Tenant will leave premises in same good condition. Furniture in place. Fridge/cupboards emptied/cleaned. Dishwasher loaded and run. Grill cleaned
Beds stripped, linens/towels can be left in laundry bags. Close all windows and lock up. House in broom swept condition.
Trash must be bagged and removed. Loose trash is not allowed in outside bins as garbage company will not take. If so, we will apply 50.00 fee.

The house is stunning with the ocean views and sunrise in the morning with a short walk to the water. Just stunning and winter time at the coast is just as beautiful as the summer. This house does have 3 floors with the kitchen on the thrid so we got a lot of excerise but it is fully stocked for cooking and watching the morning sunrise.

Narragansett: Ocean Views!

We loved the property! better than the pictures...and plenty of space to accommodate family and friends. clean, and things in working order. a short walk to Aunt Carries and Iggy's for Clamcakes and chowder - or ice cream! will definitely stay here again if available for next season!!!

Beautiful house

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. The 3rd floor with the kitchen served as the gathering place for everyone to hang out the kids to play. The ocean facing patios were great for relaxing with a morning coffee. Amazing sunlight through the many windows and comfortable beds and bedrooms.

Point Judith vacation

We had a wonderful week. The house was clean and beautiful overall, we especially loved the view. The house is located in a perfect spot, a quick drive to two beaches and a great location for walks and bike riding. The homeowners are terrific. Laurie was so helpful. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful vacation

We loved this well kept home - perfect for our family. Lots of stairs - bring a baby gate if you have small children. Lovely neighborhood - short drive to area beaches. Nothing negative to say except the mini fridge on the first floor was not working - it would have been an added bonus if it was.

Beautiful home in a wonderful spot!

We had a family vacation with ages ranging from4yrs - 65yrs. The layout was great for allowing each family to have their own private bathroom space. Living room and dining rooms were large enough to fit our full group. The third story balcony was a great spot for breakfast and to watch the boats move by in the evening. The ocean views from the top two floors were wonderful! The empty garage was accessible by the interior, so we stored our golf clubs in there when not in use. Quick and easy drive to Scarborough and Roger Wheeler state beaches. There are a number of stairs (which was made clear up front) so you should make sure your group is okay to handle the climb! Home was very clean, and had no carpet or heavy linens. Great from an allergy perspective!

Perfect Spot

Everything about this location was perfect for us. We only had to bring pillows and beach towels; all other linens and bath towels were supplied. The owners also left cute baskets with bathroom items we may have forgotten and snack items in the kitchen. Being able to walk to Aunt Carries and Iggy’s was fabulous. We plan to return if we ever need another rental in Narragansett.

Great getaway

This house made our vacation even better! We were impressed from the opening of the door with the cleanliness of the house and continued to be impressed from there! There was so much room for our family and the views from the two decks was breathtaking. The yard was perfect to sit and relax or to play some Bacce or corn hole. My boys loved waking to Aunt Carries for ice cream, to the beach for fishing and we loved how close it was to all of the great spots of Narragansett!

Plenty of room for 10

Whole house had 5 bedrooms, all comfortable and central air conditioning kept the house cool. Be prepared to do many stairs and the icemaker was broken. Great location for getting to the ferry and enjoying Narragansett.

Spectacular view

Immaculate is the first word that comes to mind! The house has everything you could ask for and more. The views from each balcony of the ocean were breathtaking. The beaches and block island ferry were just minutes away. We couldn't have asked for a better vacatio. Thank you Mario and Laurie.

Awesome house with a great location!

The house was very nice, well appointed and spacious. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and very clean. The third floor had a great kitchen for entertaining, with everything you needed to make a great dinner. The view of the ocean from the upper decks were fantastic. The location was in walking distance to a private neighborhood beach, a few restaurants, and several other public beaches were also very close. The neighborhood itself was quite and friendly, there was also plenty of parking. I definitely recommend this house and will stay there again the next time we visit the area!

Great Location - lots of room

We utilized all five bedrooms - very comfortable. Nicely outfitted ... we needed nothing more. We ate all our meals at the house, the kitchen was big enough for a couple of cooks. It was great being only a mile and a half from Scarboro beach -- we were able to get a season pass ($30 for Seniors) and used it every day. It was nice and clean when we got there ... we loved the top floor deck. WiFi was great. All good. Thanks so much.

Great Coastal RI rental

This was a great rental for our extended family vacation this past week (7 adults + 2 children under 5 years old). The house was extraordinarily clean and accommodated our large group comfortably. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The location of the house was awesome, close to many beaches and places to grab a bite to eat -- would highly recommend Camp Cronin fishing area as very clean scenic beach area which had nice tide pools next to the jetty that our young girls enjoyed splashing in. Laurie & Mario were great hosts. The wifi and cable were out in the area day of our arrival and the owners prioritized getting it restored with sincere concern for how it may impact our trip. While we had interest in disconnecting a bit and weren't bothered by the outage the way some people might be it was still really nice that the owners cared and were very communicative about the status of what was going on. Highly recommend this rental if you are interested in staying in the area!!

Beautiful roomy home

My family of 6 adults and two young kids had a fantastic time. The roomy bedrooms and 3.5 baths was more than enough to make for a comfortable and convenient stay. House was spotless. When I walked in, and came up to the main living space, I was surprised how gorgeous it was. I called my kids, who were on the way , and told them just that. The photos do not do it justice. The open living, dining rooms and kitchen were fantastic. And the deck off this level had wonderful views of the ocean. I was content to sit out on the deck and look out to the ocean, whenever I was back at the house. So many views, and places to eat, were a short walk away. The kitchen was very well stocked and the extra treats left for us in the kitchen- and bathroom- was a lovely little surprise. We felt welcomed the moment we walked in. My family had talked about coming back here next year, before we even left!

Clean & Spacious with ocean view!

This property was a great fit for our family. It has an open floor plan on the top level with lots of space for eating, cooking and relaxing, With an ocean view. Bedrooms are on the first and second levels. All bedrooms are spacious and have good closet space. With 3.5 baths this house accommodates families nicely. The 3 levels should be a safety consideration for anyone who may have trouble climbing steps. For our family, this house is a gem!
