban area only blocks from the busier tourist area. The north beach area is lively & we walked during low tide daily. The backyard was a garden with flowers, green and the pool/hot tub. I look forward to my next stay.❤️
