Welcome to our well-loved and cherished 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom lake house in the heart of Pocono Summit! Just because you are away from home doesn't mean you should be any less comfortable. From the hand-selected mattresses to the kitchen supplies, everything is designed to accommodate up to 14 guests (plus infants!) with absolute ease. With a private dock, a sandy beach right in the backyard, and crystal-clear water, this is the ultimate destination to unwind and make memories.


THE PROPERTY & OUTDOOR AMENITIES

- Direct Lake Access & Watercraft: Step right off your private sandy beach or fish from your own dock. We provide a pedal boat (seats 5), canoe (seats 3), kayaks, and life vests absolutely free for your use!
- Multi-Level Outdoor Living: Two levels of living provide plenty of room to spread out. The upper-level dining room walks out to a deck featuring an outdoor dining set (seats 8) and a gourmet 4-burner BBQ grill.
- Hot Tub & Covered Patio: The lower level opens to a covered patio with an 8-seat hot tub offering beautiful lake and star views.
- Lakeside Relaxation: Start a fire in the lakeside fire pit (firewood provided!), chill on the hammock, or soak up the sun on our outdoor lounge chairs.


COMMUNITY POOL & BEACH

Take advantage of the community swimming pool, playground, and beach!
- Season: Beach and pool open late May. The pool is open weekends (Sat-Sun) through late June, then daily until Labor Day (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, weather permitting).
- Access: Wristbands are $5.00 per person, per day (Ages 2 and up). Purchase at the pool complex (cash only) or office (card only).
- Safety: Swim at your own risk (no lifeguards on duty). Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.


INDOOR LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT

- Lower Level Game Room: Features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, 50" flat-screen TV, an Xbox with Kinect and games, a pool table, an indoor sauna, board games, and a poker set.
- Fully Stocked Kitchen: Open-concept kitchen ready for a crowd. Includes a coffeemaker, toaster, food processor, crock pot, waffle maker, rice cooker, water boiler, a 35-bottle wine cellar, and plenty of cookware/glassware.
- Dining & Living: Indoor dining table seats 6 (plus 4 extra seats). The living room features a smart TV and a comfortable sleeper sofa.


HOME LAYOUT (5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms - Sleeps 14)

Upper Level:
- Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed, a baby crib, and an en-suite master bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds.
- Bedroom 3: One Queen bed.
- Bathrooms: Master bath plus a shared guest bathroom.

Lower Level:
- Bedroom 4: One Queen bed (cozy room without a closet, but features a private en-suite bathroom).
- Bedroom 5: Two Bunk Beds (One Twin-over-Twin, and one Twin-over-Full) - perfect for 4-5 kids.
- Extra Sleeping: Living room sleeper sofa (extra sheets/blankets available upon request). High chair also provided.


WHAT IS INCLUDED & TRANSPARENT PRICING

- Cleanliness & Linens: Beds are freshly made, and clean towels are provided by our professional cleaning crew. We supply soaps, shampoo, trash bags, paper products, and firewood for your convenience.
- Eco-Friendly Note: We kindly ask guests to "Stay Green" by only utilizing the beds they need and closing doors to unused rooms.
- Transparent Pricing: Hot Tub Fee is $150 per stay (open all year). Community Pool Wristbands are $5 per person/day for ages 2+.

Please respect our house and neighbors by monitoring your group's noise levels. Take good care of the supplies so things stay pristine for the next guests.
- Security Disclosure: Properties may include a front exterior camera and/or noise alert monitoring system. Noise monitors measure sound levels (decibels) only and cannot capture private conversations. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools, spas, or the interior of the house.
