About this property

Pet friendly 3rd house back from ocean. Avail 6/5-12, 8/21-28. Plus spring/fall.

Our little, yellow cottage is the 3rd house from the ocean and sits back off the road down a private driveway shared with two other cottages. Up to two of your well-behaved dogs are always welcome with an additional pet fee, and are allowed on the beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm every day in the summer, and all the time off-season. Linens and towels are not provided for this rental, but we can recommend a linen service. This is a quiet cottage suitable for couples and small families. We have zero tolerance for partiers. We are LGBTQ friendly. The minimum rental age is 40. If you are a younger family, please send an inquiry.
We rent Friday to Friday in the summer months, with shorter stays available in the fall, winter, and spring.
WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENTS OR GROUPS OF SINGLES (with some exceptions for ages 50+.)

This is the 5th time we've stayed here and we're already booked for 2026 -- it's just the right size for us (older couple and grown daughter) and allows small dogs -- fantastic location SO SO close to the beach, and walkable to so many restaurants, with Jolly Trolley available just two blocks away for trips to Rehoboth. We always enjoy our time here and the owner always manages to get us great weather!
