Cet sud penthouse surplombant la Marina à Port Sud a à la fois un lever et le coucher vue. Cette unité était autrefois l'une des suites de l'Inn at Port Sud, un lit de 10 unités et le petit déjeuner. Entièrement rénové en 2011, ce condo est parfait pour le couple qui cherche à sortir de style pour une semaine ou week-end prolongé. Asseyez-vous sur votre terrasse et de compter les bateaux comme ils voyagent par sur la voie navigable Intercoastal. Cette unité a une entrée au rez de chaussée avec escalier intérieur jusqu'au deuxième étage. Fin unité pour plus d'intimité. PAS D'ANIMAUX. INTERDICTION DE FUMER.

Great view to enjoy the boats coming and going. It was so nice to have a full bath and a half bath also. Comfy couch. The kitchen had pots and pans although I did not use any of them. It was a good fit for us.

Our stay was exceptional. The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the waterfront views were even better than the photos. Communication with the owners was outstanding - every message was answered almost immediately, which made everything seamless. It was our first time exploring Southport and Oak Island, and we were completely charmed by the area. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would be thrilled to stay here again. A perfect experience from start to finish.

The location of this unit is wonderful! We had sunset and sunrise views from our deck. The marina and intercostal waterway activities are always entertaining and we could walk to two great places to eat! The unit is nicely decorated and has everything you need. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding beaches and villages. We will return!

What an amazing place! Super clean and very cozy! The restaurants in the same complex as the unit are amazing too. This place is a perfect getaway. The host is amazing, too. We will definitely be back!
