This cozy home is AVAILABLE NOW! Come and stay in this lovely and 100% newly renovated home with brand new heated pool.Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Queen bed with TV in master BR plus the en suite has a tiled, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. There are three living spaces from a formal living room, a family room with TV, and an enclosed lanai with comfortable seating - a great conversation area! Many rooms to cater to various activities. The kitchen is centrally located with access to all areas of the home. Includes a counter bar for informal eating. The two guest bedrooms share a tub bathroom that also opens to the lanai for guests. Both guest bedrooms have walk-in closets. The home comes complete with linens, kitchen ware, and most other amenities (i.e. ironing board and other daily household items). A pleasant home away

Nice, very clean, and well equipped home at a good location. A 2-minute walk to a nearby park , 5 minutes of driving to Walmart , Publix, Target and the restaurants .The pool was nice and warm which allowed us to still be able to swim despite the cooler weather at the beginning of our stay. The owners were responsible and made efforts to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Perfect

The house has everything you could want. Loved the pool! We spent most of our time sitting outside by it. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. The property manager and her husband were always available to answer our questions. Stayed for a month, and it wasn’t long enough!

Poor communication

Accused us of taking towels and breaking the blinds. We are 67 years old. I think we can buy our own towels. The owner showed up without notice to do pool and cut the grass. Did not appreciate that. We will never rent from them again. Also ran out of hot water all the time. No garage

Pandemic

Due to the COVID19 Pandemic and the fact that our adult son is a heart and liver transplant survivor, who during all this scary stuff is at extremely high risk for contracting the virus, we made a decision to leave 2 weeks early. We wanted to be close to our son. We asked the owner if we could have a partial refund but they were unsympathetic to our situation and denied our request. We were quite disappointed in the abrupt denial.

Beautiful, well kept house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Cape Coral house! The owners were very helpful! The house was clean and well kept! The kitchen was well stocked for our family! The children and adults loved the pool! It was a great place to vacation! I would highly recommend this house for a family-friendly vacation!

Inviting and relaxing vacation home

Ideal home for all vacations!!

We have been looking for a home we could come back to and we definitely found it with this one! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with a park a block down. The owners have bikes there for our use to go around the neighborhood and enjoy the scenery and weather. The home is pretty much fully equipped with anything you could need which made it easy to feel like we were at home. The lanai has a large pool and everything is very open within the house and spacious. Location is definitely a huge perk! Close to shopping and restaurants and only a half hour from the beach. The owners are wonderful, helped us with any questions or requests we had and left us booklets and flyers for suggestions on what to do during our vacation. Overall, wonderful stay, immaculately clean, I would recommend to anyone!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This home was just what we needed to get away for the kids winter break to celebrate Christmas and New Years. It was spacious and clean and very nicely decorated. Check in and check out was a breeze, and the property owner easy to reach. There was a handful of pamphlets left in the kitchen with a variety of ideas of things to do, places to visit. Weather turned out great so we could enjoy the screened in heated pool through our stay. Kitchen was stocked with nice variety of appliances and dishes. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, walking distance from community park that features a nice playground. It is a close driving distance from a variety of shopping locations, restaurants and town attractions. It is not far from Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island where we enjoyed the beach and spectacular sunsets. This was just what we needed to rest up and get ready for New Year. Would definitely stay there again.
