The Cabana Spa & Beach House is located directly across the street from the beach. Walk through your own private entrance to the beach. This allows families who travel together to still have privacy and yet be together at the same time. It's perfect for grand parents, in-laws, honeymooners, or families looking for a wonderful getaway. The house is fully furnished with all linens and kitchen utensils...just bring your bathing suit!
This property is located in the quiet, exclusive Clearwater Beach neighborhood. You will be within walking distance or the Jolly Trolley that runs every 30 minutes up Mandalay avenue and along the beach to the famous Pier 60, restaurants, bars and shopping, dinner cruises, boat rides, dolphin encounter tours, deep sea fishing and much more.

Beautiful sunsets await you on Sunset Beach. Walk out your back door to a private gate that leads to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Walk barefoot in the soft white sand and swim in the warm Gulf waters. Clearwater Beach was recently rated in the top 5 best beaches in the state of Florida by cable TV's Travel Channel.

We stayed at the Spa House for two weeks this year. The repairs/upgrades to this cute little beach house were worth the wait after the hurricane season of last year. Still a lot of construction around the neighborhood but totally understandable after what Clearwater went through. Can’t wait to book again!

Great house, great location on the end of the street - no traffic, quiet area. Pool and hot tub are great. Access to beach is awesome. Would be nice to have more cozy and comfortable couch/lounge area in living room and area to put your feet up and relax. A/c didn’t work in office/laundry room but we only used that room for laundry so no big deal. Would be nice to be able to keep house cooler in late afternoon/evening during the hot part of the day - maybe more fans or ability to lower house a/c. Otherwise great stay and we loved the house and area!! Highly recommend!

The place inside was adorable. The dishwasher was broken, there were only 3 pool towels left out and 3 shower towels left out. Upon arrival, the pool was dirty. I did reach out to the owner who stated they would be there the next morning to clean the pool, but they did not show up til two days later. The walkway to the beach needs to be cleared out it does not look like the pictures. You have to walk through high grass and weeds. It shows an outdoor pool shower, which looks nothing again like the pictures. It in fact it’s in the front of the house outside of the fencing, and is beyond dirty. The pool is definitely a lot smaller than what it looks like in pictures. Just these few minor things need to be kept up. Other than that it did the job for the week!

Little Piece of Paradise

We had a very wonderful stay at “The Spa House. “It was like a piece of paradise in the back yard. You never would have known all that was back there. It was so peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and a very nice area. There were a few kitchen things needed like a blender we needed to make breakfast smoothies & some baking dishes to bake with. The pool got a little nasty toward the end of our stay it was mentioned in the information and rules the pool would be cleaned on Friday but he never came. It wasn’t real bad by Saturday when we were leaving it needed cleaned. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. Joanie was easy to reach and communicate with. It was so convenient to everywhere. We went to Tarpon Springs great little town and Dunedin both were close by to go visit things do in both towns. Eat at Hellas in Tarpon Springs a great Greek Restaurant. We will definitely look forward to staying there again.

Family friendly

Perfect location and holy for our family with a 1 year old and 8 year old. Close proximity to a quiet beach. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions I had. Would consider staying here in the future.

Cannot wait to go back

From the time i clicked & reserved the home, my questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The listing was accurate, the location was private but easy to get to, and it was ideal for what we wanted. Its in a very nice suburban area only blocks from the busier tourist area. The north beach area is lively & we walked during low tide daily. The backyard was a garden with flowers, green and the pool/hot tub. I look forward to my next stay.❤️

Wonderful rental

Loved the home and the heated pool and hot tub. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, such a quick walk to a beautiful beach. Must watch the sunset on the beach! The house has many helpful extras. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard. The middle of the island is very crowded and expensive to park. The end of the island where the house is located is quiet. Definitely recommend this property.

What an amazing house and backyard. It is so adorable with everything you could ever need! It was so clean. Just an amazing experience all the way around. Hope it is available next time we travel to Clearwater.

Location of Everything and the Gulf Foot steps Away

This was our second time staying here. We love the location of everything so close and in a very relaxing setting. It is very nice in a very quite residential neighborhood. Also, it is a pet friendly home so that worked excellent for us considering we have 2 little guys. A+. I do not have a bad thing to say about the home and YES i would recommend this location.

Great location

Great location and awesome pool. The pictures are a bit deceiving. For example there was no outdoor shower and other things were just different cosmetically. Also they need to get rid of the two lounge chairs that are in horrible condition. Overall, super happy and would stay here again!

Wonderful house, wonderful location!

This is the second time our family of 4 has stayed here. Even though it’s only one bathroom, we make it work even with two teenagers! The location cannot be beat in the quiet area of Caralouel/North Beach. It is so peaceful and quiet and we practically had the beach to ourselves. Being able to walk out the back gate and be right at the beach was incredible! Our 13 and 14 year old children were able to go out and explore and ride bikes safely every day and night because there is hardly any traffic on this part of the island. We love the Caralouel area. We can’t wait to stay there again some time

Quaint beach cottage

This cottage has everything we needed. It is a short walk to the gulf and located in a pleasant neighborhood that is close to almost. When we were there, we practically had the beach to ourselves.

Disappointing !

Pool pump not working upon arrival. Was not fixed until 6th day of our stay. Hot tub was broken. Unable to use it. Outside garbage containers were full upon arrival. Interior furnishings old and outdated. Backyard grass and landscaping was shoddy. Pictures make the place look better than it really is!
