La villa est à seulement 8 minutes de Disney World, à 20 minutes de Sea World et à 25 minutes d'Universal. À cet endroit, vous ne perdrez pas de temps à atteindre votre destination du parc thématique le matin et vous pourrez rapidement retourner en isolement pacifique lorsque vos jambes de parc seront épuisées! Cela le rend parfait pour les clients qui souhaitent accéder facilement à tout ce que Disney a à offrir, tout en disposant de toutes les installations nécessaires pour se détendre et se relaxer en toute intimité à la fin de la journée.



Une grande attention a été accordée à l’ameublement de notre maison, comprenant 2 suites king size, 2 suites queen et 2 chambres doubles, toutes avec télévision. Il y a une salle de jeux entièrement équipée, une fantastique salle de théâtre à l'étage ouvert avec télévision à écran LED de 42 pouces et des sièges spécialisés, ainsi qu'une piscine orientée au nord avec jacuzzi. En bref, il y a quelque chose pour tous les âges et préférences quand vous avez besoin d'un peu de temps pour vous détendre. Pour votre sécurité, la villa est équipée d'un coffre-fort pour vos objets de valeur.

Great Location

We recently stayed there for our Disney Vacation. Overall it was great place to stay. It had plenty of space for my entire family. The Host was very responsive and quick to correct any of our concerns. I do wish the pressure in the showers were better but overall it was a great stay! Would definately recommend.

Fantastic

We absolutely loved the property. We felt like it was home- the amenities made it easy to prepare meals and entertain everyone. The main level bedroom was a plus for my elderly grandmother who could not do the stairs. Completely recommend the property.

Fun trip to Florida For Cheer Competition

We had a great time! The location was great - easy and quick to get to all the Orlando central attractions. House was stocked well and the kids enjoyed the pool. Perfect size with appropriate bedding situations and we all had blast. Owner was easy to get a hold of and help when needed and I would definitely stay again! Great location - super spacious

Great spacious home at a convenient distance from tourist attractions. We loved the pool and Shawna was super quick with any messages. Home exactly as described. Tip: bring basics if you can for kitchen (like salt and pepper) or cooking spray since kitchen isn’t stocked.

House is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We spent a most of our time at the parks, but the house was a really nice location to come back to. We did spend an off day at the house, the pool and hot tub were especially relaxing after two full days at the parks. Overall an enjoyable experience

It was wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orlando. The house was beautiful and very spacious. On the second day we had a problem with the internet and when I contacted Shawna, she was very kind and helpful. The problem was dealt with promptly and was fine for the rest of our stay.

Cozy & comfortable

The house was great. Sunset over the lake and pool was a beautiful sight in the afternoon. About 20-25 minutes from the Disney parks. Lots of space to host everyone comfortably, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The shower heads could use a replacement, as they are a little wonky, but other than that, it was a great time. The host was helpful and communicative.

Very spacious and clean

Overall, our stay was great. A few little things needs to be fixed. Showers were not working properly. Toilet paper should be provided for the entire stay. There is absolutely no kitchen condiments.

This is the first I hear of anything to do with the showers not working properly. We check everything and everything is working correctly. As for condiments, we don't provide them as it is stated in the arrival that we don't provide. We do provide you with a starter kit of toiletries as we are not a hotel to provide you with daily room service or toilet paper and condiments. Family vacation

Property very well situated, close to everything, house is very spacious, house amenities very good,kitchen stocked,on downside everything had to be bought down to salt pepper oils for cooking. Lots of beeping alarms kettle doors, fridge... The trash and recycling should not be the responsibility of renters many rules on the topic. Considering all of above would very much rent again.

As we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay I do want to clarify that we don't leave any condiments as for sanitary reasons as some people don't want to use things already used. We remove all items left behind. As for trash & recycling, it was stated in the instructions about the trash rules and this is a private home in which all guests are required to be responsible for the trash & recycling. The alarms on kettle door as I am not sure what you mean but we do have safety alarms out to the pool area and alarms are on the fridge if left open which are on all refrigerators. Awesome stay, my mother and her brothers only see one another once a year. Everyone had a great time. If I were to change anything it would be the alarm you have to push every time the patio door. It should be optional, so families with small children can stay safe. If you don’t have small children it is extremely annoying.

Great stay!

The house was identical to the listing. Very comfortable for our family of 12. A few minor issues were addressed immediately. The host was very responsive. Very slow to Disney parks. Took anywhere from 15-20 minutes to get there. There was a small snake in the pool! Luckily,my husband has no fear and go rid of it. Highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed here 2 times and we are overall pleased with both stays. There aren't enough towels so you either have to wash towels every other day or bring your own. The pool alarms are annoying at first but you get over it. The parking situation was not great but we dealt with it. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool. No bugs in the house. The kitchen had everything we needed, but you may want to bring extra paper towels and dish soap. And toilet paper.

As you should know we only give the starter kits of soaps and paper towels, laundry soaps, etc. You are responsible for your own supplies afterwards. We do provide plenty of linens as this is a vacation home with a washer & dryer so you can wash if needed. We don't provide towels for the entire stay as it is enough for the amount of people that sleeps in the home. We always want to make sure all of our guest are happy and everything is covered.
