Located in a charming seaside community, this custom home has Central AC, sleeps 10 with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The main level includes family room, dining area, gorgeous kitchen with SS appliances, double ovens, gas cooktop and a breakfast bar, and a full bathroom with over-sized walk-in shower and laundry area. The second floor features a grand family room with sliding glass doors that lead to an elevated deck perfect for catching views of fantastic sunrises over Point Judith Pond. 3 bedrooms and a full bath with air jet tub complete the top level.
Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower, and enjoy the summer night sunsets on the front porch. Top off the night by roasting marshmallows on the firepit after a barbeque in the back yard. Ride your bike or walk to the beach, Block Island Ferry, restaurants & shops. Your happy place awaits!

Outstanding Pt Judith area property

My family and I had a wonderful vacation week at this property. Location is within walking distance of restaurants, beaches and ferry. Home accommodates up to 10 people easily. Home is well appointed and very comfortable and exceptionally clean and Gina, the owner, is equally exceptional. I couldn't have had a better experience. Wonderful!

Amazing, relaxing vacation!

We had a wonderful time renting this property! The home is modern, coastal cozy, comfortable, and spotless! It is clearly loves by its owners and visitors. The home is exactly 1 mile walking from Salty Brine beach, and a short drive to roger wheeler and Scarborough beaches. We were unfortunately handed some rainy weather during our stay, but there were plenty of good restaurants nearby to try, places to explore, and things to keep us busy in the house! We’re looking forward to another visit in the future!

Home Away From Home

Our family loved the spaciousness of this nicely decorated and furnished beach house! All of our needs were met with abundant linens, well equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms. Only minutes from Salty Brine Beach, local shopping, and Block Island ferry. Gina was a lovely and communicative host. We had access to beach chairs, bikes and scooters if we chose not to bring our own. The landscape of the home’s yard is well manicured and beautiful! We highly recommend this rental for family and friends!

Let’s go to the beach!

Gina was absolutely delightful to work with and so very accommodating! Her home is spacious, very well equipped, spotless and in a great location. We had all adults in our party and had a wonderful vacation despite the rainy weather. Both bathrooms were large and new. Plenty of linens but pack your beach towels and blankets. Awesome home away from home and I highly recommend. Gina -thanks for a wonderful stay!

The perfect Rhode Island house!

We loved the house and being on Great island was really special! It's perfectly located, close to several beaches and the ferry to Block island. In the evenings, we enjoyed being close to the Port of Galilee, with its lively restaurants and bars a short walk away. The house has great flexible sleeping options, so it easily accommodated all our family needs plus guests. Gina proved to be an outstanding host from start to finish! Our pre-arrival zoom call was incredibly helpful, ensuring all our needs were met, including ample towels and linens for our entire group. Throughout our stay, Gina was super attentive and responded quickly to any queries. Overall, our stay was exceptional. Thank you Gina!

Absolutely perfect

The rental checked every single box for our vacation. Gina is wonderful to work with...she checks in multiple times before arriving, offering to answer any questions you may have. The house exceeded our expectations...everything you need is there. We did not need to worry about beach gear: all provided. We did a lobster boil one night...all cookware available. The neighborhood is peaceful...loved our morning walks. It is walking distance to the port of Galilee. I could not recommend this property more.

Great place for our family vacation

Gina is great to work with and their beach home is well equipped and maintained. We like to cook and found the kitchen to be well fitted. There is great space, both in terms of storage and living space. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. Thanks to the Banks family for sharing their home!

Every Summer of my life has been spent between the many RI State Beaches. My husband and I currently live in Cranston, RI and have continued the traditional RI Summers at the beach with our two young sons. We purchased our dream beach house here in Narragansett and have enjoyed every moment spent here. We know you'll enjoy making memories with your families and friends here as much as we do!
