The villa is fully fitted with air conditioning and heating throughout, ideal for summer or winter lets.
The villa is set within beautiful, mature, tropical gardens and is perfectly situated for the nearby beach, golfing facilities and is within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and the train station. The villa consists of a modern open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, bathroom, large garden terrace and brand new Jacuzzi. To the side of the garden terrace, there is a private BBQ area to enjoy outdoor living with great views of the tropical gardens. There is plenty of parking space with a private driveway and carport. The gardens surrounding the villa are abundant with well established exotic plants and palm trees lending itself as a perfect setting for outside living, especially as this villa comes with its own private hot tub. WIFI is available if required, 30 Euros per week.
